One I can get into it via DMS; however, I was in the wrong and understand that.
Describe your activity on the server:
Around 5-7+ hours per day, unless I'm quite busy; which will be provided within reason if so.
Which time zone are you in?
EST.
List your current and past IC/OOC faction applications:
JUGHEADS | POLICE APPLICATION.
JUGHEADS | SLOVAK LANGUAGE.
JUGHEADS | RUSSIAN LANGUAGE.
JUGHEADS | GERMAN LANGUAGE.
JUGHEADS | POLICE APPLICATION (DENIED).
What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation throughout this application will stay the same, even if denied. I was once in the force and loved it so much. I met so many amazing people, and wish to come back and enjoy moments with them once again. I've been through each type of work in the server, and wish for the same experience that made it the most enjoyable; which was the KPD Faction. If I were to come back, I'd hopefully meet the same people and even newer people and hopefully have the same experience; I had once before.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Work in the Police Force is never dull, whether it's to do with a new cadet or with the commissioner. Cadets are focused on everyday hard tasks, including taking on longing hours of training, patrolling around the city, searching suspects, fining for jay-walks, or trying to cause peace throughout the disturbances. The whole department gets through the day, using teamwork, grit, and determination. Not including the countless other jobs the KPD deal with daily, they are meant to help each other out. No matter how long you stay in the force, you are meant to put every day to your fullest matter. Throughout your days in the force, you will have to be flexible and work swiftly because in one wrong situation and people can die, or be hurt.

There are many rankings in the Police Department, as you hopefully can only go up.
Commissioner;
The lead of the whole force, who takes charge and leads everyone in their force. The commissioner will overwatch the rest of his faction, as they will make sure the officers under their belt are respectable, and doing their job. As the commissioner usually, want's nothing but the best of their city and their workers.
Captain;
The Captains role is similar to the commissioner's, however, they are not the main lead. They carry out the same tasks as everyone else, including somewhat of the commissioner's tasks. They help oversee the lower ranks as well.
Lieutenant;
The Lieutenants usually have low numbers, as most Lieutenants are the head trainers in the faction. Trainers help the newer cadets and patrol officers with guidance towards the basics in the faction.
Inspector;
Inspectors' job usually consists of investigations, this doesn't mean they don't go on patrol or raids; they just specialize in the investigation units. They search through cases, and go over what happened; usually knowing the most out of anyone who even worked the case.
Sergeant;
The Sergeant is like the Corporals and Officers, however, they supervise them; having power over the lower ranks yet using this for good- usually taking the cadets under their wings to help them the most.
Corporal;
Police Corporal usually spend their time leading duties, that may be; response to an emergency, patrol, arrests, etc. They help out and give orders to lower ranks.
Patrol Officer;
Patrol Officers are allowed to leave the station, however, they are still a low ranking. Thus being said, they are allowed to deal with minor tasks. The Patrol Officers consist of most graduated Cadets; or newer people. As they continue to learn about the rules, and how everything is dealt with they will grow in the ranks.
Police Cadet;
Cadets are the lowest ranking, however, that doesn't mean they can't arrest or take initiative when needed. They are not allowed to leave the station without supervision and are not allowed to go off-duty. As they stay in the station, working at the front desk, doing duties, and or attending training.
Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Officers are about as important in games, as they are in real life. Without them, crime would be off the hook, and society wouldn't be in check. Prisoners would be released and live freely without the world. Cities would be demolished, and collapse. If there were no police in the world, life as you know would be ruined. No protection within the world, only sins, and fear. Without Officers in the chain of command, the city as you know it would be run by crime mobsters; and fear would be flooded into the town. Hopefully, this never happens, and the faction continues to thrive and take crime off of the streets.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
Yes, I do acknowledge this; and I'll be okay with it, however sad I might be.
Do you acknowledge that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?
I will always be dedicated to this role, no matter if I'm accepted or not. I enjoy playing as an Officer inside the server.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
I will talk to trainers if not able to attend, however, if online I will be at training.

SECTION 1: CHARACTER INFORMATION
Character's Full Name:
Mengyao Hé.
Character's age (if accepted):
36.
Character's gender & pronouns:
Male, He/Him.
Character's Academic Background
(Grade-12/Bachelors/Masters/PhD):
Mengyao went through a long college dread; where he gained both his Masters's degree at the age of seventeen and soon after acquired his Bachelor's degree.
What languages are you proficient in besides Japanese?
Korean and Russian, as I was born in America I know that as well; yet tend to not use it.
Describe your character; how they look, and what makes them unique?
Mengyao is a very descriptive male, trying to be quite a gentleman at times. Respecting most of the people he would come across, yet hating disrespect and judgment towards himself and or the people he holds closest towards him. He's usually standing rather tall, and straight trying to perfect his posture the more he stands and or takes a seat. When fully stood up, he'd reach around six feet five; which for a Chinese male is rather tall. His parents stood tall as well, his dad being seven foot one, and his mother five foot nine. He got most of the genes, from the height to the tone of his pale skin. When Mengyao would speak his voice would flood the room with a low echo, being rather monotone and deep. Having a heavily Chinese accent when speaking, not perfecting the Japanese language as of yet. He'd have little to no face emotion, as it'd stay dull most of the time. Not really caring for joyful moments, or sad times- he'd brush them off not showing a tear or a smile. Mengyao would have a bit of stubble growing down towards his chin and face, wrapping around and forming a beard in most areas. He'd have very deep cocoa eyes being rather showing most of his facial expression by his eye movement. His hair was rather dark, like a hint of midnight as it'd be pitch black; it would be very straight having little to no texture throughout it. This being said, he hated his hair; so most of the time he'd wear it inside of a bun, or a ponytail- yet sometimes he'd let it be, tucking it into the back of his shirt. He'd usually carry a heavy set of gloves around his hands, being quite sensitive to touch he'd use the gloves to block out most of the sensory. He'd usually wear fancy clothes, trying to complete the whole gentleman act, even if it wasn't a new tuxedo or an expensive suit; it would be new clothing anytime you'd see him. You could say, Mengyao would flow into a crowd.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Mengyao is usually a quiet male, so he'd probably listen to most people in the situation. If needed he can speak, yet he would rather be professional and or calm during the situations. He stays polite and respectful towards others, as he is a proud believer in treating others how you wish to be treated back. However, Mengyao will always treat others with respect, even if he doesn't gain it back; out for the better good of himself. Mengyao is always professional, however, as he'd never goof around even in the right environments. He does like to smile, however, he doesn't deem it necessary to act like a child at his age.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Mengyao is a likable male, well he hopes. So he'd wish for everyone to see him in a friendly out-look. However, Mengyao hates drama, as he can not stand people fighting over the littlest things. If a petty fight happens to break out between his co-workers and or friends; he will brush over it as it does annoy him but he will not say anything. This is different when it comes to fights that involve trying to harm, he will step up and even make possible decisions that can reflect on others. He is a huge believer in teamwork, as he believes it strengthens the relationships between people. He is huge on trust as well and hopes that he can trust and be trusted.
Do you see yourself as a leader or a follower? Why?
Mengyao understands himself as a follower- he tends to take himself under the wing of others, not sticking his neck out to take charge of it. However, if needed he will, as he is not afraid of taking charge, he just wishes to follow out the orders given. Yet, if a situation comes down, and he needs to become the leader; he will step up and take full power over it unless a higher-up is there as well. As he doesn't wish to try to over-rank others, just wishes to take orders and can lead if needed.
BACKSTORY (100+ words)
Mengyao was born on a warm sunny morning, on June 17th; 1986. He was born in a rather large city in China, named Guiyang. He was brought into this world, with his first view being his father and mother who happily stared down at their newest born child. He was brought home to see his full household, which consisted of his parents; his Mother, Mei; his Father, Duyi, his brothers; Eldest; Xiaobo, Middle; Niu, and his dog; Huan. He grew up, being the youngest in the family compared to his brothers. His eldest brother is fourteen, and the middle brother is eight. However they all got along, Mengyao's whole family was brought into the world knowing proper manners and how to treat others out of respect. Which is exactly what he did with his family members, and how he was treated back. Mengyao was an odd kid, instead of watching childish movies. He would watch cop shows, and documentaries to learn more about police work. As Mengyao had always dreamt about helping towns in need of Police Offices, by becoming one himself. Mengyao was very close to his elder brother, Xiaobo who had taught young Mengyao what he was learning in grade-9; as Mengyao was just now starting grade school. This being said, Mengyao skimmed through his younger grades of school, not staying in it for as long as he needed due to outsmarting the others in his classes. At the age of thirteen, Mengyao was already almost in grade-9. Which was very ahead of the others in his classes. He continued to thrive this way, skimming up towards when he was only sixteen he had graduated grade-12. During his years in grade-9 through grade-12, he would take college classes in Criminology; still wishing to be a Police Officer. As he was turning seventeen, he graduated with a Master's degree. However, this was not good enough for Mengyao; going back almost instantly and soon after reaching for his Bachelor's degree as he'd walked across the stage at the age of twenty. Soon after graduation, he worked as a Police Officer in Guiyang. He loved the job, as it was everything he had ever imagined, and continued to love it. As he grew respect for his higher-ups and continued to thrive in the station; not making many friends as he was rather shy. He stayed quiet most days until he'd found his best friend, and loved to speak to them, Mengyao was a loyal friend- however, was a dull friend, and didn't see himself being used by the friendship. Mengyao was used, for his brains for a lack of better good- which he didn't like so he had put in a transfer form towards Karakura, Japan. Moving out here alone. Living out of a tower floor, thriving on the new breaths he can take while living here. He would believe he will do good in this town, and still believes this! Wanting to continue his passion, he decided to give this form a good look and apply to Karakura's Police Department.
SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE
Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
No, you can not legally own the pocket knife. The pocket knife is considered a Minor Weapon; as you would be most likely charged and arrested.
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
Birth Control, Lactulose, Paracetamol, Cough Syrup, and a Bandaid.
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
I wouldn't allow this under watch, as I'd most likely try and get the co-worker to stop. If nothing had happened, I would try to gain proof of this, and or report it to the higher-ups. If they are going through a rough time, I will still report it yet try to talk to them and ask why they started.
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
Radio in for back-up, and deal with the individual whilst back-up came. I'd also radio for the EMS, as either the suspect or my co-worker might need medical attention. To deal with the suspect, you'd tase them; following up with cuffing them and making sure they are detained, before placing them under proper arrest.
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
I'd try to gather information about them being corrupt, and or involving themself in the criminal organization. If proof was gained, I'd then use it to report it to the higher-ups.
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
Fine them for trying to bribe me, however, if they do not agree with those terms; I will arrest them for failure to pay a fine.
