I've been rather active! I've been on nearly most of the day when I have nothing else to do, for around 8hrs a day, more or less. Despite that I am a student, I tend to build my free time around things I'm currently interested in or dedicated to, one of them being SRP. I am most likely failing my classes for this.

What is your motivation for applying?:
Money, money.. money... and more things to do in SRP, I am not at socializing, so it's rather lackluster and.. boring duh, thats what happens when you have trouble with improv. Mainly just money and that i want to do more than afk at /spawn.
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
Yep! It's subject to change, so I check it once in a while when I can.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
Finding a new thing to do in SRP, have a rather stable income so I can buy all the furnitures to crash my pc and make my apartment p-pretty! Be able to commission other people, and to have a house or a big property someday.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
GET DOWN MISTER MAYOR!! So the Mayor is basically the CEO, but not really. They have the final say on anything and everything, theyre the face of Karakura, the chief of all factions, so they see through all.. The mayor also manages the budget and whatnot, can retcon/remove laws and add laws.
DEPUTY MAYOR - substitute teacher, the regent. They're basically the Mayor's second-in-command and can act on the Mayor's behalf when necessary. They help oversee Government affairs and make sure everything keeps moving when the Mayor isn't available.
Head of Department: Like police chiefs, directors.. The Head of Department is responsible for overseeing a particular Government department or faction. They're responsible for managing within their faction, managing their staff, policing, and ensuring quality and/or efficient work for the townspeople.
Governor: The Governor/s handles the administration of a specific area of Government and acts as a representative of the Government within their jurisdiction. the chief executive of a state or territory. They oversee the state government, propose the state budget, set policy priorities, and can approve or veto/reject state legislation. They can also command the state's military forces, such as the National Guard. So, quite a bit of responsibility for just a few people righhht??
Judge: Big bosses. Final boss of lawyer. A Judge is an impartial decision-maker in a court of law. They oversee legal proceedings, interpret laws, assess evidence, and determine guilt or innocence in cases where there isn't a jury (or non-jury). They can also issue sentences or other rulings,,
Lawyer: Oh this is what im applying for. Lawyers represent their clients, in legal matters, whether those clients are private individuals, organizations, or the Government itself, or others, not just caged by the given examp;es. They research the relevant laws, prepare arguments, defend or advocate for their client, and make sure their client's rights are being properly represented.

A rather androgynous figure with brown hair strolls into the interviewing room, The walking was supported with a rather consistent tapping tap tap of the cane. Once Eden had entered, pulled back the chair, yet rather slow- but not annoyingly.. turtle slow, then sat down, letting the cane rest ontop of his thighs.

Eden gave a small head-bow, his gaze is focused onto the papers on the desk.

I spent a particular amount of time studying government, public policy, constitutional systems, and political theory, moostly because I assumed politics is easier than science, but I actually liked learning these kind of stuff, After completing my undergraduate degree, I attended Osgoode Hall Law School at York University and earned my Juris Doctor. I focused my studies around public law, constitutional matters, and legal procedure, as those were the areas I found myself most interested in."

"Nunna, I've not worked for anything as I want my first job to be in the lawyer-ing industry."

What makes you a good candidate for this job?:
"I can consider myself a good candidate for this job.. because I want to do right, you've heard this countless of times, I have no work experience, I haven't went to a single school in Japan, but.. I am not one to boast, nor talk about how.. good I am and why you should hire me, I think that is crude. No matter the status, the.. No matter what kind of person they are, they deserve the chance to speak for themselves, to represent themselves and to be able to be given a fighting chance. Who am I to just.. let this kind of grievance.. inequity slide past? Many situations are INDEED not in my knowledge, but there is still room in my brain to cram for more knowledge, I am ready to adapt, learn and work through to create a change and be able to make a positive output in my line of work. I am not good in lending comfort, but if winning a case and fixing this injustice can save a persons life, I will do my best. Despite there are some situations that should not be considered to be given a second chance, I am willing to give what it takes to be able to atleast straighten out the deformities, the mistakes made."
