TRIVIA

Upon her birth, she's diagnosed with a congenital heart defect, specified as hypoplastic left heart syndrome (HLHS).
Ryu-na stays incredibly prone to illness in her youth, often bedridden and unable to properly function without proper care. There are multiple instances of her heart acting up, urging her back to the hospital and causing for open-heart surgeries in order to survive.
When she's 14, her heart suffers fatally after ongoing weeks of pain and issues.
Rushed to the hospital, the organ sputters, the line goes flat, and she's pronounced dead. Her heart refused to move as the clock agonizingly ticks by, her father a grieving wreck beside her in the ER.
However, as though nothing short of a miracle, she's revived 8 minutes later.
