With the season of Spring being upon us, Japan is submerged in festivals, traditions, and events. Of all the seasons, Spring is likely the one most people find enjoyable. But what exactly does Spring, and April in general, bring us?
For the spiritual residents of Karakura, I’m bringing up a full report of this month's horoscope so you know exactly what to expect throughout the weeks ahead of us.
Like Spring itself, the horoscopes of April make for a refreshing start to the year. The last few horoscopes have given most signs a rough time, but April is the break we all need. And it truly is a refreshing start, because April 1st started with a new moon in Aries. This was everyone’s calm before the storm and the first few days allowed everyone to properly plan out their month of healing. On April 5th, Venus moves into Pisces. This means romance is in the air and it’s likely it was a great day for those with partners or those without. Even if you didn’t notice too much, the next few days were reported to be very flirtatious.
Merely five days later on April 10th, Mercury moves into Taurus, providing us with grounded and deep thoughts about the previous days and the ambitions that followed. If you accomplished one of these ambitions, you have Mercury to thank. However, these next few days can prove to be a bit rocky for some compared to the last few months. On April 12th, both Jupiter and Neptune become aligned with Pisces. This increases creativity and intuition and throws us into a sense of intoxication. Not in the literal sense, of course.

On April 14th, Mars takes its turn with Pisces, encouraging us to resolve our grievances with compassion and kindness. If you’re having any regrets about past relationships, now is the time to resolve these and come to terms with what happened. Or perhaps even rekindle something?
By now, we’re halfway through the month and it seems the emotional Pisces has been hoggin’ all the planets. This gives us an ‘on the clouds’ feeling for the month. This isn’t helped by the fact that on April 16th, Libra takes over the full moon. From the 16th to the 19th, you’ll feel an even stronger desire for a strong relationship. Thankfully, on April 19th, the Sun moves into Taurus and gives us some clarity through this emotionally hectic month. These next few days are stable and help you get back on your feet to prepare for the month's grand finale.
Remember how I just said you get clarity and stability to prepare you? Well, get ready for April 29th! Not only is Pluto in retrograde, but Mercury has moved into Gemini. This is quite the intense finish to the month, and it doesn’t stop there. On April 30th, Taurus takes over the solar eclipse. This finishes the month off with a bang that will leave you feeling like you just had a crazy night followed up by a hangover.
