In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A janitor's job is to pick up litter, clean up spilled drinks, clean the floors by sweeping or vacuuming.
restock toilet paper, soap ect. They need to make sure the school looks it's finest and make sure all the litter is gone so the students are in a clean environment.

[Situations]
During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would tell him to stop if he doesn't then i'd ignore him or tell one of the teachers in the school
You are doing a hazadrous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
I would do what the School principal told me to do, because a order is an order and i try to stay calm and just do what what the principal told me to do.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would attempt to calm the employee as they could have been drinking and then i'd get the students out of the room. if i cant calm the employee I'd get another teacher/employee to help.

Motivation for Joining YHS:
Because i feel bad for the janitors, their not taken seriously they get disrespected. its not easy to clean up messes everyday from students. if the school was a mess the students would feel uncomfortable and its easier to learn in a clean environment.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
Because i don't want the students being in a messy environment, i will work very hard and make sure i do a good job and i like helping others
