Describe your activity:

I believe to say that I am quite active, the only times I tend to not be active is during work, or if my partner is visiting. I tend to get on almost everyday, and I’m already very active to the best of my ability due to being in EMS. I enjoy getting on for the faction I’m already in, and I would love to show how active I can be for this faction as well.

If I were to put my activity on a scale I would 7/10, yes I’m not online 24/7, hours on hours, but when I’m on then I stay on for a bit.

Here’s my full time table!

Mattering on how I feel or so on I can wake up early such as 7-10 am, if I am not feeling well or sleep later on I will get on around 12-2 pm!
I normally do not work or do school on this day, unless my schedule is changed or I have plans pop up I have this day free.
I wake up early on Mondays as I have to get online for school, which means I get up around 7-9 AM, after I am done with school I have time to myself UNTIL work.
I normally work from 5 to 9:30 these days and will stay up after to play games or so on.

Psychiatrist Application (ACCEPTED)

What is your motivation to apply for reporter?:

I want to bring myself into more roleplays, yes I do a lot of roleplaying in EMS, but I want to be able to include myself in all factions. I see that reporters all have chances to go out and speak to others, giving interviews and being able to express myself within reports just sounds super fun! Hearing stuff from friends or simply seeing how the faction runs, makes me very excited to just express my motivation towards the faction!

Do you have any experience with writing? What is your relationship with writing?:

I used to write a lot in school, making up tons of stories and simply doing writings for my classes. Outside of that, when I first joined SRP, I loved writing massive backstories for my characters or simply writing lore, with even being in EMS, it gives me a chance to be really into detailRP which leads into any writing I have outside of ICLY stuff.

Are you aware of - and will follow - the set of rules provided to you?:

Yes, I’m aware and will follow!

Why should we accept you over others?:

I don’t exactly say I should be accepted over others, cause as much as I want to be accepted, anyone and everyone deserves a chance. If I were to say something, it would just be about my will to be in the faction, it's something that I’ve recently gained a lot of interest in after learning a bit more about the faction. I’ve always thought it was so cool, how much freedom you have in the faction to let your creativity run wherever.

My mind also runs with ideas a lot, things to do, actually just anything, i love doing whatever i can do whenever i can do it.

Do you understand you have to stay completely neutral with all reports? (Your report can't have any OOC or IC bias towards a specific group.)

Yes, I understand this! This is how lots of things work, I’ve learned this as learning how to be a reporter in school!
Do you trust that you will be able to stay active and complete the monthly quota?:

Yes, I do trust that! I try my best to be active and reach my quota.
Summarize what you imagine work as a reporter is:

Honestly, I wouldn’t say it's easy work, as you put your mind to a challenge but I feel that writing reports about something you made your character be interested in, will let you work your mind. Putting any and all of your thoughts into editing and writing. Of course the main things will be reports, as that is what a reporter is mostly seen for.

But, I also see it as putting your character in danger to interview people, putting yourself in events where you don’t know what is happening. As a reporter you have to listen to others without your opinion being the biggest factor, as it's not your opinion but the opinion of the players.

IC (In-Character) Information:
Treat this section like it is your own character answering it

Full Name:

“You wanna know my name? Yeah of course you do, it’s Seong Sun-Hae, don’t abuse it.”

Preferred Name/Nickname and Title (e.g., Ms, Mr)

“What is the title even supposed to mean? Oh, that, yeah er, Ms. Seong alright? Okay. Nickname? Don’t got one. At least not for a workplace like this.”
Current Age (25+):

“My age? Don’t you know that's one of the questions you don’t ask a woman! Whatever, I’m 26.”

Past job/work experience:

“Eh, my brother used to be a reporter back in Korea, I shadowed him for a while.. I guess that’s it, I was an intern and everything, but we moved here and I decided hey! Might as well ya know?”

Degree/qualifications:

“I was in college for a few years, doing some design stuff or whatever, honestly forgot what it's called, but I’ve been a newspaper editor in school and college.”
Nationality and born location:

“Err, I was born in South Korea… my parents are south Korean, everyone in my family is south Korean… so that I don't know makes.. me South Korean.”
Phone Number:

"030-553-5412"

How would you describe yourself in under 150 words?:

“Yikes! Describing myself? Of course you’d like to know. If I was going to speak of my looks, my hair is covered in blonde highlights, and my hair is black. I am the height of 5’'2, haven’t grown since middle school, joy huh? I got tattoos, I guess they look great on me, you know? Moving past my looks cause that doesn’t matter or whatever. Lots of people have told me that I come off a bit bad with attitude, I guess I can see that, but that’s just what you have to have at this time of day, of course that's the only way people will listen to you. I will say I work amazing with people though, don’t ever doubt that, but I still do like to stay in my own lane when it comes to work. Honestly though, I love getting into things that shouldn’t be my business, might cause trouble but if you want something interesting, I’m ya girl.”

What are you interested in writing about? How will you achieve this, and would you consider going out of your comfort zone?:

“What I'm interested in writing about? Eh, I want to write about the things that are left uncovered, things that people left behind, stopped caring about, bringing that spark back to that covered thing. I see people write about the events that happen in the city, but what about behind the event, what about the things that run behind it all? People will never know unless it gets uncovered. Achieving this, I will do anything to get the information that I need, need me to sneak into somewhere, don’t even ask I’ll do it. I’m completely fine going out of my comfort zone. It would be a part of my job.”
What are your expectations for the job?:

“I understand that we need to have at least one report a month to reach quota, we need to make sure that we are answering people’s questions at the front desk, on top of it we do broadcasts for everyone around the city, adding our little pop into the broadcast.”
Do you have a criminal record? If so, list the crimes below:

“Gosh man, I don’t think so? I mean… why would I.”
Fluent Languages (Underline your native):

“Eh, I speak Korean and Japanese, of course Korean is my native language.”

PROMPTS:
You will have to write two reports about a topic of your choice. Here we can see how pronounced your writing is and how creative you are. Use your own formatting and your own report idea. (If you're found plagiarizing an actual report or another applicant, you will be denied.)

#1 - General report. Report about a topic, informing players about an event or significant issues to Karakura.

#2 - Interview. It's important to have well-rounded questions. Create your own interview with ten questions or more. And answer them yourself.

[!] A video would begin playing, seeming that there were shaky hands trying to fix the camera’s view. [!]

[!] The camera would pan to a desk, two women, one in scrubs, one in streetwear, this one seemed to have their legs crossed. [!]

Seong Sun-Hae: “Good morning, Dr. Lindauer, thank you for coming in today. I’m going to ask you a few questions about your workspace, is that okay with you?”

[!] The Doctor nodded, keeping a neutral expression on her face.[!]

Doctor Emilia Lindauer: “Of course, ask away.”

Seong Sun-Hae: “Okay, amazing. First question for you, with being a doctor in the hospital, does this affect your health? If so, how?”

[!] The doctor would tilt her head, clasping her hands together. [!]

Doctor Emilia Lindauer: “Truthfully, it can affect my health." She trailed off before continuing. "It can vary. There are times I work shifts so long I don't have time to talk to myself. Other times, we'll lose a patient, or experience someone severely injured..." She paused, reaching her right hand up to push up her glasses. "It can definitely take a toll on you. But... the benefits make it worth it. I get to work with amazing people and, in most cases, save lives."

Seong Sun-Hae: “Hm, I see. Do the benefits weigh out the tolls that it can take on you?”

[!] The doctor would tilt her head, shaking her hand in a 'So-so' motion before she spoke. [!]

Doctor Emilia Lindauer: “"Hmm. Most times, yes. It does. Being able to help others is something I've always wished to achieve, and not to mention my amazing co-workers." She paused. "The cons really weigh me down sometimes, though, especially on the unfortunate days where we have to send a patient to the morgue."

Seong Sun-Hae: “Hm, I can see how that can be, with your co-workers, hows your relationship with them?"

[!] The Doctor's face flickered, an emotion which was a mix of happy and neutrality. [!]

Doctor Emilia Lindauer: "I get along well with most of them. Outside of our workplace, I would consider them a friend. Which of course, changes the minute we are in our scrubs." She paused, fidgeting with her earrings. "I don't have a negative relationship with anyone, actually. I appreciate all of my co-workers and admire how they work individually with their patients. It's interesting, really, each person is different. They speak to their patients differently, address them differently, and so on."

Seong Sun-Hae: “You mentioned patients, how are they with you? Do you have a bond with any?"

[!] Emilia would bring her hand down from her ear, tapping lightly on the desk. [!]

"I wouldn't say a bond, but I have some patients I see quite often." The doctor paused, deep in thought. "There is one patient, a young boy. I see him often for physical therapy. We have a closer doctor-patient relationship than the typical patient, but it remains professional. Always"

Seong Sun-Hae: “That's good to hear. Moving on, how do you feel about your higher-ups?"

[!] Her head tilted slightly, a glint in her eyes sparkling as she continued drumming her fingers on the table. [!]

"I respect them. They are very brilliant people who are deserving of their position. I would even say I admire them. Dr. Bon Ga-eul, for example. He's quite intelligent. My higher-ups are great people."

Seong Sun-Hae: “I'm sure they are. I'd love to speak with them. How would you rate yourself when it comes to doing a good job?"

[!] The doctor stopped her tapping, folding both hands on the table. She straightened her posture. Her mood shifted; she became confident and relaxed. [!]

"To put it...... Realistically." She paused, thinking before she spoke. "I feel that I do quite a good job. I take pride in my work, and put a lot of effort into it. Sometimes, I even put my work before my physical health, which isn't healthy for myself. I'll admit that. It's something I can't really help. I care deeply about my work as other people's lives depend on it. As in numbers... I'd say a 8/10. I consider myself good, but there is always room for improvement."

[!] She'd nod, satisfied with her answer. [!]

Seong Sun-Hae: “That's understandable, I respect that outlook. How do you feel towards the recent events in Karakura?"

[!] The doctor would freeze, her previous energy fading, leaving a tense atmosphere behind. She'd chew at the inside of her cheek, racking her brain before her mouth opened. [!]

"How I feel? Hmm..... Disappointed." She'd frown, the first true facial expression she wore in the entire interview. "The sewer incident. I'm sure you recall. One of my co-workers, Huali Hiwahwa was severely injured. And I mean... Severely. It was heartbreaking to witness, if I'm being honest. I was near tears treating him, as he begged me to tell him if he'd be able to walk again." She'd sigh, cracking her neck as she tried to ease the pressure crawling up her spine. "It left a sour taste in my mouth, that's for sure. I wish.... We had gotten them help sooner. It took.... So long. That's all I have to say."

[!] She inhaled sharply as she nodded, it was clear she was done speaking about that. [!]

Seong Sun-Hae: “I'm sorry to hear that. I hope he is in good health. I wont pry, so let's move on to a happier topic. Do you feel as your team works together well when it comes to stressful situations?"

[!] The doctor would nod and crack her knuckles. It was clear she appreciated that response. [!]

"I believe he is. Regardless, moving on. My team works very well in stressful situations. Take the storm for example, let's look at it in a greater light." She paused. "Before everything collapsed, our higher-up had us lined in curtains, ready. It brought all of us a bit of comfort, being given instruction and structure." She scratched her nose. "Another example, psychiatrist and doctor teamwork. We work very well together, despite being in two different fields. Psychiatrists will often help us doctors by administering IV's to patients when we are unable to."

Seong Sun-Hae: “That's very interesting. It's nice to learn about the environment in the hospital. Last question, how is it to have people depend on you, especially in a protecting way?”

[!] The doctor pushed her glasses up again, reaching both hands behind her head to tighten her ponytail. [!]

Doctor Emilia Lindauer: “Eh. It's quite nice, actually. The pressure can be a lot, but it's very rewarding to help and protect people. It's something I've wanted to do for a long time."

Seong Sun-Hae: “That’s understandable, well that’s all, thank you for coming in today, I was very grateful for your time today.”

[!] The doctor would nod. [!]

Doctor Emilia Lindauer: “Of course. Thank you for speaking to me."

[!] The camera would fall to the ground, fading to black, the clip cut out. [!]
