I am pretty active, I get on most days of the week and roleplay quite a bit. One of my characters are on the volleyball team and the other is enlisted into Sho's Dojo. I tend to get involved in many roleplay scenarios and I am not afraid to continue doing this!

My motivation on becoming a Drama teacher is to enlighten my students with the fantastic art which is Drama! I am very passionate with Acting in both Film and Theatre and wish to spread my infatuation for Drama through teaching!

What are the teacher class logs and why are they important?:
Teacher class logs are the things that get you quota! Without logging your classes, there is no proof that you have actually hosted a class. A minimum of 10 logged and hosted classes is required for quota per OOC month.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?:
Be a role-model for the students: act mature, calm and persevering even in the face of stress!
No physically, mentally, verbally and/or emotionally assaulting peers, as this against school and Karakura rules, laws and regulations
Follow All school rules and regulations as seen on the board. If a student's behaviour is inappropriate, I must only give warnings and threaten detention if they keep misbehaving.
Be respectful and the utmost responsible role model for the students.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I get on most if not all days of the week, my experience with roleplay varies between:
GangRP (As a member of 3 separate gangs and abiding by the gangrp rules on the schoolrp forums).
JockRP as a Bobcat males Volleyball member, getting involved in team events, appropriate team rivalry and appropriating my characters to the likeness of a Volleyball player/enjoyer.
CombatRP in both P2L and RNG, as of yet I have not been warned for my combat so I must be doing something right!
DetailRP, excessive and appropriate detailing learned from attending Drama and Art classes. (Drama for physical movement and actions (i.e. The male seemed to get down on one knee almost immediately, his spine straight and his head bowed in respect - his forearm rested upon his raised knee with his fist clenched softly.), and Art for description of physical aspects (i.e. The scarlet blooms sharply upwards with spider-like blades, yearning and reaching towards the heavens above.).

↳ Description:
The singular head of department who leads the division of Teachers and serves as a role-model for both Teachers and Students alike. This is the PEAK of the teacher's ranking, holstering the most power, coordinating the activities and comms between the teachers division. These head of department teachers are the most knowledgeable and qualified for their subject/s. They also oversee the development and learning of newer teachers while also overseeing the development and activities of the other teachers.

↳ Description:
A teacher which has been qualified for a period of time, for good reason too. They rose up the ranks to secure a position which dignifies their efforts, though not as impressive as Head of Department's efforts, they are still evident. Upon becoming a Qualified Teacher, these people attended excessive trainings while having obtained a vast amount of experience from hosting classes and enforcing the rules of the school. Typically, Qualified Teacher's soar above typical efforts in their classes for the succession of their students.

A teacher who has passed their training and filled all of the requirements to succeed a UT (Unqualified Teacher). These teachers must also fulfill their quota like every other rank and abide by the school's rules as a responsible adult at minimum. These teachers will still be recommended to undergo training in order to further their ablities. However, experience may be the best factor for this - therefore hosting classes is completely necessary for these teachers. They can also attend Qualified Teacher's classes in order to take notes on efficient teaching methods and strategies to further their comprehension of a better teaching environment which aptly regulates engaging their students.

↳ Description:
A recently accepted applicant who must pass their teacher training and teacher introduction, which then allows them to host classes. - UT's (Unqualified Teacher) must host the minimum quota of classes upon passing these trainings/introductions in order to start the process of becoming a NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher). This is the lowest rank of the teacher's ranking system. These Unqualified Teachers are highly recommended to watch the NQT's and QT's in order to delve deeper into their comprehension of teaching strategies and methodologies. Whilst also regulating proper school etiquette and enforcing the rules for the betterment of the student and faculty community. Upon the conclusion of this rank's assessment/s, they will be deemed a NQT.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers icly and oocly are representatives of the school and server's values and serve as role-models for the student body. Akin to Teacher's in real life, icly teachers get paid for carrying out the betterment of the student's learning. i.e. Enforcing rules which must be followed through both demonstation and through verbal speech. Teachers are a very underrated position in society, it can serve as the scaffold and support of advancing civilisation as a whole - for without teachers, learning would be quite the struggle and potentially increasingly dangerous depending on the subject. Dedication to the education of the student body enables a Teacher to help guide the current advancement of the present civilisation. The ways a teacher must teach must be adaptable like water, able to adapt to the student's needs when necessary - i.e. auditory, visual and practical learning, all of which fall under the category of specified learning styles. Upon this, a teacher must be able to teach in these mannerisms with their own accumulated style developed through experience and general knowledge.
Quota wise, NQT earn 350,000 Yen upon completing the minimum requirement of 10 hosted classes, QT earns 400,000 Yen for the same requirements. Upon completing the quota, completing 5 additional hosted classes adds an extra 50,000 Yen with the maximum quota to be reached being 500,000 Yen. Meaning you can stack these additional hosted classes in order to reach the maximum quota. Only 4 classes can be hosted per OOC day, meaning you cannot achieve quota in 2 days and leave your teacher character untouched for the rest of the month. - Henceforth, keeping the character active for roleplay reasons.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Without a teacher for students to engage in a classroom, I find no reason to name the server "SchoolRP" in the first place. Having a teacher as an active role enables students to engage in actual classes specified to realistic subjects on the server and immerse themselves in the world of SchoolRP to the utmost. The fundamentals of a teacher in SchoolRP is recognised in how it enables students to engage in the fuctions available in the server. i.e. as mentioned before with specific classes such as Drama and Art, Drama class allows for players to get used to the /me function enabling them to better their character's actions. Art class however, allows for greater description in their detail while writing. On a personal note, upon joining this server and engaging in classes, my marks and interest in school have raised significantly due to these aspects.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The SchoolRP system works unanimously with the MoSCoW System, the M standing for 'Must haves', S for 'Should haves', C for 'Could haves' and W for 'Won't haves' or 'Would haves'. Meanwhile the O's do not mean anything and are used to make the acronym readable. This method assists teachers is recognising the vital and necessary materials for their criteria. Whilst also assisting in constructing the shape of assignments and overall flux of their teaching in a classroom.

Describe the character: How do they look and act? What makes them unique and different?
A well-spoken and sophisticated Icelandic-Japanese male standing at 6'3 and weighing 189lbs
Smoky black strands framed his face with elegance, as his stormcloud eyes slitted like a feline, held a calm and calculating gaze upon you. His striking facial features were but a gem adorning the muscular and athletic build of his body speaking measures of his persevering and athletic background. He also seems to have tattoos inked upon his body, one of roses shrouded in smoke sleeved upon the left arm, the other a dragon wrapped around his body from his hips
This male tends to treat people with due-respect, never seemingly faltering under the expectations and selfish demands of others. Whilst also tending to strive for more in most positive aspects - especially knowledge and overall a well nurtured reputation. The way this male handles problems and confrontations is in a calm, informative calculating manner, attempting to find a peaceful middle ground for the altercation.
The man's eyes are calculating, observing every move you make like a Director for a play or film searching for the meaning behind your movements and what they may mean for the audience. Almost psycho-****ysing you through physical and verbal interaction.
Despite his intimidating general appearance and likeness for darker clothing acumulated with his dark hair, he is a rather eccentric man who loves to act and have fun doing what he is passionate about. This is evident in the way he acts around others and the way he engages with the activities he enjoys. e.g. Volleyball, he strives to become better and better each day.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
A quite neutral perspective upon his co-workers and students, adoring those who strive for more knowledge and loving the challenge of those who do not. Despite being quite quiet and evaluative, Toru values the comfort of others to the utmost - especially when concerning his colleagues and students and may become more outgoing if necessary to keep a strong relationship with his peers and students. A rather ambitious outlook towards the learning of students through his passion for Theatre and Film acting alike, wishing to grant students the opportunity to have fun during class on a more practical level whilst also enabling them to recognise what behaviour is necessary and what is not through the more fun side of acting.
What are their plans for the future?
Currently the man is striving for greatness in the art of teaching, looking out for and developing strong actors/actresses in the art form which is Dramatic Storytelling, in order for his students to become what's known today as "The Greats" (aka Hollywood). Teaching has always been a great passion for Toru, upon previously joining the Volleyball team (changed to my alt Licht Kagenouta) he has strived to teach people on the subject of things he is passionate about. Evidently enough, two out of the seven the members of the current Bobcat Males Volleyball team are his "Students", whom he taught from the start of their volleyball passion and assisted them in soaring to the heights of even being able to join the team! This man strives for greatness in his own way.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Approach them kindly, asking if there is any problem currently playing out. Provide details upon what I had witnessed upon approaching and then give a warning to the delinquents for their vile language, requesting that they fix it to avoid any future confrontation. Toru understands that cursing may become included in a student's language due to becoming accustomed to it early on in their life while developing their language skills. However, he also does recognise that people are able to learn to control their language and what they do or don't express in a vulgar way in appropriate settings.
People aged 18 or under shalt not be throwing around curses and swearing in unecessary circumstances, Toru would wish to educate these delinquents into becoming stronger in their language skills in order to better themselves and further their interactions with others.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Toru would pause his teaching as a whole, sitting silently and awkwardly on purpose in order to make the students feel uncomfortable for disrupting the lesson he has put so much effort into. A creative way to grasp someone's attention is to do something out of the ordinary. If they continue disregarding the lesson, Toru would begin to become more stern and demanding in grabbing their attention for the rest of the lesson. Acts Toru may place upon the students if they continue misbehaving in the classroom and disregarding the lesson overall, Toru would offer them the opportunity to leave the classroom if they really do not wish to learn. If they stay, he continues the lesson. If they leave, so be it. A student who doesn't want to learn, should not be in the class.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Toru is typically a laidback man when not enacting his classes, he enjoys his usual cup of his favoured Vanilla flavoured Chai Latte. Toru would typically find a place to sit or lean near the window overlooking the outside world, as he explores the visual-expressions of the world with his awe-filled eyes - appreciating the aspects of life itself and relaxing after his lesson. Toru has his lessons already planned out premptively, allowing him to actually relax at breaktime and lunchtime - perhaps even mark his students work asap in order for more later relaxation and to uphold his evidently practiced organisation.
Provide at least 4 detailed /me's of your character inside a classroom:
/me standing upon the stage with his hands clasped together - fingers interlocked in front of his stomach as he counts over the heads of the class. 1... 2... 15... 16... His eyes squinted as he peers towards the back of the class, counting the remaining students. Toru then took a deep breath, inhaling deeply as his chest and diaphragm begun to expand. "Hello students! I, Toru Munakata will be introducing you to... Drumroll please!" Toru commanded, bringing his hands to his thighs as he hunched over and proceeded to pat them in a rhythmic and percussive manner in hopes to persuade the students to join him in his eccentric efforts. Ceasing his own drumroll as a queue for any students whom joined him to cease their own, the ravenette alofted his hands dramatically in front of him, his elbows attached to his sides as his forearms directed outward akin to a warm welcome. "Epic Theatre!" He exclaimed in an excited manner, his forearms rotating around so that his palms raised upwards and faced towards the students, beginning to shake - Jazz hands!
/me crouched down and seemed to seat himself at the edge of the stage, his feet dangling off. Toru leaned forward, placing his elbow upon his thigh, looking over the audience which was his students with a widespread smile upon his face as they peered at him. What extraordinarily ambitious characters they are! His admiration present in his awe-gleaming stormcloud orbs which adorned his excited facial expression like gems. Toru rested his chin upon his hand which rested the elbow upon his thigh, perking up a question he had pre-planned. "Could you all tell me just three things about Brecht's Epic Theatre?" Toru requested, hoping to be able to teach more on this specific theatre style. "You are allowed to guess! Fret not!" The dark-haired male reassured, awaiting for a student to raise their hand - his index finger tapping against his cheek.
/me standing firmly upon the stage, his feet figuratively tied down as his confidence in his performance ensued in the excited gleam upon his face. "Students! I will give you one piece of advice!" Toru begun, his hands coming back to the classic position in front of his stomach with his fingers interlocked - occasionally unlocking and expressing outward with his palm facing up whilst he expressed his advice. "The best part about Theatre is that everyone is nervous when performing!" Both of his hands reaching outwards, palms still facing upwards in an almost bravado and expressive manner. One of his arms retracted back to his side as the other twisted to point downward toward the stage floor. "If you are not nervous upon performing on the stage, I believe you are not human." Toru's voice then became stern and somber, the arm which pointed towards the floor then dropping to his side akin to the other one. "For getting up on stage and having the confidence to act is quite hard. However, I believe in you all!"
/me seemed to lean his body weight over to one leg, one arm wrapping around his own torso while the other leaned the elbow atop of his wrist. His fingers wrapped comfortably in front of his lips as his feline-shaped eyes observed keenly at the students physical movements in their act like a hawk. His fingers sliding back n forth over his mouth in a habit and fidget-like manner as his concentration was solely focused on the students physical expressions. His eyes darted between the facial features presently expressing the emotion portrayed like the eyes which never lie, and the way their lips moved as they spoke briefly. "Thank you ______, I believe this is quite the formidable performance. Do you reckon you could do that again, but try something different with how you express yourself?" Toru began, attempting to broaden the student's range in how they express their character. "Like... Something with the face? Or even perhaps the way that the character struts forward and proclaims their revenge!" He seemed to heighten his epic dramatic flair further with each word which emitted from his lips dropping an octave lower, one of his hands raising high to the heavens above with his palm facing upwards in a classic dramatic Shakespearan-like pose.
Backstory
Birth/Early Childhood - Trauma and Rebirth
At Birth, Toru had never known his father, but was often ostracised, and abused by his late-birth mother who he once believed was a goddess sent from heaven. He once believed this abused life was normal to every family yet would run away from home every so often, declaring them "explorations". On one of his 'explorations' at the age of 9, Toru met a lovely young girl named Tomoe Yanagi, he couldn't remember her last name, let alone his own. Tomoe changed his life forever. As Toru let spill of his home life, it traumatised the young Tomoe, leaving her basically clinging onto his shirt for dear life, begging for him to not go back. He accepted her plea's and was dragged along to an orphanage where Tomoe stayed. Tomoe explained everything to the head of the orphanage and instantly, police were issued to Toru's basically broken down house and his birth mother was placed behind bars giving Toru one last line before their inevitable separation. "You're lucky to be alive, I'll make sure to kill you when I get out!" She never did, she was sentenced for life and deemed to rot in her cell. Tomoe enlightened Toru with the rights and wrongs of society through picture drawing and watching Anime, as well as helping do the chores around the orphanage, Toru found these menial tasks to be bothersome but did them as a favour to his "messiah" or "saviour" Tomoe. Toru was infatuated by Tomoe, but later became shallow towards her as he started to think that he wasn't worth the trouble and ended up running away from the orphanage at the age of 12.
Teenage years and Early Adulthood - A New Beginning
Starting Toru's new life at 13, after miraculously running away from police and the orphanage looking for him over the course of a year, and after some time gave up, as well as abandoning his childhood saviour/bestfriend, Tomoe, who he has little memory of but her general appearance and fragrance, Toru was left stranded in Karakura. A beautiful city encaptulated in mystery and excitement, Toru was ecstatic to live his life here. He enrolled at Karakura Highschool where he's met many of the sort; some being weird, some violent, yet most were welcoming with a warm smile. All of these new faces were hard to remember with his troubled memory. At this new school, Toru had become fond with Volleyball and the Arts as well as a small hobby in writing novels. He doesn't claim to be great or even mediocre for that matter, but was often complimented for his quick learning and superhuman adaptability.
Through some time spent at Karakura, Toru was approached by a young individual older than himself named Jiro Munakata, who chased Toru down, requesting that he join the Munakata Family. Toru was finally defeated after many failed attempts of escape and a long chase around Karakura, officially joining the Munakata's. The Munakatas' were kind at heart and righteous with a quickly growing family. Toru was adopted into the Yutaro Branch, owned by Yutaro Munakata and (now married) Hanai Munakata. Where Toru had many MANY siblings, being one of the few males of the branch with a swarm of sisters. After Toru's previous experiences in his childhood with his late-mother and time at the orphanage, he was left confused whether or not to trust this new family. After some months of warming up to this new found family, Toru felt completely comfortable. However, there was still an issue, one of his siblings Colleen was mute and only spoke in Japanese Sign Language, everyone else could speak it but why couldn't he? Toru was overwhelmed with jealousy and ended up impulsively going on a holiday back to Kyoto where he was born, where he isolated himself from speaking in Japanese and only in sign language at a help-centre for deaf and mute people. After two months of struggle and immersing himself in this environment, he learnt it, he finally was able to communicate to his sibling Colleen.
After coming back to Karakura, Toru had picked many fights, even been shoved in an oven with a 3rd degree burn down his left leg and a 1st degree down his right arm. After this incident, Toru picked up a slight addiction to cigarettes which he got rid of soon after, He then joined a gang, expecting them to be righteous like a Yakuza. They were not. Which led Toru into a deep, dark void of self-hatred, locking himself in his apartment in Block R for a month, only going outside to get supplies like food. Nearing the end of his month long self-loathing in his apartment, his land-owner kicked him out for being a grouch and wallowing in his apartment, forcing him to socialise and catch up with some old friends that were both happy for his return as well as angry for his sudden disappearance, describing it as "Like you were wiped off the face of the Earth."
After the events mentioned above, Toru went through many relationships, some of which deemed unfit for him and some of which broke his already shattered heart further. He had joined the Volleyball team for one tournament and got wiped out in the second round, then later left as he gave the team position off to a dear friend whom he deemed worthy enough, Licht Kagenouta (My alt). Toru had joined into two more gangs after leaving the Volleyball team is search for something worth doing; an ambition. yet it all felt wrong to him. What was right for him and what could be the best for him and his future? Toru came to the conclusion that all of the wrong doings he enacted were unworthy. He took many trips to the Shrine and begged for mercy and another chance. He begun to think it was all hopeless, until one fateful night laying upon his bed staring at the ceiling where he reminisced over two boys who were part of his Volleyball team, Alcide and Nash. Whom he taught the basics and fundamentals of both 1v1 and team-oriented volleyball. This is when Toru realised his passion, he truly loved teaching and coaching these two boys.
Toru was set upon this newly found passion, he figured he should go for his strengths. Despite being a Volleyball player, he was not one for Physical Education classes. Toru Munakata had a fiery ambition for acting, the art form which was Drama and Acting overall in both Theatre and Film interested the Munakata to the utmost. It was enticing really, the way Toru strived for greatness in his efforts to graduate ASAP to teach people of a subject he was infatuated by. Toru strived his way through classes in college, pushing far and wide to graduate with a prominent enough score to enable his acceptance into Teaching Performing Arts at Karakura's local school as a Teacher.

JockRP as a Bobcat males Volleyball member, getting involved in team events, appropriate team rivalry and appropriating my characters to the likeness of a Volleyball player/enjoyer.
CombatRP in both P2L and RNG, as of yet I have not been warned for my combat so I must be doing something right!
DetailRP, excessive and appropriate detailing learned from attending Drama and Art classes. (Drama for physical movement and actions (i.e. The male seemed to get down on one knee almost immediately, his spine straight and his head bowed in respect - his forearm rested upon his raised knee with his fist clenched softly.), and Art for description of physical aspects (i.e. The scarlet blooms sharply upwards with spider-like blades, yearning and reaching towards the heavens above.).

↳ Description:
The singular head of department who leads the division of Teachers and serves as a role-model for both Teachers and Students alike. This is the PEAK of the teacher's ranking, holstering the most power, coordinating the activities and comms between the teachers division. These head of department teachers are the most knowledgeable and qualified for their subject/s. They also oversee the development and learning of newer teachers while also overseeing the development and activities of the other teachers.

Qualified Teacher
↳ Description:
A teacher which has been qualified for a period of time, for good reason too. They rose up the ranks to secure a position which dignifies their efforts, though not as impressive as Head of Department's efforts, they are still evident. Upon becoming a Qualified Teacher, these people attended excessive trainings while having obtained a vast amount of experience from hosting classes and enforcing the rules of the school. Typically, Qualified Teacher's soar above typical efforts in their classes for the succession of their students.

↳ Description:
A teacher who has passed their training and filled all of the requirements to succeed a UT (Unqualified Teacher). These teachers must also fulfill their quota like every other rank and abide by the school's rules as a responsible adult at minimum. These teachers will still be recommended to undergo training in order to further their ablities. However, experience may be the best factor for this - therefore hosting classes is completely necessary for these teachers. They can also attend Qualified Teacher's classes in order to take notes on efficient teaching methods and strategies to further their comprehension of a better teaching environment which aptly regulates engaging their students.

↳ Description:
A recently accepted applicant who must pass their teacher training and teacher introduction, which then allows them to host classes. - UT's (Unqualified Teacher) must host the minimum quota of classes upon passing these trainings/introductions in order to start the process of becoming a NQT (Newly Qualified Teacher). This is the lowest rank of the teacher's ranking system. These Unqualified Teachers are highly recommended to watch the NQT's and QT's in order to delve deeper into their comprehension of teaching strategies and methodologies. Whilst also regulating proper school etiquette and enforcing the rules for the betterment of the student and faculty community. Upon the conclusion of this rank's assessment/s, they will be deemed a NQT.
Teacher Knowledge
Present to us your knowledge about Teachers in-game and out-of-game, what purpose do teachers serve. What salary do they get? Include a paragraph about the way teachers teach, what they do in their spare time in general.
Teachers icly and oocly are representatives of the school and server's values and serve as role-models for the student body. Akin to Teacher's in real life, icly teachers get paid for carrying out the betterment of the student's learning. i.e. Enforcing rules which must be followed through both demonstation and through verbal speech. Teachers are a very underrated position in society, it can serve as the scaffold and support of advancing civilisation as a whole - for without teachers, learning would be quite the struggle and potentially increasingly dangerous depending on the subject. Dedication to the education of the student body enables a Teacher to help guide the current advancement of the present civilisation. The ways a teacher must teach must be adaptable like water, able to adapt to the student's needs when necessary - i.e. auditory, visual and practical learning, all of which fall under the category of specified learning styles. Upon this, a teacher must be able to teach in these mannerisms with their own accumulated style developed through experience and general knowledge.
Quota wise, NQT earn 350,000 Yen upon completing the minimum requirement of 10 hosted classes, QT earns 400,000 Yen for the same requirements. Upon completing the quota, completing 5 additional hosted classes adds an extra 50,000 Yen with the maximum quota to be reached being 500,000 Yen. Meaning you can stack these additional hosted classes in order to reach the maximum quota. Only 4 classes can be hosted per OOC day, meaning you cannot achieve quota in 2 days and leave your teacher character untouched for the rest of the month. - Henceforth, keeping the character active for roleplay reasons.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?:
Without a teacher for students to engage in a classroom, I find no reason to name the server "SchoolRP" in the first place. Having a teacher as an active role enables students to engage in actual classes specified to realistic subjects on the server and immerse themselves in the world of SchoolRP to the utmost. The fundamentals of a teacher in SchoolRP is recognised in how it enables students to engage in the fuctions available in the server. i.e. as mentioned before with specific classes such as Drama and Art, Drama class allows for players to get used to the /me function enabling them to better their character's actions. Art class however, allows for greater description in their detail while writing. On a personal note, upon joining this server and engaging in classes, my marks and interest in school have raised significantly due to these aspects.
What lesson planning system does the school work on?:
The SchoolRP system works unanimously with the MoSCoW System, the M standing for 'Must haves', S for 'Should haves', C for 'Could haves' and W for 'Won't haves' or 'Would haves'. Meanwhile the O's do not mean anything and are used to make the acronym readable. This method assists teachers is recognising the vital and necessary materials for their criteria. Whilst also assisting in constructing the shape of assignments and overall flux of their teaching in a classroom.

A well-spoken and sophisticated Icelandic-Japanese male standing at 6'3 and weighing 189lbs
Smoky black strands framed his face with elegance, as his stormcloud eyes slitted like a feline, held a calm and calculating gaze upon you. His striking facial features were but a gem adorning the muscular and athletic build of his body speaking measures of his persevering and athletic background. He also seems to have tattoos inked upon his body, one of roses shrouded in smoke sleeved upon the left arm, the other a dragon wrapped around his body from his hips
This male tends to treat people with due-respect, never seemingly faltering under the expectations and selfish demands of others. Whilst also tending to strive for more in most positive aspects - especially knowledge and overall a well nurtured reputation. The way this male handles problems and confrontations is in a calm, informative calculating manner, attempting to find a peaceful middle ground for the altercation.
The man's eyes are calculating, observing every move you make like a Director for a play or film searching for the meaning behind your movements and what they may mean for the audience. Almost psycho-****ysing you through physical and verbal interaction.
Despite his intimidating general appearance and likeness for darker clothing acumulated with his dark hair, he is a rather eccentric man who loves to act and have fun doing what he is passionate about. This is evident in the way he acts around others and the way he engages with the activities he enjoys. e.g. Volleyball, he strives to become better and better each day.
What is their outlook on students and their co-workers?
A quite neutral perspective upon his co-workers and students, adoring those who strive for more knowledge and loving the challenge of those who do not. Despite being quite quiet and evaluative, Toru values the comfort of others to the utmost - especially when concerning his colleagues and students and may become more outgoing if necessary to keep a strong relationship with his peers and students. A rather ambitious outlook towards the learning of students through his passion for Theatre and Film acting alike, wishing to grant students the opportunity to have fun during class on a more practical level whilst also enabling them to recognise what behaviour is necessary and what is not through the more fun side of acting.
What are their plans for the future?
Currently the man is striving for greatness in the art of teaching, looking out for and developing strong actors/actresses in the art form which is Dramatic Storytelling, in order for his students to become what's known today as "The Greats" (aka Hollywood). Teaching has always been a great passion for Toru, upon previously joining the Volleyball team (changed to my alt Licht Kagenouta) he has strived to teach people on the subject of things he is passionate about. Evidently enough, two out of the seven the members of the current Bobcat Males Volleyball team are his "Students", whom he taught from the start of their volleyball passion and assisted them in soaring to the heights of even being able to join the team! This man strives for greatness in his own way.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?:
Approach them kindly, asking if there is any problem currently playing out. Provide details upon what I had witnessed upon approaching and then give a warning to the delinquents for their vile language, requesting that they fix it to avoid any future confrontation. Toru understands that cursing may become included in a student's language due to becoming accustomed to it early on in their life while developing their language skills. However, he also does recognise that people are able to learn to control their language and what they do or don't express in a vulgar way in appropriate settings.
People aged 18 or under shalt not be throwing around curses and swearing in unecessary circumstances, Toru would wish to educate these delinquents into becoming stronger in their language skills in order to better themselves and further their interactions with others.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?:
Toru would pause his teaching as a whole, sitting silently and awkwardly on purpose in order to make the students feel uncomfortable for disrupting the lesson he has put so much effort into. A creative way to grasp someone's attention is to do something out of the ordinary. If they continue disregarding the lesson, Toru would begin to become more stern and demanding in grabbing their attention for the rest of the lesson. Acts Toru may place upon the students if they continue misbehaving in the classroom and disregarding the lesson overall, Toru would offer them the opportunity to leave the classroom if they really do not wish to learn. If they stay, he continues the lesson. If they leave, so be it. A student who doesn't want to learn, should not be in the class.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?:
Toru is typically a laidback man when not enacting his classes, he enjoys his usual cup of his favoured Vanilla flavoured Chai Latte. Toru would typically find a place to sit or lean near the window overlooking the outside world, as he explores the visual-expressions of the world with his awe-filled eyes - appreciating the aspects of life itself and relaxing after his lesson. Toru has his lessons already planned out premptively, allowing him to actually relax at breaktime and lunchtime - perhaps even mark his students work asap in order for more later relaxation and to uphold his evidently practiced organisation.

/me standing upon the stage with his hands clasped together - fingers interlocked in front of his stomach as he counts over the heads of the class. 1... 2... 15... 16... His eyes squinted as he peers towards the back of the class, counting the remaining students. Toru then took a deep breath, inhaling deeply as his chest and diaphragm begun to expand. "Hello students! I, Toru Munakata will be introducing you to... Drumroll please!" Toru commanded, bringing his hands to his thighs as he hunched over and proceeded to pat them in a rhythmic and percussive manner in hopes to persuade the students to join him in his eccentric efforts. Ceasing his own drumroll as a queue for any students whom joined him to cease their own, the ravenette alofted his hands dramatically in front of him, his elbows attached to his sides as his forearms directed outward akin to a warm welcome. "Epic Theatre!" He exclaimed in an excited manner, his forearms rotating around so that his palms raised upwards and faced towards the students, beginning to shake - Jazz hands!
/me crouched down and seemed to seat himself at the edge of the stage, his feet dangling off. Toru leaned forward, placing his elbow upon his thigh, looking over the audience which was his students with a widespread smile upon his face as they peered at him. What extraordinarily ambitious characters they are! His admiration present in his awe-gleaming stormcloud orbs which adorned his excited facial expression like gems. Toru rested his chin upon his hand which rested the elbow upon his thigh, perking up a question he had pre-planned. "Could you all tell me just three things about Brecht's Epic Theatre?" Toru requested, hoping to be able to teach more on this specific theatre style. "You are allowed to guess! Fret not!" The dark-haired male reassured, awaiting for a student to raise their hand - his index finger tapping against his cheek.
/me standing firmly upon the stage, his feet figuratively tied down as his confidence in his performance ensued in the excited gleam upon his face. "Students! I will give you one piece of advice!" Toru begun, his hands coming back to the classic position in front of his stomach with his fingers interlocked - occasionally unlocking and expressing outward with his palm facing up whilst he expressed his advice. "The best part about Theatre is that everyone is nervous when performing!" Both of his hands reaching outwards, palms still facing upwards in an almost bravado and expressive manner. One of his arms retracted back to his side as the other twisted to point downward toward the stage floor. "If you are not nervous upon performing on the stage, I believe you are not human." Toru's voice then became stern and somber, the arm which pointed towards the floor then dropping to his side akin to the other one. "For getting up on stage and having the confidence to act is quite hard. However, I believe in you all!"
/me seemed to lean his body weight over to one leg, one arm wrapping around his own torso while the other leaned the elbow atop of his wrist. His fingers wrapped comfortably in front of his lips as his feline-shaped eyes observed keenly at the students physical movements in their act like a hawk. His fingers sliding back n forth over his mouth in a habit and fidget-like manner as his concentration was solely focused on the students physical expressions. His eyes darted between the facial features presently expressing the emotion portrayed like the eyes which never lie, and the way their lips moved as they spoke briefly. "Thank you ______, I believe this is quite the formidable performance. Do you reckon you could do that again, but try something different with how you express yourself?" Toru began, attempting to broaden the student's range in how they express their character. "Like... Something with the face? Or even perhaps the way that the character struts forward and proclaims their revenge!" He seemed to heighten his epic dramatic flair further with each word which emitted from his lips dropping an octave lower, one of his hands raising high to the heavens above with his palm facing upwards in a classic dramatic Shakespearan-like pose.
Backstory
Birth/Early Childhood - Trauma and Rebirth
At Birth, Toru had never known his father, but was often ostracised, and abused by his late-birth mother who he once believed was a goddess sent from heaven. He once believed this abused life was normal to every family yet would run away from home every so often, declaring them "explorations". On one of his 'explorations' at the age of 9, Toru met a lovely young girl named Tomoe Yanagi, he couldn't remember her last name, let alone his own. Tomoe changed his life forever. As Toru let spill of his home life, it traumatised the young Tomoe, leaving her basically clinging onto his shirt for dear life, begging for him to not go back. He accepted her plea's and was dragged along to an orphanage where Tomoe stayed. Tomoe explained everything to the head of the orphanage and instantly, police were issued to Toru's basically broken down house and his birth mother was placed behind bars giving Toru one last line before their inevitable separation. "You're lucky to be alive, I'll make sure to kill you when I get out!" She never did, she was sentenced for life and deemed to rot in her cell. Tomoe enlightened Toru with the rights and wrongs of society through picture drawing and watching Anime, as well as helping do the chores around the orphanage, Toru found these menial tasks to be bothersome but did them as a favour to his "messiah" or "saviour" Tomoe. Toru was infatuated by Tomoe, but later became shallow towards her as he started to think that he wasn't worth the trouble and ended up running away from the orphanage at the age of 12.
Teenage years and Early Adulthood - A New Beginning
Starting Toru's new life at 13, after miraculously running away from police and the orphanage looking for him over the course of a year, and after some time gave up, as well as abandoning his childhood saviour/bestfriend, Tomoe, who he has little memory of but her general appearance and fragrance, Toru was left stranded in Karakura. A beautiful city encaptulated in mystery and excitement, Toru was ecstatic to live his life here. He enrolled at Karakura Highschool where he's met many of the sort; some being weird, some violent, yet most were welcoming with a warm smile. All of these new faces were hard to remember with his troubled memory. At this new school, Toru had become fond with Volleyball and the Arts as well as a small hobby in writing novels. He doesn't claim to be great or even mediocre for that matter, but was often complimented for his quick learning and superhuman adaptability.
Through some time spent at Karakura, Toru was approached by a young individual older than himself named Jiro Munakata, who chased Toru down, requesting that he join the Munakata Family. Toru was finally defeated after many failed attempts of escape and a long chase around Karakura, officially joining the Munakata's. The Munakatas' were kind at heart and righteous with a quickly growing family. Toru was adopted into the Yutaro Branch, owned by Yutaro Munakata and (now married) Hanai Munakata. Where Toru had many MANY siblings, being one of the few males of the branch with a swarm of sisters. After Toru's previous experiences in his childhood with his late-mother and time at the orphanage, he was left confused whether or not to trust this new family. After some months of warming up to this new found family, Toru felt completely comfortable. However, there was still an issue, one of his siblings Colleen was mute and only spoke in Japanese Sign Language, everyone else could speak it but why couldn't he? Toru was overwhelmed with jealousy and ended up impulsively going on a holiday back to Kyoto where he was born, where he isolated himself from speaking in Japanese and only in sign language at a help-centre for deaf and mute people. After two months of struggle and immersing himself in this environment, he learnt it, he finally was able to communicate to his sibling Colleen.
After coming back to Karakura, Toru had picked many fights, even been shoved in an oven with a 3rd degree burn down his left leg and a 1st degree down his right arm. After this incident, Toru picked up a slight addiction to cigarettes which he got rid of soon after, He then joined a gang, expecting them to be righteous like a Yakuza. They were not. Which led Toru into a deep, dark void of self-hatred, locking himself in his apartment in Block R for a month, only going outside to get supplies like food. Nearing the end of his month long self-loathing in his apartment, his land-owner kicked him out for being a grouch and wallowing in his apartment, forcing him to socialise and catch up with some old friends that were both happy for his return as well as angry for his sudden disappearance, describing it as "Like you were wiped off the face of the Earth."
After the events mentioned above, Toru went through many relationships, some of which deemed unfit for him and some of which broke his already shattered heart further. He had joined the Volleyball team for one tournament and got wiped out in the second round, then later left as he gave the team position off to a dear friend whom he deemed worthy enough, Licht Kagenouta (My alt). Toru had joined into two more gangs after leaving the Volleyball team is search for something worth doing; an ambition. yet it all felt wrong to him. What was right for him and what could be the best for him and his future? Toru came to the conclusion that all of the wrong doings he enacted were unworthy. He took many trips to the Shrine and begged for mercy and another chance. He begun to think it was all hopeless, until one fateful night laying upon his bed staring at the ceiling where he reminisced over two boys who were part of his Volleyball team, Alcide and Nash. Whom he taught the basics and fundamentals of both 1v1 and team-oriented volleyball. This is when Toru realised his passion, he truly loved teaching and coaching these two boys.
Toru was set upon this newly found passion, he figured he should go for his strengths. Despite being a Volleyball player, he was not one for Physical Education classes. Toru Munakata had a fiery ambition for acting, the art form which was Drama and Acting overall in both Theatre and Film interested the Munakata to the utmost. It was enticing really, the way Toru strived for greatness in his efforts to graduate ASAP to teach people of a subject he was infatuated by. Toru strived his way through classes in college, pushing far and wide to graduate with a prominent enough score to enable his acceptance into Teaching Performing Arts at Karakura's local school as a Teacher.
