In as much detail as possible, describe the role of your chosen school employee:
A Teaching Assistants job is to help other Teachers. They are required to attend classes alongside their Co-workers and ensure that the Students get the Education they deserve. During classes, TA's will speak to those who misbehave allowing the Teacher to carry on with the Lesson they are teaching; if anyone is injured, they will be escorted by a TA to the Nurses Office where they will then be treated, this ensures that someone may not fake an injury or illness and then leave School premises.

Yes, I do. Although I have not been a School Employee on this server, I have been on others.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have been involved in ‘RP’ for multiple years. I have been involved in GangRP, SchoolRP and various other types of Roleplay.
Are you familiar with what your job does? If so, describe it:
Yes, I am familiar with what a TA does.
TA’s support learning in Schools, if someone is confused during class it is our responsibility to help them gather an understanding of what we are learning; we are similar to Private Tutors in this aspect. We mainly work within in the classroom but if instructed to, we go somewhere else to do jobs for the Teacher, these said jobs can vary from marking attendance to planning lessons and so on.
[Situations]
During a work shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how do you react?:
I would firstly calm the student and inform them that their actions are highly inappropriate, if said student continues then I would contact the suitable person for this situation. They would then decide what actions should be taken next.
You are doing a hazardous job requested by the School Principal, how do you react?:
Upon learning more information, I would happily comply as long as it was not life threatening. I would then take it into my own hands to prep for the job.
Another school employee is doing something very dangerous on the job or acting out of order, how do you react?:
I would remind the other employee of their Job and how we should act as employees in a School. If the situation continues and/or someone is injured by said employee, I would immediately contact the Principal and the appropriate authorities if necessary.

Motivation for Joining YHS: Valerie was once a Student at YHS herself and thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She would like other Students to thrive as did she, she can accomplish this by being employed at the School.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
My character has various Friends involved with Teaching therefore she knows what to expect. I am a very hard worker and would like more opportunities to be unlocked for my characters future. As stated beforehand, I am quite active therefore I can help more often than some others.
