A new complex arises in Karakura’s Business park aka the tower district coincidentally after a housing crisis article along with several
complaints from the public were made. Here will be everything you need to know regarding this new complex, what it holds, whos there and whats the be expected as a result of the new building.

The building has two main entrances, the lobby being in the front facing towards plaza while the other on the opposite end. Upon entering the lobby youre greeted by a comfortable sight to see. Inside is a couches, TV, desks, club pamphlets. You can also find the openi
ng day arrows that point new guests in the direction of the elevator which can be assumed to be removed later.
There is even a place for pets! Behind the couch theres noticeable a public food and water bowl for your animals incase you wish to spend some time down there with your furry friends .

As mentioned before a small TV playing our local weather reporters are seen, along with again some club information and pamphlets. If you look towards near the pink in the back area of the photo, you'll also find what should be a fire escape .. which would have made complex K one of the very few apartment complexes that are up to a fire code standard. Yet again, as you've read from a previous article, Karakura doesn't have a fire station to upkeep and enforce the fire safety regulation laws so legally even without the fire escape, the place would be up to standard.

The “fire escape” leads up to the roof of course .. however thats it. Its ONLY purpose is to lead up to the roof.. The roof currently is empty however some speculate that sometime in the future it may be renovated into a garden or hang out area for its residents. Some claim hoping it becomes a roof-top pool at some point.
As for other parts of the base floor level, we find a few blocked off areas that are
assumed to at some point be little mini shops or one even to become a diner at some point, so keep an eye out for a future article regarding that.

There also is two public bathrooms, a lost and found location and lastly a .. comment board? Below will be listed what it says:

“A cat has been wandering around. Does anyone know who’s it is?”
“FLOOR 5, STOP BEING SO LOUD!”

“KEEP THE HALLS CLEAN! -Management”

Now, the fine print. If you wish to live here, how's the security? Hows the apartments? Whats the cost? Well lets dive into that. Rent wise the complex is more expensive then shopping district and seems to be about the same price as pent houses, though vastly smaller. The price for a lower floor apartment from floors 1-5 are 100k monthly while floors 6-7 are 150k monthly.

Each apartment is 33 feet wide, 21 feet tall and 51 feet long.
[OOC: 11 blocks wide, 7 tall, 18 long. Typically 1 block = 3 feet.] and every apartment comes with a balcony. This is far smaller then all apartments at shopping district, and are double or triple the amount in rent.

Many have justified the price as of the complexes location being so close to plaza and for it to be in business park, others of course battling this justification but for the most park; people arent happy with the prices.
Now as far as security goes, theres cameras! Not many, though. Theres one outside the front of the complex, one inside the main lobby, and one at the end of every hallway on floors 1-7. Besides them, not much else.
Resident wide, we see a cast majority of Adults to teens for once, Many of Karakura's school faculty and college student population living there

Theres no lack of awareness of Karakura’s seemingly overpopulation, so much so not long previous to this was there an article made about it. So upon the new complex being made, we’ve been regulating the amount of open places listed at Kaya Minako’s Property LTD. There for the last while, we’ve seen a rise in available listings. Though possible temporary, we’ve seen a switch from absolutely zero living areas on the market, to always more then three at the time. As of currently the main available places to rent are all share houses however just earlier to today several apartments were free. Seeing this and hoping it lasts, can start to be a turn for the better with the houses crisis. So now we keep eyes on the government to see if they keep this up, and seeing how long it takes for the next set of houses to occur.

We’ve already had it confirmed that in Karakura’s forrest we’ll see rentable cabins, and along with that we have gotten new suggestions emerging. Some suggest that the beach houses should be able to be bought and renovated, keeping their outside exterior the same but pulling those renting it to be able to keep the place more permanently, and to be able to decorate the inside. Some even state they’d be more willing to pay the 100k+ yen for something like that, rather then on Complex K.

And for now thats all you need to know regarding the new complex seen in Karakura along with an update with the Karakura housing crisis.
