Describe your activity on the server:
OVERALL
I consider myself to be an incredibly active and well experienced role player within SchoolRP. I ensure that my routine within School Roleplay stays stable as to where I can log on for a minimum of 2-5 hours a day. My maximum hours being 12-15. Though yes, I do have a separate life outside of the server, especially when I am at school I make sure to equally balance out my schedules to where I can still maintain my high activity. I am rarely 'AFK' and instead engage in many roleplay scenarios on my other account and I am fairly certain that I meet activity requirements with as much time that I spend on the server daily.
ROLEPLAY EXPERIENCE
I have been roleplaying for about 3 years now. Though my journey has just begun in SRP for those three years I still have the confidence to call myself an incredibly well-experienced player when it comes to most situations in roleplay. I have experienced GangRP, CriminalRP, JockRP, and many other roleplay scenarios. I'm always keeping myself up to date on the rules as well as keeping myself known. While yes I spent majority of my time on the server learning about GangRP and participating in that I have also had my fair share of other things as well. Such as working position as a receptionist in the school employee faction. I know the difference between proper roleplay and improper roleplay and what would be best for each action using each different command.
CHARACTERS & JOURNEY
When I first began my journey on SchoolRP my first character was named Mai Ito. I distinctly remember being given a book of all the commands that I needed to know and from there I jumped straight in. Being welcomed into groups left and right, experiencing drama on the character I had mainly played. I had then discovered that there were gangs and organizations within the server and with the help of one of my friends, I had applied for a smaller gang. That gang was soon disbanded shortly after and I decided that I enjoyed that part of roleplay and experience so I applied for Mefisuto (Valhalla). I remember the lead as well as TheEz8Fury giving me a shot in their gang and from there I created bonds with many others. Learning more about the gang and criminal world within the server as the rules began shifting and changing. I decided to take an exam for college, to which I succeeded at passing to move onto College Bachelors! As weeks went by I decided that I needed a new chapter in roleplay. I created a new character named Kiyo Zi which is where I was eventually bored of GangRP and CriminalRP so I decided I would try out JockRP by joining college Track team. It did however take me two attempts in joining, which on the second attempt I made it on the team. This was probably my peak in roleplaying as I was learning much more about the community, people, and ways to roleplay. I still play on Kiyo Zi to this day but am now in a different sports team. College female volleyball where I practiced with my friend to try and learn more about the sport, to raise my chances at being accepted on the team. I also participated in a Government internship for about a month!!!
ROLES
I am currently working in three player ran shops. Yeobo, La Casa Nostra and Tsuki no Umi. I haven't progressed much in Tsuki no Umi as well as Yeobo but in La Casa Nostra I am learning more about socializing and volunteering for events we have been hosting more and more. In the past I began to tailor in many different tailoring servers where I have grown in that department as well. Thanks to SchoolRP's constant fun events and activities. I have more experience than ever with roleplaying and feel more confident than before if I were asked questions.

Lawyer
What is your motivation for applying?:
My pure motivation regarding law and justice or just court in general has began when I would watch certain television shows with my family. Specifically ones that would go into legal field in my countries system. I really enjoy the thought of being a lawyer farther into my future outside of the server. I not only find it interesting to fight for a clients future but to be able to get my point across. Research and digging deep into pieces of evidence seem to entertain me and had it not been for that Internship event that Staff hosted I probably would have never discovered my passion for the Legal Field. I really enjoyed watching a trial happen for the first time as an intern on Kiyo Zi. By the time the internship was up I felt disappointed that I didn't get to do more than I got to. Which is why I've been keeping my eye out on applications for this faction!
Do you have an understanding of Karakura’s laws & Constitutional rights?:
After rereading through the official TOWN Laws and Constitutional Rights I have a refreshed understanding for this job.
What are your goals for being in Government Faction?:
The goals for being in Government faction? Well that question could mean many things. I purely have a goal of increasing my roleplay experience but not only that, also expanding my current knowledge in the Law System. I have no doubts that I am able to do my job the way I am asked to do it but also much more. As I listed earlier I am very enticed by the Law System and one day want to study to become a lawyer myself. I truly enjoy this department of work and see myself reaching numerous future goals. From using what I currently know about Government systems, I know that by getting accepted into this faction will only increase my interest and allow me to pursue future goals OOCLY.
In your own words, describe the different roles of the Government Faction:
There are FIVE roles within the Government faction. Each of them have their separate duties while still helping the other. Without specific roles within the Government faction, things would be chaotic and the servers community would crumble without proper leadership and promises to keep the town in tact. The government creates our laws, but Lawyers aren't experienced enough to come together and create laws. That task is for another role within the Government faction.
Mayor
The Mayor that runs the town hall is in charge of major decisions for the town. Mayors typically take care of expenses that the town needs as well as keeping things still and organized.
Deputy-Mayor
Deputy Mayors are there by the Mayor's requests and need for assistance preferably when the Mayor is not in office they are a backup to answer the questions and attend to tasks.
Governor
The Governors have just as big a responsibility as the Mayors do. Only they do a little less than them. They are in charge of distributing Identification cards which helps an individual Identify themselves as who they claim to be. They have enough experience able to officiate marriages for civilians within the town. This is something that needs an identification card in order to complete. They are in charge of running a trials especially attending them. It's important to attend these so that they may see everything is going smoothly. Another piece of paperwork they
take care of would be approving adoption papers. They need to make sure that all requirements are met in order to approve it. With this they schedule inspections, I feel that if they do this unannounced and without letting the shopkeeper know that it is an inspection, then they will get the most honest results in their trip to player-ran shops. Lastly, Governors are required to survey the public.
Judge
Judges is the role that runs a trial by reviewing the evidence and paperwork that Lawyers have prepared for their clients. They issue warrants out to Karakura Police Department such as search warrants and arrest warrants. Not only that but they review cases for trials which allows them to set a better time for a trial to begin. Judges are experienced enough to Officiate Marriages as well as filing a restraining order (R.O.) against an individual for someone else. They are required to attend front desk work, this can include handing out Identification Cards and also answering the publics questions or who may walk in during their front desk duty. Just as Governors can, Judges can also approve adoption papers.
Lawyer
Lawyers have a bit of a different task from the rest of the Government faction. They are the ones who attend to trials as well as gather enough paperwork for their clients. They make attorney calls and build client lists. Depending on their work will determine their clients result in a trial. Whether they’ll win or not. They can also attend to front desk work and file restraining orders (R.O.) also. They’re most known for criminal trials. Gathering as much evidence to outweigh or conflict with the opposing party. There is two parts to Lawyers within a trial.
There are Plaintiffs and Defendants. The Plaintiff is the individual initiating a trial while the Defendant defends themselves to appear as NON-GUILTY to the judge to avoid a sentence or consequence. Defendants are typically the ones being charged and paying for a lawyer to get them out of that. Trusting that the lawyer will allow them to seem non-guilty instead of guilty to the judge. Plaintiffs are basically the accusers. They accuse the Defendant of committing a crime while they are being argued to back that this individual did not commit a crime.

The male cleared his throat as his eyes glanced down to the chair to the side of him. Nii reached for the chair pulling it back to allow himself more room to squeeze in.. As his feet shifted the soles of his shoes squeaked against the wooden flooring. How clean was this floor for it to squeak.. “Allow me to introduce myself properly to you, Ma’am” Nii bent down finally placing himself onto the chair as he scoot forward to make direct eye contact with the individual before him, the ‘big man’ questioning him. “I am Nii Hideo, my parents called me Kyou. Not sure if my preferred (nick)name has any value to you as this is.. Town hall.”

Nii’s brows raised, he’s never been asked that question. Guess it would be crucial to the interview, he cleared his throat again whilst his closed fist raised to cover his mouth. “I’m 31 years old.” The male spoke, he wasn’t as young as he looked, maybe it’ll surprise them.. At least he hoped he still had his young appearance

His Academic degrees. “I actually attended college in order to receive a masters in Law. Studied some Psychology but I’d say I got my PhD as well. It was quite an interesting experience in college.” - “Nobody said how much studying and homework I would have, not that I have a problem with that. Just was a bit surprised!”

It was quite interesting as I did some front desk work and had to spend my time working with computers.” His eyes dimmed, seemingly bored of this topic as he preferred more things that interested him and things that gave him an interesting experience. “I did learn some things on computers though. I’d like to think I’ve got that handled now.”

What makes you a good candidate for this job?
“I’m a very hardworker.. I’ve learned that hard work can help you achieve a lot of things, hence why I stay up at night still studying for this position. Not that I need it. Though it is good for keeping my knowledge refreshed and up to date with the town..” His hands began fidgeting with his fingertips. This was always his most trickiest question to answer. No matter how many times Nii practiced over and over his perfect answer. He always struggled. “I love to work but if I’m going to have to work it might as well not be similar to working but instead doing what I love best. When you love what you do and the job you have it’s never.. Working. It’s just another day with an extra task to cover.” - “I believe that my education and degrees I have earned in my past years with my education has proven my hardworking skills as well as the dedication I have for something I am so passionate about. I feel that Lawyers need to be argumentative in a court room. The argument they bring to the table is the only thing they’ll have in the end. Fighting for another civilians freedom. What they say and do will determine someone else’s future. I feel I am argumentative when I need to achieve something for someone else. I’d be the perfect fit for a Lawyer with all my different aspects of skills.”
