Shouldn’t need an entirely new plugin/edit to a current plugin for that. If anything, that’s a OOCly punishable offense.
Regardless, anyone who isn’t EMS or KPD don’t know about the existence of [P], [E], or [G] ICly. Anything before the colon isn’t said, therefore it’s information that cannot be obtained via overhearing a police phone or EMS call.

- A system in regards to presenting who's calling is to be added soon, meaning any 'fake' officers then will be blatantly stated at the end of their hoax calls & show themselves off to staff / fellow officers, then receive server-side bans & punishments as consequences for their actions.
