Karakura has several foods and dishes,

but there are some you can consider

gourmet. Karakura’s dishes are very high

quality as you can buy some lovely foods

from somewhere like 11-7 and it will still

be high-quality. If you are a foodie looking

for a gourmet experience, there are a few

foods that you should try. For instance, the city is known for its cheap and delicious marshmallows and

peach treats, known for their sweetness and
chewy tastes!

Well, the thing that makes these dishes gourmet and extends beyond their ingredients; it's the meticulous attention to detail, the balance of flavors and textures, and the artistic presentation that transforms a meal into an unforgettable experience.

Kenjiro- “What is your favorite dish to eat here in Karakura?”

Ezio- ”Ah, I definitely gotta go with the Nachos at La Casa”

Kenjiro- ”Do you know of any gourmet dishes?”

Ezio- “Of course I do, I make some Risotto Alla Milanese all the time”

Kenjiro- “Do you create any yourself, or do you purchase them?”

Ezio- “I make most myself, try not to spend too much money”

Kenjiro- ”Can you describe the process of creating the government dish?”

Ezio- “Well it's mostly chicken. But what I do to make it nice and good is-
I make sure everything is organized. So I grab different pans and different-
cups. But first I bring the chicken to a nice simmer and keep it warm.
Then in another pan I heat up some olive oil add some onion and
seasoning and cook it to a decent heat, stirring it till it's nice and soft for a
little bit. Then I add the rice and cook it for a minute or two, to coat the
chicken in a nice thin layer. Then I add some wine into the mixture for some
flavor, then I add some saffron in as well to get the rice nice. Once all of that
I get the wine nice and mixed in with the rice, so it doesn't overwhelm
anything, then I add the chicken, slowly till it's all mixed smoothly. Then I
serve.”

Kenjiro- ”Oh, and what challenges have you faced when preparing government dishes?”

Ezio- “The learning process and trial and error of making sure everything is

perfect down to the decor, every basil leaf, to every rice placement”

Kenjiro- “Wow Thank you, Ezio for allowing me to interview you on this.”
