If the city had driving rules I guarantee you there would be hundreds more arrests for vehicle based crimes - and at least 20% of them would be the emergency services themselves LOL

I'd say that's some pretty fire quota for EMS and KPD overall, but then again, it'd be VERY often with how people around drive </3
