Kim has mostly healed sunburn scars on her ears and shoulders (Skin tone appearing redder in those areas) due to the searing heat after her last few years in her hometown. This leads to her preferring not to be touched in these areas.

Kim O'Sullivan is a very optimistic and respectful student, usually seen with a small, nervous smile as she walks around. Her anxiety gifts her a very nervous aura, jumping at even the slightest of noises, and always extremely alert, looking around constantly. To people she doesn't know or doesn't particularly like, Kim seems a bit neutral and monotone, sometimes speaking very simply and becoming irritated quickly if said person is bothering her. Kim is a very patient student, rarely losing her temper, usually becoming upset instead of angry. She gained the British part of her accent after becoming obsessed with the BBC's Doctor Who.
Post-Tyler Arc
With her new prosthetic vocal cords installed, Kim would retain some of her accent and original pitch. However, her voice now sounds much more mechanical and monotone. She is now much more prone to tripping over her words and being incomprehensible sometimes.

An addiction stemming from when she was a young child, Kim likes scavenging old computers and revitalizing them. Beginning to take an interest in fixing, revitalizing and building old machines as she went through middle school, she began to stockpile computer components and accessories in her room.
A month after she moved to Karakura, she began scavenging computers once again. She currently owns a section in her room dedicated to collecting the parts she scavenges.
Art
Although she often never admits it, Kim is pretty decent at art, often seen doodling on a piece of paper when in extreme boredom.
Swimming
Growing up about a mile from a beach in Yabucoa, Kim often found herself walking down to the beach with her biological father, spending tons of time playing around and swimming in the beach. She finds swimming in Karakura's beach to be nostalgic and relaxing, as its one of the only things that reminds her of her old home back in Puerto Rico.

Backstory:
Pre-Karakura
Kim Takasho was born on February 1st 2003, in the city of San Juan located on the U.S Territory Puerto Rico, later moving from their apartment in the puertorican metropolitan area to a decently sized house in the city of Yabucoa. She grew up attending an elementary school a city over, having to overcome a mild case of dyslexia as she cruised through school. In the end the disorder didn't stand a chance against the youngling, pushed by her probably unhealthy desire to absorb every single drop of knowledge she could. She became interested in Computer Engineering as she started middle school, becoming obsessed with PC building. Her father helped this obsession by obtaining cheaper, older components for her to play around with different configurations and overclocking (totally didn't fry a couple of pentiums along the way- definitely not). She began to study for the PSAT as she inched her way into highschool, until her life was turned upside down. September 20, 2017, Kim and her family were huddled up in the middle of a storm shelter alongside hundreds of other people, their voices drowned out by howling wind and thunder outside. Hurricane Maria made landfall at approximately 6:15 am, the eye passing directly over the cities of Yabucoa and Humacao, leaving a ravaged landscape behind. The family would spend the next two years trying to survive an apocalyptic like scene after their house was essentially swiped off of the ground by the strong winds. After having tanked a little bit in highschool due to the unfavorable conditions she was living in, Kim's parents made an arrangement with a japanese friend, sending the now 18 year old to Karakura City to finish Highschool and enter college.
Karakura
Once Kim arrived in Karakura, she was greeted by the Yoshi family, and was swiftly adopted by them. Enduring some problems with depression and PTSD as she adjusted to life in her new city, it took her awhile to get comfortable in school and around her new family. Rosie was a big help, having been there alongside her new sister every step of the way. Kim slowly returned to scavenging computers (Much to the dismay of her roomates) and her previous swimming routines. She would later go on to make friends with Sayori and Etsuko, and meet Vi Keigo thanks to her sister Hayami, falling for her not so long after. The relationship however, would not stand for long after Kim discovered Vi's relations to a gang. Due to being in a family which disallowed relations with criminal activity and partly also because Kim felt that Vi hadnt been honest, She decided to break up with Vi and attempt to move on. Later on she would meet Sin Beausolseil thanks to a matchmaking friend. Some time after, Kim would lose her right eye after being nabbed off the street by an unknown gang member, possibly due to her relations to the Yoshi family, leaving her distraught. After counsel from some of her friends, she ended up getting a glass eye. Around a month later, Kim and Sin would break up due to the latter having to move away from Karakura.
Kim would then go on to meet Mazaki thanks to Etsuko and Sayori, and began to hang out with the three girls daily. During this time she ended up falling for Mazaki, and they'd end up in another relationship which would last for awhile. They'd all go to the France trip together, ending up in quite a couple of messes. Kim earned a burn scar after trying to escape a fire during the Principal's failed flight attempt (Seriously, keep this man away from planes). Some time after having suffered a leg injury from trying to keep Sayori from jumping off a mountain, Mazaki broke up with Kim, and their relationship became toxic soon after as Mazaki's mental state deteriorated. Both eventually fed up with each other, they came to a mutual agreement of denying each other's existence and moving on
Still reeling from the disastrous end to her last relationship, Kim was adopted by Akiko Hanazono, her longtime friend from when she moved into Karakura. Having gone off to a rocky start with her new brothers and mother, it took her some time to warm up to her new family. One rainy day she also met Shirai in the school lobby, who she slowly developed a mild crush on for the next couple of weeks. After returning to a more stable mental state, Kim applied for Councillor in the highschool when the applications opened up, and after a long and distressing wait, she was notified that she had been accepted.
For several months the redhead would learn the ropes of her council role thanks to her friend and Vice President, Mee Jaibatsume. She quickly adjusted, gaining a bit of a reputation for suddenly appearing out of nowhere in problematic situations. Kim would meet Ciara, an abnormally tall girl, after telling her off for chasing around Shirai, the pair hitting it off rather quickly. Their friendship evolved, and soon they became lovers, much to the dismay of Kim's adoptive mother. It sparked a rivalry between Ciara and Akiko, one wanting to prove herself, and the other wanting them as far away from Kim as possible. As the winter passed and the new year began, things would begin to take a turn for the worst. Having ticked off some people due to her constant patrolling, Kim became a target to frequent attacks from delinquents, one going as far to kidnap her. As her mental health took a flat spin, she began to become more and more rough and unforgiving on school grounds. Akiko began to threaten to disown Kim if she continued on with the council, believing (correctly) that it was the cause of her problems, but Kim would refuse. As this began to happen, Ciara suddenly went MIA for several months. Believing that Ciara had just moved on, Kim wrote her a rough break up letter through mail, not receiving a response...
The harassment continued to get worse and worse, until one day, after revealing his face to Kim, Tyler Truman would kidnap the councilor once again. Taken to a secure location, Tyler would end up destroying Kim's vocal cords with a cleaver. She would consecutively find out about Ciara's death as she recovered from her injuries, and adjusted to not having a voice. Kim would be allowed to remain in the student council, adopting the use of a text to speech application on her phone to communicate. She would become good friends with Lorenza Santarossa, falling for per perhaps a little bit, and Sachiko Saiky, with whom she would form a sort of sisterly bond with. About a month or two later, Kim would undergo surgery to replace her damaged vocal cords. She would begin speech therapy just a week after, but has been notably struggling with it.

crazy girl, even during her sometimes dangerous antics. Still friends after Sayori went away for rehabilitation, Kim often speaks to her via texts.

Having met during a rainy day after school, Kim became friends with Shirai pretty quickly, both often hanging out around school and talking about random things (While totally not having a small crush on her, pffft, definitely not. Noticing Shirai's current depressive episodes, Kim actively seeks her out when she can to check up on her friend.

Kim met Mee Jaibatsume after some trips to the councillor's office, having spoken to her several times about misbehaving students. She warmed up to the Council Vice president, and although they don't talk very often, Kim still considers her a great friend and amazing councillor.

Kim met Halo at school when the latter joined the school faculty as a teacher. She quickly became friends with her outside of school, looking up to the teacher as a role model and someone she could always talk to when feeling troubled.

Kim met Yuuki in a party at some point, after he locked her and her sister Rosie in a closet together. Although not resenting him after he apologized for locking her in a closed-off area, she still often bothers him, using the fact that he locked her in a closet as an excuse for it.

Meeting Megumi after the latter joined the Highschool student council, the two became good friends, both often patrolling the school in unison. As the more senior councilor of the two, Kim often helps Megumi with any questions she has and any tougher situations.

Kim would meet Lorenza after the latter would harass her for a good while, often interrupting patrols for the dumbest of questions, tackling her, etcetera. After some time, however, they became friends ...somewhat. Both sometimes tend to antagonize each other, yet both know they can rely on the other when things get rough!

Meeting after a scuffle involving Shirai, Kim and Ciara quickly became friends, greatly enjoying each other's company. It didn't take long for their relationship to evolve, before becoming lovers pretty quickly. She cherished her relationship with Ciara, and deeply cares and watches out for her. Though after her disappearance end eventual breakup, Kims opinion of her has degraded a bit.

Kim would meet Tyler formally after having to punish him for disobedience on school grounds. Whatever was left of that initial relationship between the two deteriorated, culminating in Tyler physically harrassing Kim. He would later go on to remove her vocal cords.

Backstory:
Pre-Karakura
Kim Takasho was born on February 1st 2003, in the city of San Juan located on the U.S Territory Puerto Rico, later moving from their apartment in the puertorican metropolitan area to a decently sized house in the city of Yabucoa. She grew up attending an elementary school a city over, having to overcome a mild case of dyslexia as she cruised through school. In the end the disorder didn't stand a chance against the youngling, pushed by her probably unhealthy desire to absorb every single drop of knowledge she could. She became interested in Computer Engineering as she started middle school, becoming obsessed with PC building. Her father helped this obsession by obtaining cheaper, older components for her to play around with different configurations and overclocking (totally didn't fry a couple of pentiums along the way- definitely not). She began to study for the PSAT as she inched her way into highschool, until her life was turned upside down. September 20, 2017, Kim and her family were huddled up in the middle of a storm shelter alongside hundreds of other people, their voices drowned out by howling wind and thunder outside. Hurricane Maria made landfall at approximately 6:15 am, the eye passing directly over the cities of Yabucoa and Humacao, leaving a ravaged landscape behind. The family would spend the next two years trying to survive an apocalyptic like scene after their house was essentially swiped off of the ground by the strong winds. After having tanked a little bit in highschool due to the unfavorable conditions she was living in, Kim's parents made an arrangement with a japanese friend, sending the now 18 year old to Karakura City to finish Highschool and enter college.
Karakura
Once Kim arrived in Karakura, she was greeted by the Yoshi family, and was swiftly adopted by them. Enduring some problems with depression and PTSD as she adjusted to life in her new city, it took her awhile to get comfortable in school and around her new family. Rosie was a big help, having been there alongside her new sister every step of the way. Kim slowly returned to scavenging computers (Much to the dismay of her roomates) and her previous swimming routines. She would later go on to make friends with Sayori and Etsuko, and meet Vi Keigo thanks to her sister Hayami, falling for her not so long after. The relationship however, would not stand for long after Kim discovered Vi's relations to a gang. Due to being in a family which disallowed relations with criminal activity and partly also because Kim felt that Vi hadnt been honest, She decided to break up with Vi and attempt to move on. Later on she would meet Sin Beausolseil thanks to a matchmaking friend. Some time after, Kim would lose her right eye after being nabbed off the street by an unknown gang member, possibly due to her relations to the Yoshi family, leaving her distraught. After counsel from some of her friends, she ended up getting a glass eye. Around a month later, Kim and Sin would break up due to the latter having to move away from Karakura.
Kim would then go on to meet Mazaki thanks to Etsuko and Sayori, and began to hang out with the three girls daily. During this time she ended up falling for Mazaki, and they'd end up in another relationship which would last for awhile. They'd all go to the France trip together, ending up in quite a couple of messes. Kim earned a burn scar after trying to escape a fire during the Principal's failed flight attempt (Seriously, keep this man away from planes). Some time after having suffered a leg injury from trying to keep Sayori from jumping off a mountain, Mazaki broke up with Kim, and their relationship became toxic soon after as Mazaki's mental state deteriorated. Both eventually fed up with each other, they came to a mutual agreement of denying each other's existence and moving on
Still reeling from the disastrous end to her last relationship, Kim was adopted by Akiko Hanazono, her longtime friend from when she moved into Karakura. Having gone off to a rocky start with her new brothers and mother, it took her some time to warm up to her new family. One rainy day she also met Shirai in the school lobby, who she slowly developed a mild crush on for the next couple of weeks. After returning to a more stable mental state, Kim applied for Councillor in the highschool when the applications opened up, and after a long and distressing wait, she was notified that she had been accepted.
For several months the redhead would learn the ropes of her council role thanks to her friend and Vice President, Mee Jaibatsume. She quickly adjusted, gaining a bit of a reputation for suddenly appearing out of nowhere in problematic situations. Kim would meet Ciara, an abnormally tall girl, after telling her off for chasing around Shirai, the pair hitting it off rather quickly. Their friendship evolved, and soon they became lovers, much to the dismay of Kim's adoptive mother. It sparked a rivalry between Ciara and Akiko, one wanting to prove herself, and the other wanting them as far away from Kim as possible. As the winter passed and the new year began, things would begin to take a turn for the worst. Having ticked off some people due to her constant patrolling, Kim became a target to frequent attacks from delinquents, one going as far to kidnap her. As her mental health took a flat spin, she began to become more and more rough and unforgiving on school grounds. Akiko began to threaten to disown Kim if she continued on with the council, believing (correctly) that it was the cause of her problems, but Kim would refuse. As this began to happen, Ciara suddenly went MIA for several months. Believing that Ciara had just moved on, Kim wrote her a rough break up letter through mail, not receiving a response...
The harassment continued to get worse and worse, until one day, after revealing his face to Kim, Tyler Truman would kidnap the councilor once again. Taken to a secure location, Tyler would end up destroying Kim's vocal cords with a cleaver. She would consecutively find out about Ciara's death as she recovered from her injuries, and adjusted to not having a voice. Kim would be allowed to remain in the student council, adopting the use of a text to speech application on her phone to communicate. She would become good friends with Lorenza Santarossa, falling for per perhaps a little bit, and Sachiko Saiky, with whom she would form a sort of sisterly bond with. About a month or two later, Kim would undergo surgery to replace her damaged vocal cords. She would begin speech therapy just a week after, but has been notably struggling with it.
