Leave or Off Duty System for Faculty

Points have been mentioned!! With all love and respect, the faculty literally only works during ic school hours and your quota system is already very laid-back, there's genuinely no reason for off-duty hours
As for the realism point, while it depends from country to country, most teachers only have the same days off as the students (or when they're sick, but that is limited too!!) And like always, complete realism should never be the first priority on srp

- Whilst this would be nice for faculty who have commitments like in-character weddings and whatnot, faculty already have majority of the day off-duty along with weekends, whereas police and hospital workers do not.​
