'NIXIE' RIPPER - Kumi originally met Nixie within the first three days of her big move to the suburbs of Karakura. To put it simply, their relationship quite quickly flourished and Nixie remains to be Kumi's closest friend. At first sight Kumi knew that the two were going to be friends, by law of attraction or otherwise. Whether or not their relationship will last is another matter, but for the time being Nixie is the only reminder of the fresh glow of her hometown of which she's so desperate to savour.

1. Growing up, Kumi's father Ichiro was a chef and often made the family exotic dishes from around the globe, she recalls this as the start of her fascination with travel & culture.
2. Kumi's favourite movie is Black Swan!
3. Kumi's favourite colors are both red and purple, most clear in her bedroom.
PERSONALITY
Kumi is without a doubt confident in general, though that likely stems from viewing doubting herself as weak. She prefers to be alone for the majority of the time, largely due to deep ingrained narcissism issues that she's developed over a long period of time. She isn't wholly mean, though she is also not one to pass over petty acts to be spiteful. Overall, Kumi rarely considers others within her decisions, instead choosing bold and impulsive decisions based on her views on her environment and personal ideas.
Although she may seem to have an attitude at times, this is quite often due to her overly conceited and rather judgemental nature. Kumi quite simply surrounds herself with people she deems as worthy of conversing with her, whether that be in terms of reputation, intellect or otherwise. It may not seem like it from her exterior, but her biggest interest besides fashion is spiritualism and practicing Wicca. Overall, Kumi is generally bored and has an idea that she deserves better - because of this, however, she's lately seemed to resort to orchestrating fake drama simply for the point of it.

RESTRICTION - Speaking more metaphorically, she dislikes not having all amount of freedom an unfathomable amount. This can of course range from substantial circumstances to even very little situations, such as being told to suppress voicing her opinions.

NARCISSISTIC PERSONALITY DISORDER - A running theme Kumi discovered while growing up is that she undoubtedly felt a complete lack of empathy for her peers and quite literally did not care for anybody but herself. No matter how hard she attempted to show her care for the people around her, she simply was not able to identify the feelings of other people. This continues to be somewhat prominent in her everyday life.
FEARS
HEMOPHOBIA - Fear of blood. Although she is quite persistent on not allowing her weakness' to shine through, her unnerving fear of blood is a complete exception. She noticed this during her Hepatitis A shot during the time at her school in Tokyo.

SKILLS
In her early childhood days, Kumi used to take dance classes with her friends in Tokyo. She quite quickly became attached to the way it made her feel, and conveniently she picked it up rather swift. Twice a week for five years she would attend dance practices and practically lose herself within them - as time went on however, the classes became less and less frequent until they eventually came to a halt. Kumi joined the dance club in hopes of reigniting her passion for dance.
Another skill Kumi is rather committed to is designing costumes or any other type of garment. Not to be confused with creating however; she can envision these and begin to sketch them out - however she is incapable of actually bringing them to life.

APPEARANCE
Kumi is a 5’3’’ female that weighs roughly 101lbs. She’d have an ectomorphic build with a slight hourglass figure. Her figure as a whole wouldn't differ from the average female in Karakura - if a little on the skinny side paired with her age. Her eyes would naturally be a deep hazel, not too far off of the black color of her hair. Her hair would seem somewhat sleek and yet very clean. It’d be naturally quite straight and long, parading down her spine until reaching somewhere around her lower back. Her skin would be a pale white color and it’d be very smooth to match, easily contrasting with the dramatic winged eyeliner she had on the majority of her days.
