Due to summer break and due to finishing college, my current timetable of activity looks free on all of the weekdays as well as the Saturday, Sunday is the only day where my activity is halted by me being involved with family for most of if not all of that day. I try and keep a constant schedule to make sure that I keep a presence on the server as well as reach demand of activity from many of the players I roleplay with. I consistently try and preserve this timetable, unless something serious comes up such as family related or emergency matters. I regularly play around 5 to 8 hours at a time, unless I have plans or if its eventful enough and this is near daily activity.

IN GAME Schedule

In roleplay, I usually socialise with people I've either never met and create new experiences with them to consistently make my time on SRP enjoyable for both me and others, I consistently maintain DetailRP with most of the players when interacting and create situations that create openings to storylines and develop lore. I consistently maintain these relationships and friendships and make sure to keep interactions fresh with new ideas. My day to day consists of going to either plaza or auction to view my items and others before having an interaction with somebody around the time I leave, though either F message or though seeing them OOCly and ICly. I would say I've preserved a reputation for being active with others and never leave anyone out no matter their standing or relation with me, everyone gets the same amount of time to RP with me. I'm not saying I'm popular, however I'd like to believe that I keep my head up high and do what I plan to do.

What is your motivation for applying?:
My main motivation for applying for KPD is so that I can experience a new aspect of the roleplay experience through a faction on SRP. I've decided on KPD as its a personal interest of mine as it would give me the chance to explore and allow for a plethora of new roleplay opportunities either with co-workers or with other players on SRP. My time on SRP was mostly spent against KPD via my involvement in CrimeRP or GangRP but I wish to embrace a new perspective and gain some insight into the inner workings of the Policing system on SRP as well as play under a new motivation, while assisting others with their duties and fulfilling my quota. I have been banned a few times, my original ban being for bypassing which I was able to clear up as it was a false ban, another ban for ban evading which I was also able to clear up and be accepted but I hope that this doesn't stop me from having a chance at being accepted as since I've been unbanned, I have taken the time to maintain a good presence on SRP while maintaining good relations with much of the player base and tried to stay on good relations with staff after I was unbanned. Additionally, I have tried to play under all of the rules set by the administers and obliged with decisions made by staff members. I believe this role would fit nicely into the ambitions I have for roleplaying my IC character within a higher position than I currently have while maintaining the objectives I receive to the best of my ability and striving to bring a breath of fresh air in both the KPD and the public.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
The police are an essential part of SchoolRP, primarily used to combat criminal activity and spread order, justice and safety to those affected by such activities. They set the rules for what you can and cant do, especially when it comes to punishment of IC actions that are considered Illegal within the grand scheme of things. Everyone is entitled to roleplay as they please but order needs to be brought towards the players who wish to dabble in criminal activity though CrimeRP or GangRP, giving them more incentive on proper organisation and ensuring that everyone present receives a realistic approach to situations when playing on SchoolRP. The Police act as consequences that are due to the players involvement of overpowering another for financial or personal gain, these players are the ones who with the KPD will learn the valuable lesson that there are consequences to their actions and nothing that they do is considered legally viable, so the KPD is there to step in and disperse those violent driven players in a realistic organised manner.

Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are needed to attend or you will be punished?

He values the expression of teamwork and encourages the use of both physical and mental collaboration between his co-workers.

What's your character's backstory?
Saito Yamaguchi was born on April 21st 1998, in a small town, located in the vast and picturesque landscape of Spain. Growing up in a tight-knit community, Saito experienced the beauty of Spanish culture, its rich history and the warm of its people. From a young age, he displayed an inquisitive nature, always seeking knowledge and understanding the world around him. As a child, Saito Yamaguchi was exposed to diverse perspective through his parents, who were renowned scholars in the field of psychology and philosophy. They nurtured his intellectual curiosity and encouraged him to explore different subjects. Inspired by their academic achievements and a desire to forge his own path, Saito Yamaguchi developed a profound interest in the human mind and its behaviour, but using this ambition to take advantage of other people and do terrible things in his later years.

In 2012, Saito had a significant turning point his life. His parents, who recognised Saito's thirst for knowledge, passed away around the time he went into high school. This loss deeply affected Saito who was still to young to understand the feeling of emptiness in his heart, decompartmentalised it until he wasn't able to remember his original parents, shutting himself in without fully understanding why. His older brother Akira, took Saito under his protection and swore to look after him in his deepest despair. Akira made the decision to relocate to Karakura which putting Saito under languages classes where he was able to learn Japanese, Russian and Korean before he reached 18 in Karakura High school. However during this time, Saito was left abandoned by Akira as he was still trying to cope with the loss of both his parents and his wife. Saito's heart darkened under this abandonment and resentment for his brother Akira had begun slowly infecting his heart.

Moving to Karakura would be both thrilling and challenging for Saito. He was forced to adjust to the new language, customs and traditions which proved daunting at first. However, he quickly immersed himself in the vibrant Japanese culture. Saito's determination and adaptability enabled him to overcome his language barrier and develop strong connections with his Japanese peers, thus learning Japanese in the process before he was sent to Karakura Highschool once he turned 15. He spent his birthday in a dark room in Akira's apartment, a single cupcake with a candle with the only heat from the very lighter he kept since it was given to him by his parents, with the engraving 'Mark of Truth' etched in the side. This sparked a new understanding of abandonment in Saito's heart forcing him deeper into a violent blind rage that left Akira's apartment in ruin. The sleepless nights started in this very moment for Saito as the days passed and he forced himself to keep moving forward, seeing the crossroads of his mind and finding new interest in money, which is one thing he proposed wouldn't neglect him like his family did. This obsession would drive his ambition that soon forced him down a darker path when he turned 16.

With a deep sense of purpose and armed with a diverse set of skills, Saito now stood at the threshold of his high school journey in grade 12 at age 18. He envisioned a future where he can contribute to the betterment of society, using his expertise in psychology, business and human sciences to advance current day systems. However, his life took a dark turn when he got introduced to a crime involved life, being raised up in a poor village in korea, he was overtaken by the will to go into a more aggressive approach in school and on Karakura's streets, using the abilities he learned to his own advantage, hopping from crime to crime and working as a mercenary for hire in the background. Once faithful day, Saito was caught and sentenced to 9 months of prison time and this ultimately changed his perspective, giving him a taste towards the consequences of his actions and understanding that he was going down the wrong path in life, eventually being freed for cooperating with police officers in a timely manner, eventually when he turned 22, it dawned on him that he wasn't truly working to his best ability in his gang related life, where he finally ran dry of his only financial source, causing him to desperately look for a job.

Saito spent his days reflecting on his pervious crimes and finding others who fell down the same path as him, he grew a connection to these individuals and found a new meaning in his life. He wished to speak on his own experiences, reaching out a helping hand to those who fell into the life he fell into through desperation. He knew that these individuals understand him though their shared trauma, Saito hoped he could convince them that the life he lived was futile and only put himself and others at risk because of his actions, he understand that getting into their hearts and making them see that change is possible despite the pain and suffering they would've went though. Saito saw the worst and the best in people, rekindling his dream of providing to the betterment of society though his actions. Saito's past lingers, but he understands that it doesn't define him and tries his best at giving others a second chance and a change of heart. Saito understands that some people need Rehabilitation, while others are just misguided at young age or influenced by a bad crowd, he sees these people as no different to him and treats them like a father would treat their child with both caring words and encouragement, hoping to give them a perspective into the life that they are living and hoping to convince them to see the best in themselves and to reach out to legal and community driven ventures.

After jumping from job to job and before his 25th birthday, Saito found a desire to pursue a career as a police officer after seeing a news article talking about the recruitment of new officers. With a rekindled passion and newfound drive, Saito strived to use his abilities and skillset to good use to serve justice to those whom he accompanied in the darker period of his life. Saito found peace at last and strived to become a figurehead that contributes to the betterment of society once again, being an example to all, crime life doesn't pay and Saito paid fouly for his actions and with new found purpose came guilt towards his victims. Saito took the time to speak to each of the families he ruined and attempt to repair what he had broken, succumbing to the guilt that was eating him inside. He cried for the first time since the day his father abandoned him and wanted to prove to everyone, especially himself that he is more than what he did in the past, he wants to he better for all of the people who wish to follow in his footsteps and commit themselves to the life he lived, he wants to be better for them so he can prove that anything is possible. Eventually, after his 26th birthday, he found himself attempting to enter into the police program and become an officer under the Karakura Police Department.

General knowledge

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
"If you are found in possession of a pocket knife, its considered an illegal weapon in Karakura and gives me grounds to apprehend and arrest the suspect. Under no circumstance would it be okay for such a weapon to be present on an individual no matter the reason given."

Name 5 medical items that do NOT require a prescription
"Pff.. Five medical items? You have reading glasses, cough syrup, wooden canes, eye patches, band aids, and hey! Paracetamol too, just a name of few."

If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
"I would double check to see if my body cam was working to ensure that the situation was captured on a recording, especially in a situation where the camera might be blindsided. I would refrain from getting involved with the situation first hand and wait till I'm in contact with a higher-up who I can report the situation to, while also providing my body cam as video proof. If needed, I will contact a medical professional if the case is extreme enough or provide medical assistance myself with caution. Once I'm sure the situation is handled, only then would I document it and report it to a higher-up."

What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
"In any case no matter the severity, I would immediately call for backup, ensuring that the situation can be handled properly with both mine and my co-worker's safety. If needed, I would radio EMS to ensure the care and administration of medical assistance to my co-worker and make sure that they are in good hands. If the situation leaves both me and my co-worker in a tricky situation, I would observe my options and use either my pepper spray, tranquiliser or taser to defuse the situation and ensure the safety of me and my co-worker before backup could arrive. Once I'm sure the situation is handled, only then would I report what happened to my higher-ups once me and my co-worker are safe, maybe I'll buy them a coffee the next time they are on patrol and ensure that they are kept under the proper treatment until they can recover."

What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
"Even if they were my co-worker, I am obligated to my duties as a police officer and wont tolerate this kind of disrespect on the departments reputation and integrity. My first order of business would be to inform a higher-up and provide whatever evidence I have documented about the situation and ensure the integrity of my claims. All gathering of information would be kept between both me and the higher-up to ensure that word doesn't get out and we are able to investigate this situation accordingly without causing a scene in the department."

How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
"No amount of money will stop me from doing my duties, even if I was in a dire need of money, I wouldn't accept it and confront the criminal about attempting to bribe an officer of the law. I would also remind them that bribing an officer is illegal and could land them a 25k fine if they proceed with the bribe. Every bit of the interaction being recorded by my body cam to ensure that its being kept under surveillance. Maybe the whole situation could be a good conversation starter in the breakroom after it goes down."
