In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: The school nurse is there to assist any students or staff that have gotten hurt and/or feel ill.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have been an administrator on many roleplay servers, not just ones that my friends' have hosted. I've been in big events that have taken place on both SRP and other servers. I know how to affectively roleplay and use the commands on SRP along with color codes and actions.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: My character is inspired by Anya from Mouthwashing, who's a nurse on the ship she's on. I think it would be cool to not just have her in Highschool and actually get her a canon accurate job.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: "Honey, I'm just trying to help...you've injured your knee and it looks dislocated. I know it hurts but I need to look at it to see if we need to get EMS involved, okay? I'll let you hold my hand and squeeze as hard as you need to and I can give you a lollipop for your mouth if you need to yell."
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: "Woah, woah, woah! Boys, let's break it up... I know you two are mad at each other but let's stop to hear both sides of the stories, okay? Can I check you both for injuries?"
IF SAID YES:
"Lovely, could you look up for me? Now to your right side, then left, and finally down. Okay, you aren't showing any signs of a concussion or broken bones. So I'll just take you two to my room and we can talk it out, sound good?"
IF SAID NO:
"That's okay, it's your body! Unfortunately, we do have to go to my room so we don't disturb other students. Let's hear both sides of the stories so apologies can be given if needed."
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: "This is not how an employee should act! I know I am no higher power than you, but I can give you some advice. I suggest you quit acting this way unless you want fired, the principal is doing a routine inspection of everyone today and this behavior surely will not be tolerated by Mr. Brown."
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?: "Good morning staff! Did anyone get coffee brewing or do you want me to? You guys didn't, that's okay, I will be happy to make some for everyone!" - "Coffee is done! I also made some hot chocolate since it's almost Christmas. There's marshmallows on the counter along with the water and cocoa powder for more cups."

/me &oAnnika had a gentle smile on her face, kneeling closer to get a better look at a student's injury. A cut that was raw but not deep, and she could tell it was the kind of thing that a simple clean-up and a band-aid could fix. The student looked up at her, a mix of embarrassment and relief in their expression, as if they were grateful for the comfort of such an understanding presence. Annika reached into her backpack, always prepared for little emergencies such as these, and pulled out a first aid kit. &f“Let’s get you patched up so you can get back to your parkour stunts in no time!” &rHer calming attitude helped ease the tension, and soon the panicked expression on the student's face began to morph into a somewhat more relaxed smile as Annika tended to the wound.

It’s not just a game; water can be dangerous, and you need to understand that." Her words were a blend of motherly instinct and desperate need for him to grasp the severity of his actions.

Annika grew up in a neglectful environment where her parents were often absent, consumed by their own struggles. Despite this, she found safety in her older sister, who took on the role as a caretaker and protector. Her sister's undying support provided Annika with a loving home filled with encouragement, creativity, and emotional safety. Their bond is the building blocks of what makes Annika herself today and the reason she remains close to her sister even in adulthood. Her academic journey was fueled by a desire to understand the human mind and her own turbulent childhood. She earned her Doctoral Degree in Psychology with a minor in Creative Writing by the age of 26. Her ideas focused on the psychological impacts of childhood neglect and the healing power of creative expression, drawing from her personal experiences and the calming role writing played in her life. Seeing people struggling with the exact same thing she had to go through ignites her anger and sadness tenfold; trauma in the childhood years is the worst thing someone could experience. Annika has a deep understanding of human emotions, stemming from her studies and her own life experiences. She is often the friend people turn to for support and her passion for writing is a significant part of her life. She enjoys crafting short stories and poetry, often inspired by her past and her relationships. There's a lot of bullies and people who seem like they only exist to make someone's life worse. This is mostly because they don't have anyone to talk with or they've been bullied or they are getting bullied. I just want to be that person that people know they're safe with.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Some employees can get agitated and lose their temper because Highschool students can be a lot sometimes. I was on a plane for 12 years with many men and I never got tired of them. I have built up many years of patience by agreeing to go on that plane that I believe other employees may not have.
