For some time Karakura has been a place full of violence. School teachers face harassment on a daily basis, Hospital staff are under the constant pressure of having the life of many those in their hands. Many of these are children. Even individuals from all around the world arrived in the city of Karakura, their first experiences being unjust.
Daniel Lacrosse, a 36-year-old art teacher at Karakura high school explains the difficulties he faces.
“It is for sure an interesting job, I love it. The SLT are some very kind and friendly people, and Co-Workers always try to help you! The thing that makes the job hard, is the students.”
School faculty are harassed by students daily. Disrespected in sways that are not justifiable. Teachers undergo constant harassment, plus it’s not only a select few students who harass Its Many students.
“ To the students, I would like to mention something. Please stop with this inappropriate behavior, we just want to help you with your lessons and your problems. We are not able to serve you a love life. Please finally get this through your head. Thank you “ - Daniel
It’s not only within the schools that this sort of harassment occurs, it’s everywhere. From high school students, to shop owners, anyone who’s lived in Karakura for at least a few weeks has seen and or experienced some form of harassment.

To make matters worse, the majority of these people who find their way to the hospital due to injuries related to gangs are children around the age of 18.
“I think Gang violence is just dependent on killing now and beating people up. They want power over everyone” - Says Mifumi Ryuga, a 34-year-old Surgeon
Hospital workers go through the pressure of having all these people’s lives in their hands.
On top of this much of the pressure is put on KPD to manage all of this. Upon dealing with recent events with growing gang violence, Officers have much to juggle.
Causes
We assume the cause of this excessive violence is the lack of parental control. Many who arrive in Karakura are high school students often finding their way here without their parents. As a result of this many of the students at Karakura have no fear of punishments. Same with outside of school, They don't have anyone stopping them from making heinous decisions.
Within the school punishments that are given are commonly detentions, suspensions, and occasionally expulsion. However, these disciplinary actions don't seem to stop their actions whatsoever.
As for outside of the school, the violence seems to have gone to a much higher extreme. Hospitals can't catch a break.
Possible Solutions
Considering the violence occurring in Karakura happens nearly everywhere, fixing the issue would certainly face complications. A few possible solutions to stop the growing violence, Maybe to cut it off from the source. Within the school, more disciplinary actions should be taken place, and perhaps become more strict with things.
As for around the town, one solution to end the gang violence may be to cut off how these civilians are gaining access to weapons. Government becoming more involved
