What experiences do you have with roleplay?:
I have a good amount of roleplay experiences. From 2015 I started roleplay in a app called Blockman. It was a Minecraft Server app. Allowed people to join other servers to roleplay, hangout or anything. Had texting service on the app, would roleplay on there. Then app got remodel, moved to Amino. Moved on Roblox. Finally SRP. Well before SRP, I roleplay on minecraft on pocket edition. Wasn't easy. I do regular roleplay, detialrp I do a little prepping ahead cause I'm a slow thinker and typer.
What is your motivation for applying?
In full honesty I love tending to people. I enjoying recognizing people. I have a fun time chatting with people. I also enjoy listening. My reason for applying is just for my character has more life then just highschool. I want her to grow into someone. No goal won't be easy, but its something I'm willing to achieve. Being in some type of medical field is exciting and intriguing

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?

- Doctors: Doctors are the front liners. They are the ones who do regular check-ups, to the life risky surgeries. Once they are on the task, they will do the best to their to help a patient. They may also help with physical and mental diagnose. They also are the one who reassure the patient when feeling worried or scared.
- Psychiatrist: Psychiatrist are the ears and eyes of the medical field. They'll hear patients out, depending the their situation will provide their best advice to their patients. They also provide diagnoses, treatments and help with mental health.
- Paramedic Department: These are the soldiers of the medical field. They are the first to called whenever your in need of help. They will run, jump, have heavy equipment where ever they go. They stay calm in serious situations, handle things quickly in urgent situations, and rush through traffic in very needed situations.
- Nurses: Nurses are always on duty. They always check-up the patients, report to the doctors, and ask questions to the patients. They are also the ones that collect the information for the everyone in the specific department.

Yes I do agree and I accept any type of punishment headed my way if I don't met expectations.

Character Backstory (Optional):
The Beginning:
Born in the year 2000, February 14, a girl pale as a ghost has been born. Rosa Blanca was her birth name, of course in present day she is known as Reckon Rose Sanbuono.
Now back to the past, Reckon is born in Paris, the city of love. The neighborhood she grew up in was always lively, full of colorful, wonderful people from town, outside of town. Point is every day was never the same.
Living in a house hold of 4. She, her Mama, Her Abuela y Abuelo [grandma n grandpa].
In a 2 story house hold, bottom floor a shop and upper floor the home they live in. Reckon was very fortunate to have been born in a loving caring family, lucky indeed. Though all that loving couldn’t protect her from the harshness of the world.
Reckon was born with a disorder. She is Albino. Basically a genetic mutation that stops the body from producing melanin (pigment). Resulting with lighter hair, eyes, and skin. Due to this her sensitivity to the sun has been sensitive. And her sight of seeing far, not the greatest. Her family being protective, realized it won’t be easy on her. Reckon was soon about to realize it.
Childhood:
Eventually kids have to grow up and go to school. At age 6, Reckon started her first year of preschool. Plenty of stares were given but at the same time plenty of friends were made. Same for 1st, 2nd and up until the 4th grade. Its where kids start noticing the small thing, especially what visibility in front of them. Started with teasing, then small pranks, then tricks, until they had to move her to a different elementary. Unfortunately this process continued through elementary and middle school. Damaging her mental and emotional health.
Adolescences :
Highschool hit. Mother remarried, moved to Japan and attend a high school in Japan. During this move she took the time to self recover. Still need a lot of work for herself. One on one counseling, self reflection, and social healing. Eventually build the courage to go to school on her own. The fear and worry that covered Reckon drowned her in anxiety, panic. She knew she had to be strong. Charged head first to what she was afraid of. 1st year was challenging. But got through it and met a few friends and siblings. 2nd year was smooth, gain more courage and develop personality more. 3rd year she grew to a bright young lady. Thought the bruises of the past always linger, she built up awareness, a back bone, and a no tolerance to disrespect.
Young Adulthood:
Graduated at age 18. Moved to the USA to go to UCLA to study medical school. Moving was a difficult process. The tuition was insane amount and including living accommodations in a new area was also difficult. Starting school in August, Late 18. 18 year old until 22 years old she finished studying her specialty Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. First steps about being a expert in diagnosing, prognosis, and treatment of the disorders of the musculoskeletal system [This system includes the bones that support the body, the muscles that move the body, and the connections between them]. At age late 22 years old til 25 years old she studied PharmD [ Doctor of Pharmacy]. Took an educational path to become a licensed Pharmacist.
Adulthood/ Present:
Late 25 years old til age 28 years old, she finally took her DO [Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine]. A fully licensed Physician. After the time dedicated to studying, and graduating, she is prepared to return home. By home, Japan, back to the town her step father reside in. To find a Job, put her study to work.
SECTION 2: MEDICAL HISTORY
What is your character’s medical specialty? Why did they choose this focus?

My character specialty is Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. The reason behind this choice of medical path is an experience she had during high school. Reckon practicing to join the track team for 3 weeks, 5 hours each day. Determination got to her and eventually warn out. Pass out in the field in the 3rd week, dehydrated, sunburnt almost obtaining skin cancer and lost feeling in her legs. The amount of time she trained, the same amount it took to recover. From simple trying to move toes excises till being able to hold on to treadmill trying not to lose the sense in her legs. After 3 weeks for rehabilitation she was able to recover.
After some background, her goal from that day was to help people recover themselves with their own strength. With a lil motivation, faith and hard work, anyone is able to get back up. She wants to help patients recognize there's more ways then medicine to bring yourself up again. She wishes for their patients to have hope in themselves and heal step by step.
Does your character have any work experience in medical positions?
Yes. During college hand some hands on work in clinics and hospitals around LA or UCLA. It was in different areas. One month in one location, another month in different location. But during her study of PharmD she has work at a Pharmacy for the 3 years.
SECTION 3: CHARACTER KNOWLEDGE
Describe your character; how do they look, what makes them unique? How would they be perceived by others?
Her albino features setting her apart in any crowd. Her pale, pink-tinged skin seemed to glow, contrasting with her slightly wavy, dirty white hair that fell gently down her back. Her amber eyes, warm yet mysterious, were framed by long lashes that fluttered nervously when she spoke. With a slender, fragile frame and reserved body language, she often seemed unsure of herself. Though shy, there was a spark in her. A feistiness that emerged when pushed too far, revealing her inner strength.
What makes Reckon unique besides her pigment disorder, is that she will get straight to the point. If there is something she notices and the other person is avoiding will bluntly point it out. Having only avoid something will only hurt more the later you accept it, her thought of process is more straight forward.
Due to her being 4 feet, everyone always views her as small, fragile, and kid like. Though when mad or upset, her perspective changes completely.
How does your character act around the hospital?
- With Patients: After they check in, I pick them up and warm them up with small talk, make them feel comfortable. Ask them what is wrong or what is going on. Ask permission to ask questions, some personal or regular questions. Ask for Any past injuries or appoints if they are comfortable answering. Do a small physical test. Give pointers if needed.
- Free time In work hours: Play music in current area, will dance and sing as doing assignment. Organize and restock the Pharmacy. Organize papers, water plants, talk to other staff.
Does your character function better on their own or with others?
Depends on situation. If she having an assignment that requires her to do solo, she'll work on it alone but will look for help it needed. If the assignment requires team effort, she'll corporate with others. If it one on one appoints she will feel bothered if someone interrupts, cause its taking time away from the appoint and would make the atmosphere less more comfortable for patient. But answer is Reckon does work well with others if they respect the space and time thats happening in moment.
