How often do you log onto the server?:
I log onto the server a couple of hours per day. I get on around 6-7 PM EST and get off around 11 PM EST on weekdays, and I can be on for around 8-10 hours on the weekends. I would say my average time per day is around 4 hours per day.

In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
My job as a janitor means that I must make sure the school looks presentable. For example, if there is leaking on the roof, or the floors are dirty, I must make sure that nothing is damaged and also make sure that everything is squeaky clean. The halls need to be cleaned at all times, and there cannot be any trash laying around. Someone might fall and injure themselves if any of these are seen anywhere on campus. The School also gets visits from school inspectors and college professors, and it is my job to make sure that guests feel like they are in a clean, responsible and mature environment. This will make our school stand out from the others. If a student throws up in the classroom, it is my duty to use a certain chemical in order to absorb the odor, and I must also clean the mess so that other peers may continue to concentrate in getting the education they both paid for and need. My job is also to supervise the students and make sure they don't make a mess around the school or throw any pranks that vandalize the school as it can make the school have a bad reputation. I would also make sure that the athletic fields are all well maintained, and the gardens around the school are growing strong and healthy. If the school gets damaged, my job is to check out just how bad the damage is and try to either fix it or call in a team of workers that have more tools and skills that can fix it. I would also supervise students who are suspended in ISS (In School Suspension) and make them do some community service around school property, such as helping me clean the school or taking the trash out. In case of an emergency, I'll be there to help the students get to safety, as well as faculty members. I will also have to help them with any questions the students have on the school, such as where a certain class is.
Do you have any past experience in this type of roleplay?:
I have some experience in this kind of roleplay, as I used to roleplay as a homeless person who always helped clean the streets of the city in order to make it look better. I have not roleplayed as an actual janitor of a school, but I have had my fair share of similar jobs in other roleplay community. If there is something that I must know how to do, I will make sure to learn it as soon as possible in a quick and effective manner.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In my past, I have roleplayed on other school roleplay servers and a medieval roleplay server. I have also played on some city roleplay servers, and prison ones. I have learned how to respect and understand the meaning of roleplay. I have also read the rules of the server, so I know how to roleplay while following roleplay norms.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
My job is to do a lot of the stuff I mentioned above. My job is to make sure that faculty and students follow safety precautions, and I will be there if they need me to repair a broken pipe or clean something in a certain classroom. My job is to do housekeeping around the school. I will also help out those students who have behaved badly, and try to help them. If a student is lost I can guide them through the school.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would kindly tell him to stop cursing, and I would explain to him how acting mean can ruin their future. I would teach them a life lesson that would shock them and make them regret what they did, and this will hopefully make them change their ways. I would try to help the student out by finding out what is really bothering them, and hopefully get them the help they need. If they keep acting like that, I would take them to a school administrator, and explain to them what happened. The administrator would then chooses what his punishment would be. I would keep trying to help that student out to never make the same mistake again.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
If I am doing a hazardous job, I would make sure to set a perimeter around the area to make sure that no students are near it for their own safety. I would make sure to follow all of the safety rules at all times, and if I know something bad is going to happen I will stop immediately in order to possibly save the lives of others, including myself. If I know the job is too dangerous for anyone to possibly do, I would have to kindly ask the School Principal the 6 W's (Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How?) I would then try suggesting another way that is safer than their way. If the job cannot be done by 1 single person, I would ask for backup and I would make sure they are also following protocol. If what the School Principal asks to do violates any of the safety protocols, then I would have to kindly deny in order to ensure the full safety of faculty and students.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: If I see a school employee doing something dangerous, I would make sure that they are following safety precautions in order to protect everyone from harm, including the school property. If what they are doing is too dangerous, I would immediately have to ask them to stop what they are doing so that no one or nothing gets either harmed nor damaged. If I spot a co-worker acting out of order, I would talk to them and ask them why they are doing this, and remind them of who they are and the norms they must follow. If they keep acting out of order, I would report them to the School Administrators above them and explain to them what they did, as well as collect evidence to prove it.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My motivation for joining YHS is to ensure a safe, welcoming, organized and healthy environment not only for the students, faculty, and visitors of the school; but, also the community. I believe that if students grow up around these kinds of environments, they will go on to lead a successful college career and eventually become the future leaders of this great city. I love this school, and I feel like they deserve a better environment.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe I should be accepted over other applicants because I am a motivated young man. I am a hard working, friendly and trustworthy person and I will make sure I am always following the school's protocol for everything in order to ensure a fun and safe environment on myself and the community. I will make sure to work hard and do maintenance around the school before, during and after school.
