What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: There are many different reasons why I would be motivated to become a teacher, but the common factors include a desire to make a positive impact on students' lives, a love for learning and sharing knowledge, and a passion for helping others reach their full potential. One of the most rewarding aspects of being a teacher is the opportunity to shape young minds and make a lasting impact on their lives. Teachers have the ability to inspire their students, install a love of learning, and help them develop important life skills.

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?: Teacher class logs are records kept by teachers to document their daily or weekly classroom activities, observations, reflections, and assessments. These logs serve as a personal record of a teacher's teaching practices and can be used as a reference for future lesson planning and professional development.

As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Teaching rules vary from person-to-person in this position, but my personal guidelines follow;

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: Although I have never roleplayed in the position of a Teacher or anything related of the subject, I am quite experienced in roleplay due to me being on a few sports teams on alternative accounts, alongside casual roleplay also. I am heavily experienced in detailed roleplay, and I heavily encourage my friends to add detail into actions that they perform.

Karakura Highschool and Community College uses MoSCoW system, which means; Must Have, Could Have, Should Have, Wouldn't or Would Have.

Asuka Yōko would be a four-foot-eleven, Asian woman with forgiving blue eyes. She has wavy dark-blue colored hair, a slim neck, and a lean torso with a tattoo on the left side of her chest, usually covered up by her shirt along with an average waist. She often wears standard clothes that are mostly darkly-colored and slightly skin-tight. Asuka is usually seen wearing jackets specifically two-sizes larger than hers along with earrings to layer her ears.

Asuka tends to be a kind, approachable young woman who views everyone with equality, which would usually make people tend to trust her. She views her students to be the future leaders, innovators, and problem solvers of the world we live in, and as such, she feels they deserve utmost respect and admiration. Each student is unique in her eyes, and she tends to feel they possess their own set of talents, abilities, and perspectives that can contribute to the betterment of society.

Fellow teachers are some of the most important and inspiring people in the world. She feels they are passionate about education and dedicated to helping their students achieve their full potential. As colleagues, they are supportive, collaborative, and always willing to lend a helping hand. In-which leads her to respect them not only as teachers, but individuals with their own respectable personalities.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Upon entering the hallway in-which the delinquents are residing within, Asuka would approach the group of delinquents and firmly but calmly ask them to stop cursing and swearing. She would explain that their behavior is not appropriate in a school setting and that it could be disruptive to other students and staff members. If the behavior continues and Asuka began to feel unsafe approaching the group directly, she could document the incident and report it to the appropriate school authorities. This could involve filling out a behavior referral form or speaking with the school's Senior Leadership Team.

No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
As Asuka would notice that students are not paying attention, she would pause her lesson and redirect their focus. This could involve asking them a question related to the lesson, having them take a brief notes review quiz, or engaging them in a quick classroom discussion. If students are consistently not listening during class, Asuka would address the behavior directly. This could involve having a one-on-one conversation with the main students, reaching out to their parents or guardians, or collaborating with the school's guidance counselor or behavior specialist to develop a behavior plan.


When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
While Asuka resided within teacher's lounge, she would take the opportunity where teachers can connect with one another and build a sense of community. As such, one action that Asuka would take in the lounge is to socialize with her colleagues, engaging in casual conversations about their personal lives or teaching experiences. Along with this, Teaching can be a demanding and stressful profession, Asuka may use the teacher's lounge to take a break and recharge throughout the day. This could be her taking some time to relax and unwind by reading a book or enjoying a cup of coffee.

Asuka would smile warmly at her students, as she started the class with a warm-up activity. She smiled, before clearing her throat as she raised her arms towards the ceiling, notifying her students to stand up. As the students followed her command, she would announce the words, "Repeat after me!" as she began to jog on the spot, allowing the students to copy her actions and motions of performing a jog, as she pointed at a student in the room, firing a question at them, "What is cardiovascular strength?" continuing to jog with the students in her class as she awaited answer from the student in question.

/me As she came to a halt, allowing her students to take a breath as she did as well, Asuka would smile at her students with pride as she began to demonstrate correct formations in order to prevent injuries and ensure that her students are getting the most out of their exercises. Asuka would demonstrate proper form and technique for various movements. She placed her hands on the ground, pushing her legs backwards as she held herself in a push-up position, she tilted her head upwards at her students, "Follow my lead." as she placed her hands in a diamond formation, retracting her arms allowing her body weight to fall downwards, as she used her muscles to slowly push herself back up. After performing a singular push-up for her demonstration, Asuka began to speak as her students performed the diamond push-up, "It's important to go slow when you come back up, this allows you to gain more stability and build more strength in your triceps!"

/me as she slowed her students down, allowing them to come back up and regain their stamina, Asuka would begin to jog on the spot once more, as she awaited the students to repeat her action of jogging amongst themselves. She would lead them out of the gymnasium and out towards the dodgeball courts across the way, as she subsequently came to a halt. Asuka would allow the students to step onto the court as she began to provide guidance and feedback for her students throughout the game to motivate students and keep things exciting.

/me while overseeing the dodgeball game, she would smile, before swapping the teams over allowing her students that haven't had the chance to participate play. While providing guidance, Asuka would exclaim, "Throw with your underarm! You all do much better with underarm throws!" Enjoying the class, she would glance down at her pocket, as she drew her phone from within it, glancing at the time. She slid the phone back into her pocket, fiddling with her whistle that hung from around her slender neck, as she raised it up towards her mouth, exhaling air into the reed. "Stop there! Class is over for today, head back to the locker-rooms and get changed! You are permitted to head home now, Class dismissed!"


Backstory
Asuka's childhood was far from conventional. She grew up without a mother figure in her life as her mother had passed away during childbirth. Her father tried his best to raise her, but he was often busy with work and left her in the care of her grandparents. Growing up, Asuka felt a void in her life that she couldn't quite fill. She longed for the guidance and nurturing that a mother would provide, but she had to learn to be self-sufficient and independent from a young age. Despite the absence of a mother figure in her life, Asuka was determined to make something of herself. She had always been active and enjoyed playing sports, and her dream was to become a Physical Education Teacher. Asuka was a dedicated student within Karakura's Highschool and Community College, and she worked hard to achieve her goals. She excelled in her physical education classes, and her teachers often praised her for her skills and leadership qualities. However, Asuka faced many challenges along the way. Without a mother figure to confide in, she often felt overwhelmed and alone. She struggled with self-doubt and found it difficult to believe in herself. Despite these challenges, Asuka persevered. She was determined to pursue her dream of becoming a Physical Education Teacher, and she worked tirelessly to make it a reality. She sought out mentors and role models who could provide her with guidance and support, and she worked hard to overcome her self-doubt. In the end, Asuka's hard work paid off. She graduated from college with a degree in Physical Education, and she landed her dream job as a teacher. She is now a mentor and role model to her students, providing them with the guidance and support she wished she had growing up. Asuka's journey was not an easy one, but it taught her the importance of perseverance, self-belief, and seeking out support when needed.
