Describe your activity on the server: Considering my schedule, I'll be in college and working, but I'm quite active for about six or seven (seriously) hours a day, maybe more if I have time. I've been in this server for about a year now. Overall, though, I'm a fairly active person on the game, I'm around a lot, and people might have seen me on the high school volleyball team, which I'm still on right now. I'm not sure what my future plans are, but I will undoubtedly be around a lot in the meantime. Even so, I'd manage my schedule and set out plenty of time for SRP. I'm usually on around 2pm.
What is your motivation for applying?:
I applied because I want to learn more and be able to practice various role-playing scenarios, which I enjoy. It will enable me to expand my roleplaying and even enhance it further in specific scenarios. I did spend some time playing GangRP and JockRP, and it taught me a few things. Despite my lack of knowledge of other factions, I believe that if KPD were my first, I would learn a lot. Hearing about how much fun it would be to join the faction makes me think that being in KPD would be very fun for me to enjoy roleplay even more.
What knowledge do you have of Police Work?
Although I don't know much about KPD, I do know a little bit about some stuff. Mainly concerning the rankings and tools displayed in the KPD information and Emergency Discord, along with spectating what they do and learn from visually watching from afar.

Why is Police important to SchoolRP?
For SchoolRP, police are crucial because they will maintain order and prevent the server players from being completely disorganized. It wouldn't make sense if there weren't police to help stop them and maintain order, especially given how prevalent GangRP is in SchoolRP. Additionally, this would protect them from any risk that might arise at any time.

Describe your character; how they look, what makes them unique?
Kenzo has dark black hair and light hazel eyes, which are almond-shaped. A pretty tall individual, he's around 6'9. He has a respectably good figure that helps him in any situation involving athleticism. As you examine him more, you would see his cunning resting expression. His voice would sound somewhat composed as he spoke. Kenzo's capacity to persevere through difficult tasks is what makes the individual unique. It’s his composure and how he keeps calm even if he’s scared himself.
How does your character act in a professional/casual situation?
In a professional setting, Kenzo would likely remain calm and composed, doing his best to keep the situation as orderly as possible. It will prevent him and the people he works with from doing something that could lead to issues. His demeanor would be very serious, as though he didn't want anything to go wrong. In a casual setting, Kenzo is the type of person who enjoys teasing others and cracking jokes around them. He is friendly and likes to converse with anyone who approaches him. Kenzo has a very pleasant manner and dislikes speaking in a serious tone when he interacts with others. In any event, he wants his coworkers to feel at ease in his presence.
What is their outlook on the idea of co-workers & teamwork?
Having grown up with a lot of cousins and a sibling, Kenzo is well aware of the potential benefits of teamwork. He likes having people to work with and is quite open-minded about it. He is usually highly extroverted, but occasionally he may be somewhat introverted at times. Kenzo's charisma is what makes him who he is, and it would enable him to establish new friendships and team bonds with his workmates and strangers he meets in the city.

A boy born in 1999 would open his eyes and cry loudly while his mother held him and tried to calm him. Kenzo Hayakawa would be the boy's name, but he was unaware that his life would not be a typical happy family that people would expect. Kenzo grew up in a filthy neighborhood in Japan. Where he used to stay, a lot of gang members were seen. Kenzo had an older brother named Toru. One year older than him. Kenzo would go with his older brother Toru to school. They would be the school's biggest problem. Toru, his older brother, was 15 while Kenzo, who was 14 years old. Given his family's preference for Toru, Kenzo, the younger brother, would be their least favorite. By the time school started for Kenzo, he was growing irritated with Toru's amount of affection. He would pick on someone who was not bothering him at all. He had to vent his rage on someone. He didn't care who it was. Before the teachers intervened and stopped them, Kenzo started punching the child, and the other person would fight back. Kenzo's mother would shout at him as soon as he returned home, "Why would you fight that innocent kid?!" Kenzo would respond with a stank expression. "I don't want to talk about it, leave me alone." Kenzo would have avoided his family as a child and didn't want to talk to them. At sixteen years old now. Together with his brother, who was now 17. Given that his brother was receiving everything he could desire, Kenzo appeared to be a little jealous. How come he didn't get that? Kenzo made the decision one day to ask his father if he enjoyed being tall. He would hear his father respond that it wasn't enjoyable. Kenzo's father used to tell him that being tall wasn't enjoyable at all and that he sometimes felt pain or difficulty doing things because of his height. As he heard his father's criticisms about being tall, Kenzo appeared to be happy with the fact that he was not as tall as his father. Little did he know. Kenzo used to love going to a certain store in the area where he lived. Kenzo would see someone being robbed inside the store as he was walking there. He seemed completely unconcerned. He wanted to accompany the man. Then he would hear a loud cry in the store and see a small child screaming for help with her mother. Kenzo sighed loudly and hurried into the shop. Kenzo moved to his blind spot and tackled the robber, who appeared to be carrying a knife, taking the weapon away. Nevertheless, the man would fight, and he threw Kenzo a few punches. Fortunately for Kenzo, this was nothing new to him, as he had previously been involved in a few street fights. The issue was resolved once the police were called. The young girl rushed to Kenzo and expressed her gratitude. Kenzo didn't give it much thought until he discovered how pleasant it felt to be thanked by others. After that, he would assist elderly people with carrying their groceries, earning a few bucks in the process. Was Kenzo finally changing? He appeared to be having fun assisting others. Is this where his enjoyment of helping the community starts? Who knows.

While his brother was now 18, Kenzo, now 17 years old.. Now it was Toru, not Kenzo, who was the troublemaker. He was not paying attention to his parents and was failing all of his classes. Kenzo appeared somewhat concerned for his older brother. Kenzo saw Toru bullying an innocent kid on his way to school and engaged to stop him. Toru seems a little irritated by Kenzo's assistance to the defenseless kid. Then, in pure rage, he punched him. Kenzo was now rather perplexed. Instead, he chose to assist the child and simply accept the punch. Toru left with an entirely irritated expression on his face. The child would be taken to the nurse's office by Kenzo.
As time went on, his school day was drawing to a close, and he could finally enjoy a relaxing break. After Kenzo returned home, things took a turn for the worse. Kenzo was forced to choose between going with his mother or his father because they were now divorced. Toru remained with his father, while Kenzo chose to accompany his mother. After that, he would gather everything in his room and pack his bags. When he was finished, Kenzo would wait for his mother to arrive at the car and put his items inside. He would sigh loudly. After that, his mother would take a car to her parents' home. Kenzo, of course, settled himself in. Once more, Kenzo decided to stay away from his family. He was now 18 years old. He wanted to leave his grandparents' house. He could no longer bear to remain here. He approached his mother and spoke with her for a while. She agreed to him transferring to a newer location and assisting him along the way. Kenzo was happy. He only needed to find a place to stay now, although that was somewhat challenging for him. He discovered a location known as Karakura while he was still searching. He assumed this place was peaceful and all that, but little did he know.
Sighing loudly. He found it hard to understand that this was his new life. It was finally time for Kenzo to move to Karakura. Before leaving, he gave his mother a final hug as he packed his things. As he recalled what he had caused her to go through as a child, he appeared to be crying. He told her he was sorry. His mother gave him a firm embrace in return. She said her farewell.
Kenzo was prepared for a new beginning in Karakura.

Hayakawa has done a number of things over the years. He has been learning a lot about criminal justice. Being in an environment that prioritizes community service greatly inspired him. Clearly, KPD was one of them. Despite his personal struggles, Hayakawa has persevered to reach his current position. Looking back, he has grown significantly over the years. He is appreciative of his accomplishments. He developed into the guy he desired to be, and finally, people were able to connect to him.

Can you legally own a pocket knife in Karakura?
"If you were to ask me, I would say no, but they are only permitted while you are attempting to prepare me some food. I'd say I enjoy cooking for myself a delicious meal! If I see somebody outside of the wonderful place they call a kitchen, I'll detain them for openly carrying an illegal weapon. It is UNACCEPTABLE!"

"Five things that do not require a prescription. . Hm? So, off the top of my head, I'd say that. You can only have two cough syrups. You can only have three paracetamol. You can get two eye patches in total, one for either the left or right side. A wooden cane, you can get about two of them. Finally, you can get some glasses!"
If you see your co-workers physically abusing an inmate, what should you do?
"That's a good question. . . Of course, if I witness a coworker mistreating an inmate, I would make sure my body camera is turned on and ready to record in case something goes wrong! So it would also be displayed if superiors needed to see it. SECOND, something must have happened because, in my opinion, mistreating an inmate is obviously unprofessional. THIRDLY, I'd radio the station so they could bring additional people over to see what the big deal is. I would initially try to put an end to the entire conflict before things get too crazy, but I would also have my stun blaster ready to use just in case. AND FINALLY, we would check for bruises after the backup arrived to determine what actually happened and who gets charged."
What should you do if you see your co-worker being assaulted?
"My first instinct would be to pull out my stun blaster if I witnessed a coworker being assaulted. After that, I would swiftly confront the person abusing my coworker and warn him to stop and if he doesn't, I would use my stun blaster on him. After that, I'll come over once more, handcuff him, and take him into custody for assaulting a government official. Next, I would request backup and instruct the citizens to leave the area. Naturally, in the event of an emergency, I would also want people to be protected. I would inspect my coworker for injuries after backup arrives."
What do you do if you find out that your co-worker is corrupt and is helping criminal organizations?
"Well. . . I truly hope that something comparable doesn't happen in the future or at all because it would obviously be terrible and completely unsafe for civilians. After all, the KPD's role is to protect the public from threats rather than assist them in causing further issues. However, if a coworker contributes to a criminal organization, action should be taken against the higher-ups first. First and foremost, I would like to obtain any evidence or proof that the coworker is genuinely cooperating with the criminal organization. Before making a mistake based solely on my own beliefs, it is preferable to confirm that I am right after all! Once I get the necessary evidence, I will go to the higher-ups and prove to them what the coworker is doing and how it will affect KPD and the citizens. After that, I'll let them deal with the rest."
How would you react to a criminal trying to bribe you?
"If a criminal offered me money as a bribe, I would certainly refuse. However, the first thing I would do would be to search for any CCTV so they could have a tape of the person attempting to bribe me with anything. I would then inform that individual that they would be fined for attempting to bribe an officer."
