Its not letting me do things!

Things i cant do:
-/bal
-Change my persons desc
-Go into the soccer field (its been like this since the new school)
-Pay people
-Talk to the parent
- And other commands
I don't know if this has something to do with me playing on the server for a long time. But can you please fix this!!!
(btw my mc name is _PinkTea_ and im a rich kid)
