Why are Teachers so Important to SchoolRP?
Teachers are incredibly to SchoolRP for multiple reasons; the main being that the most popular Roleplay in the SchoolRP server is well School Roleplay, new players to the server, beginners, start their SRP journey usually in school, they get guidance from Teachers, School Employees and Professors ICLY and OOCLY. When I first joined SchoolRP it was school time, my roleplay name was my in-game name and I didn't know a thing about the server. Back then there was a starter tutorial that didn't explain much, until a teacher came up to me and explained everything I needed to know. That Teacher also advised me to join classes and I did, that's how I made my first ever friends in SRP.
Teachers also organise and host classes, these classes might seem basic but actually teach you things, whether it's in real life things or in game things, for example I joined a history class and learned some lore about Karakura, not only did I learn things but I actually enjoyed the lesson. I also had joined a drama class and I actually got better at acting. Teachers have many responsibilities, they can't simply host any class, they have to make their classes enjoyable and fun, otherwise it'd be useless for the students.
Teachers also assure that you always get an opportunity to role play, maybe some people don't role play enough because they're shy but once they join a class, I know for a fact that teachers try to make everyone participate, perhaps even receive a reward token. Teachers create role play opportunities for others and for themselves.

In-Character Section
What's your character's full name?
Elena entered the room where the interview was being held. She glanced at the one who was going to ask her questions, he looked young for a vice principal. Before sitting down, she tipped her head forward, bowing before him, an old Japanese greeting. She proceeded to settle down onto the chair, ready to answer his question.
Kaito: “Welcome! Please answer the following question - What is your full name?”
Elena Hatake Muhito: tapped her fingers against her leg silently before speaking. “Greetings! My name is Elena Hatake Muhito” Her voice came out calm and confident.
What is your character's nationality?
The female in her mid thirties waited for the young male to respond. While waiting, her eyes danced around the room, taking in every bit of information. Her gaze settled upon the portrait which was in the vice principal’s office.
Kaito: started filling out the form, writing Elena’s answers down. “And, what is your nationality?”
Elena Hatake Muhito: tilted her head to the side, recalling memories from her childhood. “My nationality? I’m one hundred percent Japanese, born and raised in Karakura.” She smiled at the man, her voice steady.
What is your preferred subject to teach?
My preferred subject to teach is Performing Arts (Drama).
Describe your character
Elena Hatake Muhito | [エレナハタケムヒト] Stood before you at a height of four foot nine. Her hazel eyes would be the source of light, lighting up any room that she’d walk into. Something about her would make you feel comfortable with her, make you trust her. When she’d smile, you’d somehow feel special, as if she is completely focused on you. She’d have a pimple on her left cheek, a mark from her birth that she’d somehow render to be amazing. Her nose would be rather on the bigger side, making her seem to not be so perfect. Her long raven black hair would flow down her shoulders, making it look as if it were precious. Elena acts professional around all, students, young adults and even her elders. She thinks that anyone who breathes deserves her utmost respect. She acts friendly with everyone, never being the cause of arguments, if anything she’d try to stop them as best she can. The thing that makes Elena special is her attention to detail. She’d spend hours perfecting mundane things that other people wouldn’t. This is exactly what makes her such an amazing drama teacher, her attention to detail allows her to perfect any scene. Upon getting older she wishes to organise multiple events around Karakura and the school, all around acting. Her biggest wish is to organise a play, where some of her top students would perform in.
What is your character's outlook on students and co-workers?
Elena was thinking about her past. Her previous experiences, working in a school. This isn’t the first time she’d be a teacher, but it would certainly be the first where she’d have such a wide range of students interested in her class. The female had learned much about Karakura High School, her friends told her how many students attend each class, she already knew it herself. Being a student in Karakura High showed her how many High School students actually come to class. They’re so interested in learning that it amazes Elena.
Kaito: “Elena, what is your outlook on students and co-workers?”
Elena Hatake Muhito: pondered for a moment, she opened her mouth to speak, ready to answer the question. “I respect all students as much as adults and elders. I will teach them everything I would know to the fullest of my capacities. My knowledge would branch out, allowing new students who are genuinely interested in acting. I’d hope to be able to teach them things about acting that another drama teacher wouldn’t. As for my co-workers, I’d do anything in my capabilities to help each and every one of them. If one of them needs help with a class, I would help them. If one is busy but wants a coffee, I’d make them one. Upon seeing a co-worker in distress I would try to assist however I could. As stated before, I respect all living things. I’ll help whoever needs it.”
What is your character's motivation for teaching?
The former teacher’s eyes look around the room once more. Her eyes resting on the bookshelf, an intriguing book would be there; ‘Top Ten Ways To Teach Acting’. Her gaze would dart back to the vice principal’s one, understanding that he used to be a drama teacher. She’d nod, interested, remembering her childhood.
Kaito: “What motivates you to teach?”
Elena Hatake Muhito: thought for a moment, wondering what her motivation was. Once she’d form an answer that she liked in her head she’d speak. “I would like to teach the new generation all about acting. I feel as the world is progressing and the old customs of the world are being forgotten. The new generation loves movies and TV series but they ignore how they’re made. They ignore who actually creates them, that actors exist. My motivation is to create actors who’ll become some of the best actors. I want to share my knowledge with those who wish to learn it.”

Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?
Elena walks towards the student whose arm is raised. The young teacher gestured for the student to speak, a soft smile plastered on her face. “Miss Muhito, I’m struggling to understand science fiction.”. The drama teacher smiled softly once more. “Well, science fiction is a TV series or a movie that’s created based on facts that exist in real life but they’re mixed with theories which are usually fictional. This is why they call it science fiction due to it being based on science, the facts and the theories that make up the fiction part of it!”. The student would nod along to what Elena was saying, finally understanding.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?
Elena would proceed in her class, but a soft frown appeared on her forehead. She didn’t enjoy being interrupted but also understood that sometimes it would be difficult for teenagers to stay in a confined space, not speaking for an hour or two. “Excuse me.” She’d interrupt both classmates. “Please don’t speak out of turn, if you’re interested in speaking, you’re more than welcome to raise your hand and share your opinion with the entire class. I’m sure whatever you need to say is important.” She smiled, allowing that information to seek into the student’s mind. “But, if you’re really itching to speak to each other without the rest of the class, you can whisper if you’d wish, being non disruptive to the class and to me. Respect is mutual, I respect you, you respect me.” After the students would nod embarrassingly at being caught red handed. Elena would simply offer a kind smile, trying to reassure them that it was fine.
Provide at least 2 interactive class ideas related to your preferred subject
1) Explaining the acting scene.
2) Offering advice on how to execute the act.
3) Stating the purpose of this acting exercise.
4) Offering constructive criticism.

⊰ An Emotional Turn ⊱
Elena would walk towards the blackboard, writing down the class’ title onto it. She’d smile at her class. “Greetings students! My name is Miss Muhito and today some of you will be acting out a scene. I'll need volunteers for this, but before we start I’ll start this class’ introduction.” She waits patiently for the class to quiet down and for all students to find their seats. “Today, some students will act out a scene of my choosing, there will be two teenagers, a girl and a boy, they are twins. They’re laughing, having fun until the girl receives the call that their grandfather was in the hospital and in critical condition. The goal is to see how well you could act out those two emotions, joy with immediate sadness. Students, who would like to volunteer?” She smiles softly, seeing all the raised hands. She picks a male to play the grandfather, a male to play the male twin and a female to play the female twin. Elena watches carefully as they act, nodding impressed by their performance. Once they’ve ended she congratulates them. “Good job guys, I’m so very proud of all of you. That was a great performance. I’ll allow you to hear constructive criticism.” She nods, listening carefully to the criticism. “Maybe next time try to work more on your gestures too!” A voice shouts out from the back. Elena nods. Letting the others speak too.

⊰ Jumping To The Future ⊱
Elena would stride in the blackboard’s direction, writing down the title of her class onto it. A smile would appear on her face. “Welcome students to my class! You may address me as Miss Muhito and today some will volunteer to be actors for a scene.” Elena would say that right at the beginning, allowing her students a few moments to settle down and fully start listening to her. “I want you guys to act out a scene where you are the characters, two girls, two boys, you will be allowed to freestyle this, but when I shout ‘now’ I would like you guys to pretend as if the scene is situated one fifty years later, making you improvise. Alright, I need volunteers now.” Her eyes would dance around the room, as she carefully picked out her required characters. “So what is the scene guys?” She asks them after they had some time to converse between them. “This scene is a mix of Jurassic Park, we’ll be teenagers during the dinosaur attack and then when you indicate that we jump one hundred years later we’ll all pretend we’ve discovered the key to immortality and eternal youth, allowing us to live infinitely. The park will also be completely restored with new types of dangerous but cool dinosaurs.” Elena smiles at their idea. “That’s very creative, you may begin whenever you wish.” Elena watches the scene outfold, the acting in this one isn’t as great as her previous class’ one where they acted out the twins and emotional switch. At some point Elena shouted ‘now’ indicating to the students that the scene had moved on fifty years. She gasped slightly, at the creativity and the amazing execution of their planned improvisation. At the very end, she listened to all the constructive criticism, clapping along with the class.
