Describe your activity on the server:
My activity on the server currently is very high, as I’m free most of the week. I tend to play SRP in my free time, when I am not in college. Also having received roles, I tend to boost my activity within the server. I’m also very social among the servers so I like being online to be around those I feel comfortable with. If I had to describe my activity on a scale of 1-10 it would be around 8/10. If I obtain the role as officer I can guarantee that I will not only enjoy the role but I will be on constantly as the role is a massive priority on the server due to it being one of the main factions.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My motivation to join the Police faction in the server is because having the role of police officer can open multiple doors towards unique roleplay which can expand on my knowledge within SRP. As well as the role of police officer is not just a normal job and it is one of the most important roles on the server as it’s a beneficial faction that brings realism into role play, Instead of having a role of a basic grade-12 it would be intriguing to have a role within the city tab, having many roles within the server on my 5 years of playing I have enjoyed the majority of my roles but now I think it's time to do something I’ve always wanted to do within the server and that is apply for the KPD from my past jobs I have gained the motivation to apply for roles with more responsibility.
I have spoken to many people who have either been or still are within the faction I have heard their perspective of the job and the responsibilities and I am personally willing to dedicate my time and focus towards this role, I have a few friends within the faction at this moment in time which I trust and are already good at working with them as a team which I think is a beneficial factor to have as well as co-operation and trust. I will be able to get to experience a new type of SeriousRP and role play in general while I can be counted on to get on during emergencies as backup and put all my dedication towards the role.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I have observed police work from afar, and I can say I have a good knowledge of the police work requirements. I know the pretty basic criminals and more known crimes, such as Minor Illegal Weaponry, Battery, Major Illegal Weaponry, Evasion, Assault, Assault with a deadly weapon. Depending on how bad the crime is, the bail varies, from Minor illegal Weaponry being 150,000 yen, to Major illegal Weaponry being 400,000 yen. I’d have to say I have a wide knowledge of all the crimes, well the majority. Yet willing to learn them all. Also some bails are OOC 3 days till bail or 5 days till bail.
Overall my knowledge of police work, as well as laws in Japan is quite strong. I’m quick at learning and adjusting to make sure everything is correct and complete in its necessary order, as Police work is important and must be treated with a strong and confident understanding. Personally I am a strong and confident, as well as concentrated individual, from the observation I’ve seen how officers handle their patting down from asking them to go to the wall, swapping positions and patting them down, if with another officer they’ll back the officer in case the person being patted down retaliates.
Why is the Police important to SchoolRP?
The importance of KPD is essential to the server as it prevents GangRP from being able to run loose on the server, keeping things balanced and calm yet it also creates a challenge to each side. Police-officers are important as it provides a safe barrier from the violence and anger caused by gangs and combatRP such as providing safety and control. I’d have to personally say KPD is the most important role as people within the KPD must have concentration at all times when on the job, and even off the job due to the bounties set in place. Secondly it is a role which protects the civilians from crime and danger, applying consequences to those who decide to harm and inflict damage to others.
The Karakura Police Department plays one of the biggest roles in SRP, as it stops people from stepping over others, for example people running into a public area with weapons and getting away with murder, if not then something possibly still damaging and harmful! Yet KPD prevents or at least does its best to prevent any harm done to civilians, as they are the ones who are the guardians of Karakura. Protecting Karakura from destruction.
Do you acknowledge that you're subject to being demoted if accepted at any given time?
I do acknowledge I can be demoted at any given time.
Do you acknowledge that by applying for this role, you are agreeing to be 100% dedicated to the Police Officer role?
I do acknowledge and agree that I will need to be 100% dedicated towards this role.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
I acknowledge that training is mandatory, when I am online.

On-duty Tokko is concentrated, determined and strong. Her ability to listen and skill to listen and focus come in very well when the tasks are set or given. Off-duty she is not much different yet making sure to remain out of her work. Having the knowledge to only call her co-workers if anything is happening instead of getting involved while off-duty. Her professional and casual like behavior is not unique and quite expected, rather quite like the rest of her colleagues.

Do you see yourself as a leader or a follower? Why?
I see myself as a leader due to my intelligent side that my Father has granted me with. I would also have the highest marks in my classes, English and History are both my strong suits. But, due to myself being born in Germany, I feel like I have genuinely taught myself how to speak, write and read English. I have had access to good healthcare & the mindset of always being an achiever, never giving up. My mental health, emotionally, has always been healthy, I have never given someone the opportunity to bring me down or even let myself down. I would be a strong suit as a leader because of my impeccable mindset to work & just being on the force entirely.
BACKSTORY (100+ words)
On December 9th 1993, a child by the name of Tokko Ji-Na was born in Berlin, Germany. A rather quiet and calm child living with her parents Otagi and Emilia Ji-Na. Being a young girl, she went to a school, known as Schenjar School. Tokko lived in a rather middle-class family. Having walked to school multiple times occasionally seeing the crime infested areas her interest turns to a dark, and gloomy place as it snatched the innocent children’s minds turning them into aggressive and manipulative criminals. Yet her father, a Korean man who worked in the medical industry, began to lead a small and narrow path for her into the world of medication and law, being the age of twelve years old she had no clue what was happening. Not having to see the dreadful harm caused by violence and anger. As Tokko grew up in school, she took on a rather masculine approach to life, as she was gifted with more male features. Gaining the name ‘Natok’, which she hated as it grew on her throughout her school days. At the age of eighteen recently moved away from academics and rather into the medical department which her dad worked within. She lacked time with her mother, being rather distant as she tended to fly abroad on work trips as she focused on her goals within the business industry, rather taking long periods of time away from home. Working with the sick and injured, Tokko reflected on her peaceful and wonderful past, yet focusing on the bad and negative energy that had been caused by the several gangs that lived in her area. Her concentration zoomed in as she wished to do better, attending her college for the remainder of her year, she began to wonder after having achieved a Bachelor’s Degree, what was next? Day and night she came across advertisements for different jobs, none that appealed to her. The last hope she glanced at was the guardian she had, also known as her father. Working constantly alongside him in the past she acted quick, rushing to the hospital as she gazed up, asking him whether she could work alongside him like old times. His eyes widened, accepting the offer instantly. Years past, working within the hospital. Having also worked and co-operated with the police department that specialises in taking down criminals and gangs that intended to harm the place. Yet her father had other plans, dreaming to fly back to Asia as their once loving mother had abandoned them both. The decision struck high, deciding to adventure to the part of Asia known as Japan. A small area situation in the country had made an eye-catching view and decent enough living standard. The place was known as. . . Karakura, Japan. Her father, being an intelligent and quick minded man, was able to apply for a high position within the department of Medication, Tokko was rather unfortunate as things were different, she was turned down for it, they believed she was too sporty and energetic, yet she was quite the opposite. She was sporty yes, she was focused yes, but most of all, she was suitable for any job. Her hope fell deep, like a blackhole that took any remaining hope, love, and enthusiasm, she was hopeless. Unable to bear the loss of her job, yet more overwhelmed by the fact she could no longer work alongside her father who had raised her and loved her and been there for her! But it didn’t stop, she struck gold having figured out a way to stay connected and on task with the job at hand, she rushed to the place, she applied for what the job was, she hoped for the best. Most of all she was determined to become. . . a Police-officer, not only did it help her, but it helped civilians and the Police department itself. She would remain a strong and mindful woman at the age of twenty-nine, understanding her path was chosen, and her destiny was sealed!
