List your current and past IC/OOC faction applications: POLICE APPLICATION - ACCEPTED

Describe your activity on the server:
As of right now I'd say I'm a pretty active person. It's going to be this way for a while since my schedule allows me to have time to play and do my own stuff outside of SRP. Usually you'll see me around on my football character just doing whatever icly. Finally coming back to SRP again I don’t see myself nor my activity going down again.

What is your motivation for applying?:
At first, I applied to KPD to learn a completely new faction, but I felt drained. I would like to try again and rejoin one of the main factions. To be honest, I feel that my motivation for this faction has returned significantly. I had a lot of fun on it, and even after being gone for a while, KPD was one of the factions with a really interesting concept, and I still wanted to attempt new things that I hadn't done in the faction before. I'm willing to give my all.

What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
I'll go off from what I remember from the top of my head since I was on KPD before, but I'm also not going to say much. I'll go with what is displayed on the Karakura Discord server!

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
Police is important to SchoolRP because it allows the town to be safe icly and prevent any disorganization that may come in any situation. Without any type of protection in the town who's going to end up doing anything when it comes to people doing GangRP. It's obvious that the server itself needs a faction that helps with maintaining a safe space for people in the town. With police around; the town will be protected and stop any future risk that may come.
Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?
Yes, I understand.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Isidore has hazel eyes, a tiny scar was basically on his upper forehead. His hair covers it so it's not usually seen a lot. He has a natural serious expression on his face, so it's usually hard to tell how he's feeling. As he talks he's a bit of a calm dude; it was pretty refreshing to be around. Isidore has a pretty tall figure, not abnormally tall. This D'Zama usually learns very quickly when it comes to a lot of things. In his own way, he likes to do things rather differently.

How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
During professional situations he's usally always mature about it. He takes his job seriously when it comes to it. Isidore most likely will do his best to keep whatever is going on calm in a nicely fashion way. It's a way to let the people he's working with feel like they're being treated fairly. He wouldn't want anything going downhill if he messes anything up. Being mature is the best way to deal with things in his opinion.
During casual situations, Isidore is usally listening to his music and being his usualy calm self like always. He'd be the type to sing his song quietly when there is a group of people around him. Sometimes he likes to fool around and joke around with people when the time comes. This just shows that Isidore can 'too' be a fun guy and not some sort of quiet dude all the time. There are times where he's a bit of a tease to people when they want to express themselves to him. He obviously takes them seriously though!

What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Isidore was a sports member back then. His outlook on teamwork well even he knows that teamwork is needed even when you don't realize it. Having people to work with sounds like a blast for the boy. He doesn't have any negative comments about it. Since he's a person who likes to have people around what fun would it be if there wasn't anyone to work with, right? Besides having people to be able to work and gain new friendships sounds way much better than being in solitery and working alone.

What's your character's backstory?

(0-11)
Born in 2001, a boy named Isidore D’Zama has opened up his eyes. It felt weird, totally weird. Isidore didn’t know where he was at, nor did he know how to speak. What can he possibly do in this situation? There was one thing though; it was crying. He was being held, his mother doing her best to calm him down. That moment was nothing but a beautiful memory for both his mother and father. Growing up, Isidore was nothing but a little brat, he always wanted things to be his own way. He was just a kid, can you blame him? He knew no better, his parents did their best to show him that he can be better than that. Nonetheless, he continued to be his bratty self. Isidore grew up in California, he basically grew up there for almost his entire life. During his elementary school year, Isidore was pretty smart, even for a kid who didn’t really pay much attention. He held it down when it came to his grades and knowledge of things. Making friends wasn’t so bad for him, he usually was able to make them pretty quickly. Besides he was in his elementary year, how hard could it be for him, right? He was a healthy kid growing up.
(11-14)
However, that wasn’t the end of his story. Isidore was now heading over to his middle school year, it was a completely new atmosphere compared to elementary. How hard could it get for him? Not that bad. He fit pretty well with everyone there, that’s when he joined the American football team. It was pretty fun, besides he always wanted to join a team. This only meant one thing for him, he was now putting himself out to the whole school; gaining new friends, becoming popular, etc. Isidore was a pretty calm dude, playing against his rivals motivated him a lot to become better than his current self and his rival. It was a battle for him, but he pulled it off. His grades were still on point while being in school. Though, since he was a part of a team now, he was obviously hanging out with them a lot more. That’s when his grades started going down more and more. His coach wasn’t liking it at all, he reminded Isidore who he was and that he was better than this. He told him to not let anyone influence his decisions when it came to his studies. Returning home, his coach's conversation with him kept replaying. Ever since that day came, it continued to play. A year and half goes by, Isidore is now at his final stage of middle school. He was enjoying his time, he was pretty tall for a middle schooler. Things were going well for him, but eventually sad news came. What was it? Isidore got a call from one of his teammates, their coach. . sadly passed away. Isidore fell down, he didn’t know what to do? His coach was the one who gave him tips when he needed it; he taught him so many things and gave him life lessons whenever he needed it. That was basically his family.

After hearing this tragic news Isidore family did everything they could to support him, he wasn’t feeling like himself at all. Nothing he was doing felt right. Why? This wasn’t the D’Zama that was supposed to be “better” than others. He was just. . out of it. Championships were coming and Isidore was still not feeling himself, he was going to every practice, but. It wasn’t the same. One week until championships were coming, still no good coming from Isidore. When was he going to finally pull himself together? His coach wouldn’t have wanted this for Isidore, but who was going to tell him that. . well. On the day of the Championships, his teammate slapped him out of nowhere. Isidore got annoyed and punched him in the face, that’s when they got into a tussle. His teammates quickly came running towards them and stopped the whole tussle. Isidore's teammate shouted and told him to get it together. He eventually remembered the day of his conversation with his coach. He cried, everyone went silent. Finally, he wiped his tears and. . it was about time Isidore showed his coach what he was made of. He had to make him proud. After all, his coach would’ve wanted the best for him. After a few games were played; the team had officially won the game. It was finally over and Isidore was back to his old self again. Everyone was happy.
(15-18)
Years go by, Isidore was midway through his high school days, he was on top of his studies. Being in a completely whole new team felt weird at first when he joined, but it was nice learning new things and improving during his time. This was the time of the year to get scholarships and to prove to the football scouts he had what it takes to make it to football. He was already a talented kid, but being a person from his family. It was in his blood to improve and give his best performance. Growing up, obviously teenagers like him had an interest in their love life; they had crushes, people they wanted to be friends with, or be together. Isidore ended up dating someone, but it didn’t go so well. He wanted to try again, but again. That didn’t go well either, was he just bad at this? He got pretty insecure about it, he ended up not wanting a relationship and started to focus on himself again. Isidore didn’t think being in a relationship was worth it at all. It was whatever at the end of the day, maybe he’ll find someone one day. Who knows how many years it’d take.

Nonetheless, again. Years go by and Isidore was finally graduating from high school, he did it. That was one big step to his life, he was going to miss it. This only meant one thing though, adult life was calling, college was calling, etc. Was he ready? No one was for their first time, but that’s what life is all about, learning new lessons and growing from them.
(19-25)
Growing up was something, he went through a lot of ups and down, but he still managed. He was able to see his cousin again and catch up on everything. Isidore did a lot of things during his time as an adult. He traveled, studied, and went ahead and had fun. This guy was living his life the best he could, he ended up studying over in Japan. Why? He sometimes asked himself that too, but learning a completely new language was pretty fun. Isidore ended up learning it pretty quickly while living there, he made new relationships and decided this is where he was going to start staying. After countless years of studying for his major, he finally graduated. That was one hell of a ride for him, he couldn’t deny that. It was fun though, Isidore learned a lot of life lessons from growing up. That’s something he was going to teach his future kids, perhaps? Who knows what exactly Isidore thought about being a dad one day. It sure as hell wasn’t going to be happening now, he still had time to live his life a bit more.

Now, he’s living in Karakura, after experiencing a lot of difficulties in that town. Especially being a part of something big in that town, he’s willing to try all over again and do better than before. At first, it intimidated him, even scared him. But that’s now changing, he wanted to help people. That’s something stuck with him, he wanted someone to feel the same way he felt with his coach. But now it was Isidore instead of his coach, it was like his coach gave him the torch to be people's guidance. What were his plans now? Well that’s something that the people will have to find out later, his story wasn’t finished. It was still going, more chapters had to be written after all, right?

It was now time for Isidore D’Zama to lock back in again. The next chapter was called. .

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
"If you aren't making me a 5 star meal then. . no. It's not legal to own a pocket knife in Karakura because it's unsafe. Speaking of a 5 star meal I just had a nice steak not too long ago now THAT is how steak should be made with love! Anyways, but yes if I see anyone outside with a pocket knife I'd have to detain them for openly carrying a knife outside causing issues for other people. That is NOT allowed!"
Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
"Ah, this is pretty easy. Items that don't require a prescription are. . wait I got this give me a moment! You're allowed to have two cough drop syrups. You are able to get two eye patches for either eye. Along with a wooden cane, you can get two of them. You're only able to get up to 3 paracetamol. Now leaving it off you can get some glasses!"

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
"Well I'd hope I wouldn't have to see that ever, but. . I'd make sure that my body camera is on obviously just in case things go downhill. It'd be there ready for the higher-ups if they needed to see what happened. Honestly, it doesn't matter what happened, but obviously something did for the co-worker to do something, even so it is still unprofessional to let your own emotions get the best of you in the work field. Anyways I'll then radio for backup so more officers can come and help handle the situation too. I'll obviously do my best to end the whole altercation and end it fast and steady before anything gets too bad. I'd get my stun blaster ready just in case, I wouldn't want to use it by all means, but. . Finally, after backup has arrived we'll check for any bruises and see if anyone gets charged for something."

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
"Starting off like always I'll make sure my body camera is recording everything and then take out my stun blaster. That's when I'll quickly head over to the person assaulting my co-worker and give him a few warnings to stop the altercation that is happening between them. If that doesn't stop them I'll use my stun blaster on the person assaulting my co-worker. Once he's stunned I'll quickly run over to him and put him in cuffs, and finally take him into custody for assaulting a government official. Nonetheless, I'd call for backup and ask the citizens to leave the area until the situation is all sorted out. Obviously being aware of both my co-worker and citizens safety is at stake. As soon as backup comes, I'll check my co-worker for any injuries!"

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
"KPD is about keeping everyone in Karakura safe and get them away from any sort of danger. . so for someone to go corrupt would just go against the whole meaning of it. That's something I wouldn't be wish to go through, but if I see my co-worker working with any criminal organization. It shouldn't be taken lightly, so I'll go ahead and do my best to get any proof and evidence that they're working with any criminal organzation. Letting my own beliefs be my proof wouldn't go by easily, so I'll need to make sure I get the evidence I need to prove I was right about them. As soon as I get the right evidence on my co-worker, I'll go over to the higher-ups and show them what I've gained so far and tell them how it'll effect KPD status and how people see us if anyone finds out. That's when I'll let them handle with whatever they need to do on my 'co-worker' if you'd say."

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
"Well I'd be low if I'd take any money from any criminal, I don't want to make my money dirty. I'm a hard worker, besides I can imagine the pay KPD gets being good, no? I'm guessing if it was a scenario where I don't have a body camera and I'm off-duty, I'll look over to check for any CCTV to gain any footage of what was happening. If it was a scenario where I was on duty, I'll have my body cam ready to get any footage of the situation. That's when I'll warn them and tell them they'll be warned for trying to bribe an officer and to never do it again in the future."
