I am pretty active on the server, and I would rate my activity a 7.5 out of 10 on the scale from least to most active. I have been online a lot recently since one of my characters joined the dodgeball team, as well as doing a lot of tailoring in my free time for people! Once I am in school, I will stay as active as I usually am just instead play mainly on weekends and after school from 2-11PM. I love the game a lot, and can see myself playing a lot especially if I get a position that makes me more immersed in the SRP community.

The school nurse is responsible for helping the students of the school with their health, and well being throughout the school day! They assess all of the students who become ill or are injured, giving them first-aid for small/minor injuries such as cuts, sc****s, bruises, nosebleeds, and administer medications when authorized by a parent and the school. The nurse also evaluates more serious and big injuries or medical emergencies, providing immediate care within the training they have, and contacting the EMS when needed. As well as that, they monitor thestudents with chronic health conditions, records of health, and communicates with parents/staff about any medical concerns and helps assure the students can safely exist within the school getting the care they need.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
In general, I have a lot of roleplay experience. Primarily within private discord text-based role-play servers in my past,where I've been doing a variety of realistic and fantasy settings which are really fun! In total, I've been writing/roleplaying for 6+ years, starting when I was really young. Since then, I've learned a lot, and ended up joining the SchoolRP community in attempt to find more people like me who in fact, love roleplaying like I do! In this, I was on SchoolRP since around 2020-2023 (I don't exactly remember) And have seen the game grow and change over time which was super amazing. I left for a few years to focus on school, but recently this year in the past month I have adapted a lot of roles in the server, but I still would love to see every side of this game and faction I could be in for the best experience.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
As I said above this, it mainly falls along the lines of gaining experience, having fun, and really wanting to immerse myself fully into this wonderful community! I think this faction would be very fun to join, having more interactions with all kinds of students from high school to college, as well as being able to help them out when they need it and have some fun role-plays. I think the name is in itself, being called SchoolRP, it was a no-brainer that whenever the announcement was released to apply I would. The amount of fun positions in this faction, experience, and the fact that I as well have always loved MedicalRP in different games has been a big factor in me applying for this faction, especially the amazing role of nurse.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
If a student started to yell at Yukio calling her pathetic, she wouldn't argue back or take it personally. She'd stay calm, ask them to stop using inappropriate language and figure out why they were so upset. If the situation escalated, she'd follow the school's disciplinary procedures, giving them warnings verbally. If they didn't stop after multiple warnings, she'd quickly take the appropriate next step, escorting the student to the front office/receptionist or calling them for assistance and to help de-escalate the situation.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
If Yukio saw students fighting- which isn't uncommon for a school- She'd immediately take action, yelling out to try and intercept the fight and stop it from happening with verbal warnings. If it doesn't stop, she would immiedately call in for other staff members/faculty, as well as help pull them off of each other or getting between the two, and then letting the other staff that are more qualified to calm down the students. If there was any physical trauma to the two, she would first wait for the other staff to calm them down and then take the patient(s) to our office, evaluating their knuckles first to see if there were any blood and bruising, checking up on cuts, and bandaging, giving them ice packs, or anything else that would be needed after further evaluation of the injury. If the injuries were visibly emergent, she would stabilize the injury and call EMS immediately if they cannot be helped by the school nurse or faculty alone and need extra attention.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would tell the person themselves to stop, but if it was a threat to her or herself, she would check the security cameras or record evidence on her own phone and contact SLT on the radio immediately to make sure that it gets taken care of, and stops immediately before anyone gets hurt.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
In the break room, Yukio would probably sit alone at first or with anyone even slightly familiar with a warm smile and a quiet nod. She is shy at first, but will probably end up sitting with literally everyone at some point, her lively attitude carrying her across the school. The woman would have her bag sitting beside her, pulling out a vintage bento box from it as the flood of home-made onigiri, cucumber slices shaped like flowers and stars, heart shaped tamagoyaki, and anything she could throw in there that morning while getting ready being the early bird she is.

Organizing Medical Supplies / Student Records
/me hummed a tune she had probably made up on the spot softly to herself as she opened the supply cabinet in her office, noticing the rows upon rows of bandages and medicine bottles that became slightly disorganized after the very busy morning she had treating students. The dark-haired woman carefully sorted them into their proper basket, file, and bin every which way, checking expiration dates one by one and replacing the older supplies as she saw fit. Can't have bad supplies, or she'd be out of a job. Once she was satisfied with the cabinets, she'd leap directly to the computer and open student records. Her fingers basically danced across the keyboard, her turtle bobblehead moving back and forth on the monitor as she typed, clicked, etc. She made sure every student had an accurate record of the care they had received that day by her, and with a bright smile, she straightened the stack of paperwork on her desk, ready for whoever, whatever, could walk in at any moment.

/me leaned against the wall and watched all the students walk by, sweeping dark strands of hair from her face. She noticed the student that had walked in's watery eyes at first before she even glanced down at the sc**** itself, pushing off of the wall. Once the girl had told Yukio what was wrong, she looked down to examine the injury fully. "Let's take a look . . okay? Promise I'll be gentle." Her voice was soothing in itself, calming the girl down before she got any bandages. Then, getting the girl to follow her back to the office, she'd help her sit on the bed. "This might hurt, alright? Want me to count down?" Once the girl shook her head, she carefully cleaned the sc**** with an antiseptic wipe, pausing every so often to make sure it wasn't hurting too badly. After drying the area, she rumaged through a small drawer she had organized earlier until her face lit up. "Aha! Bandaids. Lots and lots of bandaids.." The woman mumbled the last bit as she grabbed one, walking it over to the student sitting on the bed and with care, she leaned over to press the bandage over the sc**** and smooth the edges down with her thin fingertips. "There we go . . all patched. Just please try not to race down the stairs for the rest of the day, deal? Good. Now you can go, hun."
Concussion
/me hurried over as the student was escorted into her office, her expression softening and then blossoming with concern. "Easy, don't rush. Have a seat for me." Yukio gently pulled a chair closer, making sure they were comfortable before crouching to meet the boys gaze. Her eyes carefully examined the small bump that had started to grow on his forehead, asking a few simple questions. "Can you tell me your name? Do you know where you are? What happened?" She listened carefully to each response, watching for confusion. Walking over to a shelf, she got a disposable ice pack from the freezer and activated wit with a firm squeeze before wrapping it in a thin towel. "This will help, don't press too hard." She rested it onto the area once the student had laid down, keeping one hand nearby in case the student felt dizzy. Her fingers moved to the clipboard as she jotted notes of the boys symptoms. Her brow creased. "Since you hit your head, I don't want to take any chances. I'm going to call your parents just in case, okay?" She reached for the radio now, calmly contacting the student's parents and informed the front office of the issue, explaining that the student would need a further medical evaluation from the hospital after school hours or even sooner depending on symptoms, but needed to have an eye kept onn them. She spoke in a gentle voice now, "You're doing great. Stay sitting for me, and let me know immediately if your headache gets worse, you feel sick, or anything at all. Can I get you some water?"

Backstory
Growing up born and raised in the seaside city of Kamakura, where she spent most of her childhood running barefoot through the quiet streets, visiting the shrines, and sneaking snacks from her grandmothers kitchen who she grew up with. Her grandmother owned a cozy little cafe near the beach, and from the time she could barely see over the counter, she insisted on "helping." Helping to her meant accidentally dropping eggs, covering herself head to toe with flower, and eating a bunch of sugar straight out of the bag, it became a running joke that if she had come to the diner everyone should probably just stick to ordering takeout instead. Through her cooking was, well, clumsy... She adored food. She loved watching people smile after eating something delicious, throughout her middle school and high school she dreamed of becoming a professional chef, watching cooking shows on TV religiously. That dream changed during her final year of high school. One rainy evening, which was common in her town while biking home from her cafe job, Yukio found an injured stray cat curled beneath a bench. The poor thing had been struck my a bicycle itself, and she took it to the Vet and stayed with it for hours. He treated the cat and she watched every step, studying whatever he was doing carefully- and this, watching someone save a life, left an impression on her. The experience changed her plans, smashed them really, and she enrolled in university with every intention of becoming a vet. While she knew she wanted to help animals and loved them dearly, seeing the injuries and making life or death decisions every day in a certain job shadow was something she struggled with. Emotionally. After bunches of soul searching, and several phone calls with her grandmother, Yukio transferred into a nursing program. Nursing allowed her to use her compassion every single day while building meaningful relationships, and it was still in the medical field. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Psych, Yukio accepted the position of school nurse. Every day was different, and she thrived off of seeing the smiled faces of children after she bandaged them, helped them feel better, or just being around to help boost a friend in faculty's mood after a bad day. She still can't cook without setting off a smoke alarm, but she was made into someone students can really count on. Yukio likes to say she failed upward, never becoming the professional cook she imagined, never becoming the vet she planned to be, but somehow ending up in a place she loved way more than all of that. And that place was Karakura High school!
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): I've always loved how schools offer someone to at least have one place they know they are welcomed no matter what's happened. I'd like to be that person for some people as well, helping uplift students in any way I can. Whether it's a headache, sprained ankle, or they are simply even just overwhelmed I'll be there in a zip! I'd like to be someone the school can rely on, not just the students, but the faculty as well, because god knows I needed that when I was in high school and I'd love to help all I can. I've always loved healthcare, whether it be bandaging up a sc**** or brightening a mood, my goal is to build trust with students so they feel welcomed in this school environment and are okay and extra comfortable with coming to me if they need anything.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe I'd be a very great addition to the School Employee faction because I bring both dedication, passion, and a lot of things into the role. To me, being a nurse isn't JUST bandages, it's about being someone students feel comfortable coming to when they need help. I am responsible, calm under pressure, and very very willing to improve myself and make the School Employee faction more fun and enjoyable by creating memorable interactions while keeping my professionalism. I also believe my personality would bring something extra special to the office. I may be organized and professional, but I also think a little warmth goes a long way, which I can definitely bring!

/me hurried over as the student was escorted into her office, her expression softening and then blossoming with concern. "Easy, don't rush. Have a seat for me." Yukio gently pulled a chair closer, making sure they were comfortable before crouching to meet the boys gaze. Her eyes carefully examined the small bump that had started to grow on his forehead, asking a few simple questions. "Can you tell me your name? Do you know where you are? What happened?" She listened carefully to each response, watching for confusion. Walking over to a shelf, she got a disposable ice pack from the freezer and activated wit with a firm squeeze before wrapping it in a thin towel. "This will help, don't press too hard." She rested it onto the area once the student had laid down, keeping one hand nearby in case the student felt dizzy. Her fingers moved to the clipboard as she jotted notes of the boys symptoms. Her brow creased. "Since you hit your head, I don't want to take any chances. I'm going to call your parents just in case, okay?" She reached for the radio now, calmly contacting the student's parents and informed the front office of the issue, explaining that the student would need a further medical evaluation from the hospital after school hours or even sooner depending on symptoms, but needed to have an eye kept onn them. She spoke in a gentle voice now, "You're doing great. Stay sitting for me, and let me know immediately if your headache gets worse, you feel sick, or anything at all. Can I get you some water?"

Backstory
Growing up born and raised in the seaside city of Kamakura, where she spent most of her childhood running barefoot through the quiet streets, visiting the shrines, and sneaking snacks from her grandmothers kitchen who she grew up with. Her grandmother owned a cozy little cafe near the beach, and from the time she could barely see over the counter, she insisted on "helping." Helping to her meant accidentally dropping eggs, covering herself head to toe with flower, and eating a bunch of sugar straight out of the bag, it became a running joke that if she had come to the diner everyone should probably just stick to ordering takeout instead. Through her cooking was, well, clumsy... She adored food. She loved watching people smile after eating something delicious, throughout her middle school and high school she dreamed of becoming a professional chef, watching cooking shows on TV religiously. That dream changed during her final year of high school. One rainy evening, which was common in her town while biking home from her cafe job, Yukio found an injured stray cat curled beneath a bench. The poor thing had been struck my a bicycle itself, and she took it to the Vet and stayed with it for hours. He treated the cat and she watched every step, studying whatever he was doing carefully- and this, watching someone save a life, left an impression on her. The experience changed her plans, smashed them really, and she enrolled in university with every intention of becoming a vet. While she knew she wanted to help animals and loved them dearly, seeing the injuries and making life or death decisions every day in a certain job shadow was something she struggled with. Emotionally. After bunches of soul searching, and several phone calls with her grandmother, Yukio transferred into a nursing program. Nursing allowed her to use her compassion every single day while building meaningful relationships, and it was still in the medical field. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a minor in Psych, Yukio accepted the position of school nurse. Every day was different, and she thrived off of seeing the smiled faces of children after she bandaged them, helped them feel better, or just being around to help boost a friend in faculty's mood after a bad day. She still can't cook without setting off a smoke alarm, but she was made into someone students can really count on. Yukio likes to say she failed upward, never becoming the professional cook she imagined, never becoming the vet she planned to be, but somehow ending up in a place she loved way more than all of that. And that place was Karakura High school!
Motivation for Joining KHS (Character perspective): I've always loved how schools offer someone to at least have one place they know they are welcomed no matter what's happened. I'd like to be that person for some people as well, helping uplift students in any way I can. Whether it's a headache, sprained ankle, or they are simply even just overwhelmed I'll be there in a zip! I'd like to be someone the school can rely on, not just the students, but the faculty as well, because god knows I needed that when I was in high school and I'd love to help all I can. I've always loved healthcare, whether it be bandaging up a sc**** or brightening a mood, my goal is to build trust with students so they feel welcomed in this school environment and are okay and extra comfortable with coming to me if they need anything.
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: I believe I'd be a very great addition to the School Employee faction because I bring both dedication, passion, and a lot of things into the role. To me, being a nurse isn't JUST bandages, it's about being someone students feel comfortable coming to when they need help. I am responsible, calm under pressure, and very very willing to improve myself and make the School Employee faction more fun and enjoyable by creating memorable interactions while keeping my professionalism. I also believe my personality would bring something extra special to the office. I may be organized and professional, but I also think a little warmth goes a long way, which I can definitely bring!
