Describe your activity on the server:
I try to be active almost every day, mostly from noon until midnight. I love exploring my characters' lives and adding to their stories. I often focus on two or three characters. However, I spend more time with my adult character. This is because she has children. It's fun to help them grow and build complex stories together. Seeing each character grow and their lives unfold gives me joy. Engaging with their world lets me dig into who they are. As a storyteller, this makes the experience better for me.

Why do you want to become a shopkeeper?
I have long dreamed of owning a shop on SRP. I really want to learn all the details of running a store. I am interested in the many pieces that make a shop great. Creating a product and selling it to customers is special. I also look forward to building customer relationships. Talking to people about the products is exciting. This vision keeps me motivated to make my dream real.
❥ Experience: Stepping behind the scenes and being able to say that I own a shop is such an exciting experience and gives me a real sense of purpose. I envision not just leading an amazing team but also fostering meaningful relationships with customers and friends both inside and outside the shop. The dynamic world of retail and the thrill of managing inventory truly invigorate me, and I’m eager about the future possibilities that lie ahead at Asa to Yoru. I truly value the creative journey involved in developing unique and captivating products, and I love the entire experience of crafting creativity that brings joy to our daily interactions. From my heart I am truly passionate about offering a good and wonderful customer service experience. My goal is to create wonderful products and enjoyable spaces to connect and bring people together. ❥ Earnings: I'm genuinely excited to launch a shop as I believe it can help me get ready for my real-life stuff. I am about to get my business license and because of that it will work even more fantastic to become a shopkeeper. I’ve always had a passion on becoming a business owner way before I got onto SRP which helps even more with becoming one of the multiple shopkeepers on Karakura. I will continue to work with my team and make the shop cute, relaxing, and a safe space for everyone. I want the shop to simply become a community favorite whenever it opens. Being a business owner is my dream as I am currently majoring in Baking and Pastry Arts while getting my business license.
❥ Purpose: Willing to step into the role as a shopkeeper this will help me become more confident with my communication skills. This will mainly represent as practice for me before the real thing irl. I want to create something similar later in my years in my business whenever I finally decide to create it. This chapter of becoming a Shopkeeper will make this bring a privilege to embrace my journey in Business owning. This isn’t merely a job; it’s an opportunity to pour my emotions into something that holds significant value for me during this challenging time. On a personal level, this role is a remarkable chance for me to discover my own purpose within the vibrant atmosphere created by the SRP community. I am genuinely excited to take on this new adventure of becoming a shop keeper if I can It will make my aspirations extend way far beyond its reach as it used to be. What do you plan to do with your shop, and what makes it unique?:
I have had this planned out for a while now as it will be somewhat like my Actual business later in my life. This envision is a magical one as I feel like it will match my aesthetic oocly and Icly. The shop should be a beautiful cafe where there is warm fireplaces and nice seating areas. The Ground floor will have a soft couches and booths to sit on. You can read while sitting on our couch in front of the warm fireplace or at a booth with your loved one in front of you. As for the upstairs I see a bar with another fireplace and some couches to sit at while you talk to your mates. I want the place to be a inviting vibe for our guests as it can be relaxing and secure.
What makes it unique you ask? Well, you feel more relaxed than ever sipping your bear green tea while reading your favorite book. We will leave you be after a few visits to see if you’re okay. I want this place to be understandable and a place you feel like is a lounge but more of cafe. Upstairs you can feel the laughs of the adults sipping their alcohol talking about their wives and life in general. Asa to Yoru is supposed to mean Day to night. Meaning you should feel more relaxed and understandable to others. It should be inviting and a warm place to feel at home if you wish for it to be that.
What will you sell in your shop?:
I am thrilled to tell you about the selection of food in my shop! There will be an assortment of tasty food items available for everyone to enjoy; additionally, we will have collectible items that are exclusive to visitors! To get information about menu items and how to enroll in this exciting program, please read below!
❥ Once we have access to more alcohol, I plan to make a menu specific to the alcohol for the upstairs bar. This will be for adults and college students only.
❥ I also plan on getting 6 custom items for the store. These items would be Fettuccini Alfredo, Miso Soup in a flower bowl, Dark Chocolate Lava cake with Raspberries on top, Green Tea in a Bear Mug, Cobb Salad, and a bowl of Ramen with Chicken Broth.
How many employees do you plan to have?:
I Wish to have at least 25 employees working for my shop, which will be enough for multiple people to work at once but not overloading most people. I will grow more employees as the more popular the shop gets. My shop should be fun and enjoyable working and not having to fight over customers so every opening I plan on having at least 2 security 5 waitresses and 2 Hostesses. I want this place to be magical experience for them which as well work great with the theme of my Shop.
❥ Shopkeeper (1/1): As the owner of Asa to Yoru I will be dealing with the key responsibilities and watching over my employees closely while they work their shifts, or I will be working the bar with my other adult ages. Asa to Yoru is a multi-step place but a very cute and relaxed place to eat and drink when you’re having a rough day. I wish for Asa to Yoru to grow more engaged with the community and become one of the favorite restaurants out in Karakura. What sets Asa to Yoru apart if the fact of leadership, and responsibility. Personally, I guide my workers to a enjoyable work force when they’re duty. We have outstanding customer service and always check up on our guests as much as we possibly can. I want people to come to Asa to Yoru to be excited and try out our new sweets and cutesy drink which as well helps them relax after a stressful day at work or better yet, after a long practice at the school. I wish Asa to Yoru to grow into a community loving restaurant. As the owner of Asa to Yoru my goal is to make this a fun experience for everyone and hopefully enjoy their time working for Asa to Yoru, as well as make this shop welcome to everyone.
❥ Managers (1/2): The ensure everything is running smoothly, they make sure the key responsibilities are up to date while the Shop keeper is busy dealing with something or is struggling to log online. They as well open the shop whenever the shopkeeper can’t, which as well keeps everything organized and make sure everything running smoothly till the shop keeper logs on. Personally, there role is to keep the Shop in check. They help discuss the decisions on how the shop will function in the future if something goes wrong. They’re the second in command at Asa to Yoru, so whatever the manager says. While the Shop keeper isn’t online the employees must listen to them. There daily responsibilities are to make sure our inventory is in check and make sure Asa to Yoru has a vibrant look to everyone around them. Managers are demoted to people who are genuinely ready to be ready for this full commitment. As the owner of Asa to Yoru I wish for my managers to listen, follow direction, making sure everyone is following the rules of shop directly. My managers will also be watching the Waiter and Bartenders to make sure everyone is following what they must need to do.
❥ Waiters (0/15) / Bartenders (0/3): My Waitresses and Bartenders are my dedicated staff which is extremely essential for the best customer service. I wish to encourage them to share their thoughts, ideas, and any concerns about what is going on with the shop. I want them to be more engaged with the team and enjoy a more relaxed environment when working. Our employees will receive a training before opening to know what is exactly happening at my shop then they will be given a spread sheet of Inventory Operation on what the current inventory is that day. Waiters will be on the ground floor handling the customers that are there to eat. They will consistently check on their tables, they will not be standing still waiting for some to call on. them as its just rude to stand still and talk to their co-workers while on the shift. My bar tenders will be on the upstairs level serving the bars make sure the customers at the bar are not drinking too much but also enjoying their time. We will be selling food upstairs but only small and easy desserts to make it easier for our bar tenders. My crew downstairs must be in uniform at all time while working as it should represent a more engaging time working for a café. My crew upstairs will also be wearing the same attire but they must act more professional.
❥ Security (0/4): Our security will be upstairs guarding the entrance of the bar IDing each person to make sure they’re at age to buy alcohol from us. We wish to make our Shop engaging and enjoyable to our guests, but we also want it safe and secure at the same time. Our security will kick anyone who isn’t following our Restaurant rules which should enhance every customer dining experience. Making a remarkable atmosphere for our customers. Security will also be patrolling around our dining area making sure everyone is respectful to the restaurant. Their dedication is to maintain a remarkable atmosphere to reflect the core values and the attention of detail of Asa to Yoru customer service. Everyone is willing to walk through our doors, but they must follow simple rules to do so. Security needs to patrol at all times, they do not need to sit still and afk unless they absolutely have to. I wish to have my security fully be aware on what’s happening at all time in my restaurant.

“Well, I been in the business industry for a good 10 years now working with my friends and family creating new recipes to sell for a restaurant that I am hoping to own. My skills would be mostly cooking and managing a kitchen. I normally work on creating recipes designing a layout on paper. I have quick thinking and will always make sure my restaurant is running smoothly. My problem-solving skills are my main skill which helps me function better.”

Uniforms
My shop strives to be professional and have that appearance as well, I feel like it is essential that every person that works for me must be in uniform to make it seem like we pay attention to detail that should polish our image to Karakura. We want a respectable image from the public so if we ever ask if they liked our service, we will hopefully get a 100% yes, they did. This expected standard will rise as it should be relentlessly noticed more. Other than that, the uniform provided to our workers was carefully tailored to accommodate every individual, so they feel comfortable without ruining our professionalism and elegancy of our cafe. The female uniform has a skirt and a headband while the male's uniform is somewhat similar, but they have full pants an no head wear. This will visibly look appealing to others and able to see a comfortable dining experience. By enforcing my uniform policy, it will encourage my employees to express themselves more as I feel like it be upholding on our establishment public opinion.
