I've noticed that while the language list is extremely long, it seems to be missing some beautiful languages such as Te Reo from New Zealand, and Noongar from Indigenous Australia. There's plenty more but I think every place should have at least ONE official language in the list.

How will this benefit the server and community?:
This allows players to properly roleplay diverse characters from different backgrounds without the limitations of language.

Yes. This would make honestly total sense to me. Every country having AT LEAST one language would make it super easy to create different characters from different countries that you don't want them to just speak Japanese.

I do feel like every country or area with their own or multiple languages should at least have one of them that can be applied for, it'd give more diverse character options in my opinion.

You may see it as pointless, but not having diverse options excludes some beautiful cultures such as indigenous Australians who speak Noongar

There's no practical point to trying to represent every single human culture and language. At some point we need to call it. We have 106 languages already.
