School Employee Role you are Applying For: School Mentor.
How often do you log onto the server?: Everyday.
Do you have discord? Yes.
Do you have a microphone? Yes.
Have you ever been banned, If yes when and why?: Yes, 3 hours for cosmetics abuse. I took advantage of the cosmetics and got onto the coffee or pizza roof of the old map. I apologise for the immature thought.
Can you ensure that you will often come on: Of course - now that exams are over I am guaranteed to be active.
Do you recognise that you can be ICly fired?: Yes.
In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee: Learning mentors work on a group or one-to-one basis with children of all ages; provides help for certain students that withhold learning difficulties/special needs/under achievers inside the learning environment and outside the learning environment.
They are responsible for working with staff to pick out students to start mentoring with; to start to develop their understanding of studying.
Occasionally they would mentor students by having a person to listen to their ideas or problems - boosting their self esteem and their self belief to assure that their work is up to standard and they are confident with the outcome. It may seem like there is not much to being a school mentor, but I believe it is an essential aspect of a school to heighten the reputation through the children's intelligence.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I have experience as a teacher via two different characters in schoolrp and a school councillor treasurer. Both were quite enjoyable but hard to maintain in the past.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it: They teach or mentor students that are less able to learn, who cannot catch up with the majority of their class or those who have a mental disorder/self esteem issue.

During a workshift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?: I would instantly take offence and report it as a student shouldn't think they should have the authority to insult a school mentor.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?: If the principal requested it, I must do it. If it is really against my will I may discuss matters further to create a safer conclusion.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?: Immediately report it to the principal- unless they're a close acquaintance otherwise my loyalty prevents me to do so, in this case I would try to prevent such actions from repeating.

Motivation for Joining YHS: My personal motivation is for many years I have sparked an interest towards this particular school. The interior, exterior and the learning ambience. The terror I have suffered in many harshly operated schools, lack of humanity and morality produced in areas of the slums. Recently, on a local newspaper I was delighted to catch a glimpse of YHS again. A new beginning, a chance for me to redeem the belief I once had in myself. YHS could be seen to me as my saviour- for once I could start to prove my ability to help students and to help others in general.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: Over the years, I have gathered the skills for this job. I strive with my maturity, interpersonal skills, listening skills, ability to communicate, assertiveness, resilience and a non-prejudicial manner. I doubt any old lady like me would have the desired amount of knowledge like I do, I'd say I am quite a rare come about. I have obtained a degree and a HND in psychology, additionally with a lot of volunteering experience.
