Previous bans:
I have, in total, two bans in my history of playing SchoolRP. I will also list them below, with a brief message explaining the ban.

2019 or 2020 | Fly hacking; Flaros

For starters, 2019 or 2020 was when I first started in SRP. I was new to the server and never really considered reading the rules. This was one of the worst mistakes I have ever made while playing the server, and I deeply regret it.

Due to my ignorance, I got banned from the server for “Fly Hacking.” I do not have a valid
reason for doing it other than I was bored. However, I sincerely apologize for my actions, and I promise not to take part in this again.

I have learned from this mistake not to ever use a hacked client on a Minecraft server, including this one. And I plan not ever to download a client in relation ever again. Additionally, I have learned to always read the rules of a server before taking part in it.

2021 | Failrp, Metagame, AvoidRP; Hebwig

This ban occurred 1-2 years after I got unbanned from the server. Again, I do not have a valid reason for committing these actions; however, I have a story.
The day I was banned, two friends and I decided to head to the power plant to cause some commotion. Upon arriving in the area, we discovered a fight and decided to observe it. I believe we all had masks during that time, which could have brought attention to the three of us. A couple of minutes passed, and we decided to leave and not get involved. I, However, Had a katana in my inventory.

We then headed to my apartment, so I could put away my weapon, deciding to warp rather than go by foot. This was a mistake, however. Some KPD disappeared from my render distance and popped up at the last second. I debated going back but decided not to because no interaction was met. I then got banned for “FailRP, Metagame, and AvoidRP.”

I apologize for the actions that are displayed above. I have learned from my mistakes not to warp after witnessing a crime unless it's okay to do so.

Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server is excellent! I will log onto the server daily for around 1-5 hours, depending on what activities I participate in ICly. Additionally, some activity I join on the server is; CombatRP. I have always been passionate about this because I loved the roleplay involving that, primarily when P2L is engaged.

Which timezone are you in?
My time zone is CST.

List your current and past IC/OOC faction applications:

https://schoolrp.net/threads/police-application-3-originalminds.50955/

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation for applying to this faction is because I found it very fun when I previously was partaking in it. I will go more in-depth below and explain other things as well.

So to go more in-depth about my motivation for applying is because I found the faction very fun, like said above. During my time in the KPD, I made a lot of friends, which made the faction remarkable. However, my actions & humor displayed in it caused my removal. After the removal occurred, I was heartbroken. All the hard effort I put into the faction went to waste cause of my dumb decisions. I swore after those events that I would work on myself for the better. So I did. I worked on the problems that hurt others. Such as my maturity and humor. What I did to work and these two is to only have my humor displayed to close friends, not strangers. And for my maturity, I forced myself to avoid negativity and respect others' opinions.

Additionally, I am still, in fact, interested in law enforcement and police work. I mentioned such in my previous application, and I will repeat it. Law enforcement interests me because of the concept that revolves around it. I find the topic very intriguing and hope to be with the police force in real life. However, I do have one last motivation for applying to this faction once more. It is because I truly love the roleplay and the effort placed into it, such as their events. Furthermore, KPD was my main motivation for this server, which also made me very attached to the faction. So, with that being said, those are my motivations for applying.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
During my time in the force, I have learnt many things. These things are what made me a good officer, and respected ICly. I will list them below.

Patrols

Patrolling is the main thing I participated in as a cadet. It was a thing I found very fun when it came to roleplaying as a cop. But, moving back onto the main point, patrolling. Patrolling is when a group of officers go around the city to ensure no criminal activity is occurring. It is a tactic to keep civilians safe and cleanse the town of criminals; this has been deemed very effective.

However, with patrols comes risks. During patrols, some issues can happen, such as evasion. Evasion is when another individual refuses to listen to an officer and runs away. An officer must yell, “HALT,” before evasion is charged on the individual. Additionally, this was also something I have encountered many times.

Now, moving onto the next source of knowledge that I possess. “City Emergency Levels.”

City Emergency Levels (CEL)

City emergency levels display the dangers within the city. There are four levels. Each with a purpose. I will list below each level. However, Level 1 will be excluded because it has never happened from my knowledge.

City Emergency Level 2.
Level 2 Is known to be somewhat safe. It is when officers can go patrolling alone; however, not recommended. The recommended amount is 2 officers. The purpose of this is to ensure your safety and theirs.

Additionally, there is another part of the City Emergency system. Situational calls. For situational calls, you will need at least two officers with you.

City Emergency Level 3
Level 3 is in the orange zone before it reaches red. It means that it is not safe to go out alone and you must have another with you. Therefore, you will need two officers to patrol, two people for situational, and three to four if weapons are involved.

City Emergency Level 4
Level 4 is in the red zone. It means you will NEVER go out alone during a patrol. The number of needed officers for a patrol is three. Situational calls are three. Major situations are four to five, two with a glock.

Additionally, again, in the City emergency level Riot Gear will be added in the picture. Riot gear is mostly used for high-risk situations. Such as people with weapons, raiding, SRP events, etc.

Police Training Courses

This is something I found out during my time as a cadet in the force, so I will include it here. When becoming a cadet in-game, you will go over training such as Physical and Informational. We will go over Physical first.

Physical training in the KPD is when a line of cadets goes into the physical training room, and an instructor goes over each structure in the room. There are about 11 training rooms in that section. Daily, you will go over each of them to get the hangover things you would do in an actual situation. Such as; patting someone down, helping an officer once they’ve gotten knocked out, protecting an officer when they’re patting someone down, etc. Furthermore, after a few weeks, you will take your physical evaluation. The Physical evaluation will go over everything you have learned. If you obtain 11/11 for your score, you pass the eval. However, you don’t need to exactly score 11/11. You could score 9/11 and still pass. Now, moving onto informational eval.

The informational eval also begins after a few weeks of your training. But before we get to the eval, let’s get to the basics. The informative training is going to be held by an informational trainer. You will join a voice chat in one of the comms via discord, and the trainer will go over the Cadet Text-Book. The cadet textbook contains everything you need to know to pass your informative evaluation. It holds the information for tasers, patting down, etc.

And that is all for Police Training Courses! We will now move onto; Police Equipment.

Police Equipment

Tasers - Tasers are used as a defensive item by a police officers. Mostly every officer has this item. The taser has a maximum range of 7 blocks. You will need to take action to tase your opponent if they’re not moving; however, if they are moving, you do not need to.

Baton - Batons are another defensive item for a police officer. They lose their taser and have to move to their baton. Furthermore, the range for a baton is two blocks and can be mugged. Batons are also used when you’re in the water chasing the suspect.

Pepper Spray - Pepper spray is carried by officers when they’re off duty, especially corporals. It is to defend themselves from potential threats as they do not have their police equipment.

Cuffs - Cuffs are used to restrain an individual when detaining or arresting them. However, the opponent does have an option to resist. You will need to tell them in LOOC if they want to resist. If they do not answer in 5-10 seconds, you’re permitted to jail them.

Radio - The radio is primarily used to contact other officers if you need assistance or backup. The radio also has a feature called Code-0. Code-0 is pressed when an officer gets stabbed or kidnapped. This alerts officers over the radio so they can immediately get CCTV on them.

Body-cam - The body cam is on every officer’s torso, mainly by their chest. The body cam is live footage of the officer and what they’re doing. The bodycam can be destroyed with two hits via fists or one hit with a blunt or sharp weapon.

Other Police Equipment.

Breathalyzer - All officers carry a breathalyzer, and their primary use is to find out the drunk percentage of another person.

Luminol Spray - Luminol spray is another item that all Police Officers carry. Additionally, Luminol spray assists officers in finding blood on a weapon or dents.

Crowbar - The higher-up positions of the KPD carry crowbars. The crowbar is mainly used to pry open doors, trapdoors, and crates.

First-aid kit. - The First-aid kit is primarily used when an individual is bleeding out. Officers will have to do a detailed action on the individual when using first-aid. This will add 5 minutes to their bleed-out timer.

And that is about all of it for Police Equipment! We will now be moving on; Police Reports/Restraining orders.

Police Reports/Restraining Orders

Police Reports and Restraining orders are prevalent things to occur in the town of Karakura. I will go over the basic information of these two.

When doing a Police Report, before you do anything, get someone to assist you with the matter, so you do not get attacked. Once you have a backup, tell the individual to face the wall for a pat-down. It is also essential before letting someone in the station. After patting them down, you will escort them to the interrogation room. The interrogation room is located right in front of the stairs. You will then sit them in the chair farthest from the door and tell them to wait shortly to get the report book. You will then fill out the questions in the report book. However, you will ask them each question and place their answer.

Restraining orders are very similar to Reports. You pat them down and take them to the interrogation room. However, before taking those steps, they would have had to be Assaulted, harassed, etc. Additionally, they will need to have proof of that person doing so. Once evidence is provided, you will then follow the format listed in the restraining order book. After completing everything, you’re to sign the book and hand two copies to both members of the Restraining Order, which means giving one to the person who filed the restraining order and the one which it was filed against. You will also have a copy of the R.O for yourself.

Visitation

Visitations can happen at any time, preferably when the suspect is arrested. To successfully do a Visitation, you must have permission from the Arresting Officer. Once approval is given, you need to call another officer to assist with visitation. You will take the visitor to the visitor’s side of the room next to the reception area. The other officer will take the inmate down from their cell and place them into the Inmate side of the room. Furthermore, they will be handcuffed to the chair as both officers will have batons.

Additionally, there are rules set for visitation. Below are the rules.

Visitations can only last for 20 IC minutes, which is 5 OOC minutes.
Foreign Languages are not allowed in the room. If heard talking in a foreign language, the visitation ends.
Any violent behavior is not permitted; otherwise, it will result in the visitation abruptly stopping.

Inmate Care

Inmate care always happens when a suspect gets arrested. It is when an officer and inmate roleplay what happens in jail. There are three sets of things that occur when doing inmate care. Exercise on the roof or courtyard, Feed them and do community services.

During inmate care, if a prisoner acts violently, they will be sent back to their cell to do nothing but sit there. However, food will be sent to the inmate through the gap.

Now my final knowledge I will place here is; Interrogation.

Interrogation

Detectives usually take interrogations. However, regular officers can also do it if detectives are unavailable. However, they’re steps you must do in an interrogation; cuff them to the chair farthest from the door, then turn on the recording device.

During a police interrogation, you must not tell the suspect any classified information. Additionally, cops are forbidden from doing any unlawful techniques, such as; Torture, Bribing, etc. If higher-ups catch you doing any of those actions, you will get arrested for police corruption.

Lastly, I will place below the ranks held in the KPD.

COMMISSIONER
The commissioner. They’re known to be the highest rank in the KPD. For starters, the commissioner ensures every candidate is fit for the job. Additionally, they also ensure everything runs smoothly in the KPD and oversee all of the ranks that are listed below.

CAPTAIN
The Captain. This rank in the KPD force is similar to the Commissioner. He is, additionally, the second highest rank in the KPD.

POLICE DETECTIVE SUPERINTENDENT
The Police Detective Superintendent will participate in high crime situations that require a detective. Furthermore, the Detective Superintendent oversees the detective branch in the KPD.

POLICE DETECTIVE CHIEF INSPECTOR
The Detective Chief Inspectors will assist the DSI in their duties of supervising the ranks below them. Additionally, they’re also the first higher-up rank in the detective division. Furthermore, they’re tasked with investigating larger cases such as gang affiliation, and are allowed to go undercover.

POLICE DETECTIVE INSPECTOR
The Police Detective Inspector is very similar to the rank above. However, they’re not known as a higher-up in the detective branch.

POLICE DETECTIVE CONSTABLE
Detective Constables are known as rookies in the division, and additionally will be instructed by other detectives on how to conduct investigations, interrogations, and ****yze evidence through their training. After passing their constable exam, they will be allowed to wield a glock and will remain in the detective division.

POLICE LIEUTENANT
The Police Lieutenant is the first Higher-up rank that you will gain in the police force. However, to gain this position you must take an exam. After passing the exam, you will gain the role of a Police Lieutenant. Additionally, the Lieutenant will assist officers ranked below them, especially the cadets.

POLICE SERGEANT
The Sergeant is quite similar to the Lieutenant. However, they’re not marked as a higher-up. The sergeant will be looked up to for help in some scenarios. They could be known as the Lieutenant’s helper at some points.

POLICE CORPORAL
The Corporal will be tasked in leading patrols, responding to emergency calls, making arrests, etc. The Corporal is not much different from other Police Officers; however, as a Corporal you will gain Pepper Spray and a Police Bike.

PATROL OFFICER
The Patrol officer is the second step once you become a Police Officer in the KPD. As a Patrol officer, you gain the privilege in going off duty 2 times a week. Additionally, you will also be able to patrol by yourself (Depending on the Emergency level,) and may be able to even lead. Lastly, Cadet’s will have to take an exam to obtain this rank.

POLICE CADET
The cadet is the first step in your journey of becoming a Police Officer! During this trial, you will be tasked in doing training such as, Information and Physical. During that time period, you will have about 2-3 weeks of training before your Cadet Exam begins, which will rank you to a Patrol Officer if passed. Additionally, the cadet will NEVER be allowed to leave the station without more than two officers with them. This also applies to going into the lobby.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?

Police are essential to SchoolRP for many reasons. OOC, and ICly especially. For ICly purposes, the KPD is vital to keep the town of Karakura safe. Fighting criminals, arresting them, and decreasing the rate of criminal work. Furthermore, for OOC purposes, Police exist to fight back against GangRP and CombatRP. It is a way to make it more of a challenge and consequence for the other party committing an ICly crime. It balances out the server and additionally makes it more enjoyable. That is why Police are important to SchoolRP.

Once you laid eyes on Kakashi, you would see in his eyes; determination. From a far distance, you would notice that he stood at 6’5. You wouldn’t be able to tell his weight based on looks; however, once weighed, he would go up to a whopping 200Ibs. Kakashi’s hair would be relatively organized and silk to the touch. His scent would come off rather fancy, and it would be known to be Versace Eros.

You then approached Kakashi from the distance you stood and started a conversation. Once Kakashi began to converse back to you, his voice would be calm and charming. You also noticed up close that his figure was muscular, and he had a shaved beard. You continued the conversation, quite interested. Kakashi then mentioned that he had played basketball and volleyball in the past, making him outgoing for teamwork.

Kakashi found himself unique due to his outgoing persona. Additionally shows much of that because of his determination and boldness.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
Kakashi doesn’t act any differently in casual or professional situations. His maturity affects both aspects, deeming him professional in every case. However, his maturity may be overwhelming for some individuals, making him an interesting fellow. But Kakashi will not fool around on the job. He knows he is not permitted to do so from past mistakes, so he learned to avoid doing that. It boosted his performance, and later on, he became more professional on and off the job.

Yes, I can see myself becoming a leader. In my last application I sent before I was a cadet, I said I do not see myself as a leader yet. That has changed. After my time in the force, I have adapted to working as an officer. Which furthermore places me in a position where I think I could become a good leader. Additionally, I have led groups in a patrol and have done relatively well. I plan on doing so again.

So, to answer your question, yes. I do view myself as a leader.

BACKSTORY (100+ words)

June 7th, 1993

Today, a baby was born. Upon childbirth, when the baby was taken, the female had a choice of what to name the baby boy. His name was Kakashi Sasaki, although a baby was born before him on the same day. He was his Identical twin; His name would be Kakuzan Sasaki. These two were the pretty standard kids you would see after childbirth. They cried upon seeing the bright lights shine onto their eyes as they would close them, shielding them. They would hear talking from the doctors, but everything seemed muzzled. They couldn’t understand the language as they were just newborns. [10 minutes later] The mother decided she would leave the hospital’s with her baby boys, heading to the car where a newborn baby carriage was already prepared for this situation, in which the mother would place her babies, one on the left side, and one on the right. She strapped them in with seat belts to ensure their safety. On the way home, there was something off in the car. There wasn’t a father in the passenger seat? And if there was, wouldn’t he be driving? The mother seemed happy but sad. But obviously, the babies couldn’t understand what was wrong as they were just newborns. But it did look like the father abandoned the children. The two baby’s cries would soon fade as they started to calm down and get quite tired.

At last, they arrived at their home. The house looked small, only a one-story place, but only three people were living there, so It wasn’t too bad. The mother got out of the car. She exhaled as she got out of the vehicle, closing it behind her. She would then walk to the back seats, grab the handle of one Baby carriage on the right side, carry the baby carriage out of the car, close the door after the baby was out of it, and move to the other side, doing the same with the other. She would then start walking up to the door, having both hands occupied as she carried the two. She would gently rest the baby carriages on the ground as she reached the door, into her pocket, grabbed her keys, and unlocked them. She would put her hand on the doorknob, twisting it as she pushed the door open. The interior would look basic, as the breeze would be fresh. She would pick back up the two baby carriages, and walk inside, as she placed them down again, turning around to shut the door and lock it. She would turn back around again, picking the baby carriages up as she walked over to the living room, placing them on the carpet close to the couches, and sitting down as an exhale of exhaustion left her mouth. She would look around for a bit, get up, and then go to the kitchen where a bag was left. This bag had baby supplies, newborn pajamas, clothes, diapers, two pacifiers, and more. She would take out the pajamas, as well as the pacifiers. She walked over to the newborn babies, dressing them up in pajamas, and would then take the carriers to the bedroom, unbuckling the babies as she placed them in 2 separate bassinets. She would then use one pacifier to put into one newborn baby’s mouth, then use the other pacifier to place it in the 2nd baby’s mouth. She would then go to bed, tucking herself in as she dozed off to sleep.

June 10th, 2011

A few days ago, Kakashi turned 18. His birthday was joyful, but it started getting old. The wealth of his family was getting low. They were starting to get poor. So once Kakashi became 18, he was forced into work. He began to work at a shop down the road. He got paid a couple of yen a day. It was a decent income but not enough for many things. Instead of immediately spending the yen, he would save it, as his balance in yen started going up. It helped his mother with bills, and Kakashi began getting used to working like this. It was stressful as he had to go to work right after school, but he wished he could spend more time at school studying Police-work more often. He found more interest in this subject than in retail shops; it first grabbed his attention in a movie called “The Departed.” This movie excited him when he was young, and he watched it over two times, quite obsessed. During this time, Kakashi got into volleyball to get quite a workout each time to stay in his form but also did it to gain experience in teamwork. He found the sport quite fun but also exhausting. He earned a lot of friends by joining this sport, so he doesn’t regret a single thing. He sadly left the mark after a few months.

When Kakashi came back from work, he was exhausted. He wanted to sleep and study Police-work at home and other sources to help him know better about it. He hoped he could become a Police Officer in the future after all. His failures to become one wouldn’t push him away from it. It just gave him more of a challenge and motivation to do so. When studying police work, he would stay up until about 2-3 am until finally going to sleep. It was a wrong sleep schedule; however, he managed.

July 2nd, 2016

A few weeks ago, Kakashi turned 23. He enrolled in college to learn more about Criminology and criminal justice on this day. He was doing quite well but was messing up during some classes, but who doesn’t? A few weeks later, he gained more criminology and criminal justice knowledge. His mom was starting to get old, as was his dad; however, he didn’t know much but knew he was somewhere in the world. However, his focus isn’t on his father’s whereabouts but more on his mission to become a police officer.

The struggles of college have gotten more and more severe. Kakashi started failing the classes and was getting demotivated. He would sometimes even not go to school. Until his mom stepped in the room, quite disappointed with his grades, and sat next to him to talk. She would speak in an understanding tone, knowing what he was going through, but Kakashi had none of it. He didn’t believe her until she started explaining her past. After telling her she didn’t know how it felt, he felt terrible and hugged her and apologized. She explained that despite her failures, she never gave up on her dreams and kept going. She succeeded in her goal and got what she wanted. It greatly motivated Kakashi to chase his dream of becoming a Police officer. He thought, “If she can accomplish her dream, so can I!” So he got out of bed and started studying for his next assignment at school. He struggled, stopping at moments but continuing as he wrote more and more. He went to school the next day and apologized for not arriving those previous days and said he would make up for it. He came to class, started his assignment, and finished it in 10 minutes. He was pretty nervous about the assignment, but once he got it, he passed. He was so excited and thanked his mom once he got home. If it weren’t for his mother, his grades would have never gotten back to passing, and he was grateful.

June 10th, 2022.

Today was the day. Kakashi finished college a few days ago and gained a master's degree in criminology and criminal justice. He now thinks he is finally ready to accomplish his dream. Immediately when he woke up, he was all smiling. He rushed out of bed and went to his bathroom to tidy up. He left the door at a fast pace, closing it behind him with a little force. His mom would open the door right after he left, telling him to slow down as he turned and apologized with a little embarrassed look on his face. He then turned around and ran towards the KPD, known as the Karakura Police Department; he went into the department admiring the interior, asking to make an application as he heard from some people that they were hiring. He got the papers and then started signing the application. He was pretty nervous but also excited. He wrote his application with honesty and confidence. After finishing his application, he returned to his house anxious, waiting to see if he got accepted.

August 20th, 2022.

On this fateful day, Kakashi left the KPD. In life, he was having too many issues and his job was stressing him out. He thought of this more as a break than giving up on his dream. However, he focused on himself more than anything else. He started to work on the problems he stumbled across in the KPD and in general.

September 20th, 2022.

Officially one month has passed after Kakashi left the force. He was starting to miss his job, however, he found himself not completely ready to return. He, however, was fixing his problems that he stumbled across during his time in the force. Additionally, Kakashi still kept his athletic structure and worked out daily. He started to feel as the pressure was weighing off of him and his confidence started to boost. He knew he wanted to return to the KPD in the future, so he worked on his performance, speed and strength.

October 27th, 2022.

Two months and one week has passed since his departure. However, he was ready to re-apply. Kakashi went to the station and requested an application form. He was given the form as he walked to the couch and started to fill out the questions. He found them quite easy to fill out as he has done this before; and he already knew his responses. He filled out the application with confidence and knowledge, before finishing the application off. He sat up, exhaling with a sigh, walking to the front desk to turn in his application. He then said goodbye to the person at the front desk as he awaited his response.

SECTION 2: GENERAL KNOWLEDGE

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
No. Owning a pocket knife in Karakura is against the law, and you will get jailed for Possession of Illegal weaponry, which is a 300k bail.

Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
Medical items that do not require a prescription are; Paracetamol, Birth Control, Lactulose, Cough Syrup and an Eyepatch.

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
Firstly, I would make sure my body cam is recording the situation. I would then approach the problem calmly and separate the officer from the in-mate, scolding him for doing such an act. I would then place the inmate into the cell, shutting the door behind me as I faced the officer. I would shake my head, disappointed, telling them I was reporting this to a higher-up. Right after that, I would radio for an EMS and bring them to the infirmary while I wait for them.

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
First, I would scope the area looking for any other possible threats. I will then radio for the other officers and possibly an EMS on standby if they need to be treated. I’d then escalate the situation by approaching the scene with a taser, tasing the culprit to make them immobilized, cuffing them, and inspecting the officer for any visible injuries.

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
I would start by gaining evidence before making a claim against the corrupt officer. Even though it breaks my heart to find someone I found as a family to break our trust, I knew it was for the best. Once I gathered all the needed evidence, I would tell a higher-up the news about the corrupt cop.

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
I would not comply with the bribing but would fine them 15k for bribery. Hopefully, that will teach them a lesson.
