Good day Karakura! Sorry for taking so long to post this report. Today, this article will be about the trashing of another tunnel. One night, a group of delinquents going by the title ‘Adobansu’ went to the tunnel between the Power Plant and Apartment Complex H.
They wore all black clothes with masks, made their way into the tunnel, sprayed their logo and name on the wall, destroyed the walls of the tunnel, and vandalized a truck that was broken down there, now a symbol of their cause.
At first, this group seemed to only be delinquents wanting to cause mischief, but upon closer inspection to their sprays and overall organization of this event, they are very clearly a gang, wanting to make their mark and reveal themselves to the town.

Additionally, there was recently an arrest on the alleged leader of this organization, name being Moe Ito Tadayashi. He is guilty for Gang Affiliation, Assault on a Government Worker, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Assault, Resisting Arrest, and Evasion. While in custody, he assaulted an officer and used them as a hostage, attempting to make an escape. Though this attempt failed, it proves that this individual is dangerous.
