Describe your activity on the server: Honestly depends on how my day is. If it is a day I work I typically will get on shortly after work and will play for a few hours. If it is my day off, I will typically play for most of my day. So I would say anywhere from 2-4 hours on a work day and 5-8 hours on my day off.

School Employee Role you are applying for?: Librarian
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for: The role of a librarian is to help people find books, borrow books, obtain library cards, and be there to answer questions. Librarians must also keep records of books students have and write new files as students create an account in the library upon purchasing a library card so other students may get out the same books. They help students navigate the shelves of books by genre and alphabetical order. A librarian creates a space where students can read books or study in peace. As part of being a librarian, they are expected to help keep organization and order in the library. In being a faculty member, employees must hold themselves to standards in prioritizing students’ safety.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?: I enjoy detailed roleplaying whether it was cooking, fighting on my main account, baking, romance, or family. I always enjoy bringing emotion into my characters. I have played on SRP for almost a year and have been on multiple other role-play servers. In all, I have been roleplaying for years with all kinds of given settings and plots.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?: I think it would be fun to engage with people other than students. I would also like to role-play as an adult. The character I want to become a Librarian loves books and reading. Her dream has been to become a librarian so I thought it would be realistic to apply for a librarian. Seeing as there are spots open, I went for it.

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?: My character Elliana would try and deescalate the situation. She would not allow the student's words to effect her or her work ethics. She would continue to remain calm and ask the students to stop using that type of language and inform the student that if they don't stop disrespecting school staff, then it would lead into a detention. Elliana would then speak over the radio to inform others about the situation and for their opinions to see if further discipline was necessary.
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?: Elliana would call for backup immediately. She would then attempt to separate the fight. If she was able to get them to stop fighting, she would ask if anyone needed medical attention. If someone needed medical attention, she would either bring the student to the nurse, or get the nurse to the area for the student. if no on was hurt, then she would ask what happened before disciplining the students appropriately.
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?: Elliana would speak up about it. If it was life threatening, she would immediately get anyone or anything needed to deescalate the situation and get the person help. If another school employee was putting a students life or anyone other's life at risk, she again would get anyone or anything needed to stop the situation and deescalate it. She would report them to her higher ups and explain the full situation.
When in the employee break room, how does your character act? Elliana is a very friendly girl. She would be kind and sweet to everyone. She is also a bit shy so she might now talk to everyone until she became comfortable. She would mainly mind her own business and do what she had to do.

/me She would get up from her chair walking over to a cart where all the returned books would be. She grabbed a handful of books before walking over to the door and opening it carefully. Elliana walked out from behind the desk and shut the door behind her. She began to read off the tittle of the first book as she walked over to the shelves. The book on the top of the stack in her hands was fiction. Elliana proceeded to walk over to the fiction shelves and began to read over all the tittle. Finally she found the spot where her first book would sit. She carefully pulled the book off the top of her stack and placed it on the shelf where it belonged.
/me She looked up at the student and smiled warmly. "Hello, how may I help you today?" She asked. Her voice was soft and warm. You could hear her Norwegian accent poke through as she spoke. "A library card will be 2,000 yen!" She smiled again. Elliana took the yen and put it in the till before standing up and walking over to where the library card's were kept. She took one and walked back over to her seat and sat down holding it. "What's your name and grade?" She wrote down the students name and grade into the system and linked the card to the student. She then proceeded to handed to card to the student. "Have a great day!" She would smile again as she waved.
/me She looked up at the student and gave a warm smile. She noticed the student had some books in his hands. "You ready to check out? I just need your library card." After the student handed her his library card, she scanned all the books out for him. She handed him back the library card and the books. "They are due in 2 weeks from today. Have a good one!" Backstory
Hello, I'm Elliana Laursen. I grew up in Halden, Norway. I had lived with both of my parents, and my two siblings. I have a younger sister named Sofia and my older brother named Gier. I have always been closer to my brother than I was to my sister, but I still love them both the same. My parents tried to raise us as Lutheran, but I honestly don't believe in it. I am not a religious person and I don't see the attraction towards it. I left Norway when I was younger for many reasons. One of them being my parents. I found Karakura. I don't regret leaving one bit, but I do miss my siblings from time to time. I do love it here in Karakura though. I have gotten to meet some amazing people. While in Norway, I found out I loved reading. It was my little escape from the world and its problems. It helped me to see the joys in life. I spent a lot of my time reading everything and anything I could get my hands on. My friends and I often tried new activities for fun. Upon doing this, I found out I always loved baking. I decided to go to college to study librarian science after I graduated high school. I went straight for my master degree. I did pretty well in school. I passed with an A-B average. I always turned my assignments in on time and took any extra credit chances I could. I ended up graduating top of my class. I chose to take English literature as my minor and I also enjoyed it. I also graduated top of my class in English literature. After graduating I moved back to Karakura and met up with my old friends. Some of them told me about Karakura hiring and I finally saw an opening for myself so that's why I got to apply for the job. While living in Karakura, I have been given so many chances and opportunities and I'm just so thankful for it.
Motivation for Joining KHS: Personally, I have always wanted to become a librarian. Once I saw the job opening, I jumped to my feet and applied. I love reading and writing. I majored in Librarian science in college. I've lived in Karakura for about a year now and love it here. I would love to work as a librarian here in Karakura High School. I have visited the library multiple times and know the shelves like the back of my hand. Reading is my passion, and getting this chance is incredible.

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?: For one, I have a masters degree in library science. I love reading and interacting with students. I also enjoy helping people. I have been to the library a few times, and some of the other librarians didn't seem to be too happy. I want to change this. I wanna make people happy and just be another friendly face.
