What is your Minecraft username?:
Chained_

Do you have Discord (If so, what is your discord username?):
Chained_#9624

How old are you? (Optional):
Rather not say.

What is your time zone?:
PST
Describe your activity on the server:
I’d say I’m a pretty active person on the server, as I usually am on for over 4 hours a day, though I’m more active on weekends as I do not have school. On weekdays I’m slightly less active as I need to do schoolwork and such.

Have you ever been banned (If yes, when and why?):

No, I haven't been banned and I don’t plan to anytime soon.

Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you will be demoted?:
Yes I do acknowledge that if I am inactive I will be demoted.

School Employee Role you are applying for?:
I am applying for the role of a librarian.

In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
A librarian in the Karakura School would sit at their station, with everything prepared for a student to come their way. Aiding students to properly get their library cards, answer questions, and help them get certain books. Librarians are meant to keep track of books, by logging students who purchase library cards, making sure books are returned, and making sure the library is kept clean for other student’s arrivals. Librarians are to make sure that students are acting appropriately within the library, whether that be to stop fights, yelling, or things of the sort. Librarians are meant to spend the majority of their time in the library, walking through every now and then to assure everything is going according to the rules set for the area.

Librarians are also able to aid in normal cases such as a student’s well-being. If a Librarian is to see a student injured, they are meant to walk the student down to the nurse and make sure they get the help needed. Librarians are also able to help students with general questions, such as “Where is room XXX?” In which case the Librarian can show them, or give general directions to the class. But should be sure to quickly return to their stations, as that is where they are assigned to be.

What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I have quite a decent amount of experience in roleplay as I’ve been in countless roleplay servers for the past few years, improving even more after each server. I’ve been on SRP for almost two years now, and I’ve already been a part of so many different roleplays during my time here.

Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
I would like to join the school employee faction because during my time on SRP, I’ve realized that there isn't much to do anymore. I also feel as if joining the employee faction I also want to take the opportunity to engage into more types of roleplay, which is why I want to join the school faction.

Situations
/*Do not mention use of FearRP*/

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:

Fujioka would patiently wait for the student to stop cursing. However, if this doesn’t happen and the student continues regardless of Fujioka not giving a reaction, he would give them a few warnings. Fujioka knows that a reaction is exactly what a student wants, so he will not give that to said student. Simply handing them the detention and ignoring them afterwards is what he’d do in a situation like this. Though, if the cursing does continue for more than 5 minutes after they receive a detention, he would radio tell the student to stop once more. If they refuse, he would radio SLT for help with the disrespectful student.

You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
The first thing Fujioka would do is quickly radio about the fight. Thus letting nurses have a heads-up about incoming students, and allowing any other faculty to come aid Fujioka. Then, he would quickly walk up to the students, trying to calm them down at first. Giving warnings if they ignore him. He wouldn’t directly interact with the students, knowing that they could easily hurt him. So, he would keep his distance, and raise his voice to try to catch their attention, very well knowing that students get loud and chaotic during fights. Though in the end if they listen or not, he will give the students detention for the punches that were thrown. Clearly seeing that it was a type of assault on school grounds.

Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
The way Fujioka reacts depends on the situation.

If the school employee is putting another student / faculty member at risk: He would first take the person out of the employee’s vicinity. His first concern will always be the person that can get hurt for something they never did wrong. Afterwards, he would pull aside the worker and warn them about what they’re doing wrong. Taking into consideration that the person he is speaking to is very much an adult, he would leave it at that. - Though if he were to continue seeing the behavior continue, he would directly report it to an SLT member, as it is clear to him that the employee is not suitable to work in a place where there are younger children.

If the school employee is putting themselves at danger: He would bring the employee into the teachers lounge, away from anyone that may possibly be lingering in the room. Firstly asking how the person is doing /personally/, since real life issues can reflect on how a person works. Depending on how the person responds, he may just warn them to not do that, suggest taking a leave from the work place for a bit, or to speak SLT about what they could do to help their employee stay a worker while also improving mentally / physically.

Though if the dangerous acts continue, he will report it to SLT as a hazard to the school.

When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Fujioka is a very reserved person, and likes taking his free time to himself. He’ll quietly get a book from his bag, get a coffee from the machine, and sit down at a table by himself. Most of the times, Fujioka is one to zone out in his own thoughts while taking breaks. If someone were to interact with him, he’d happily keep a short conversation with them. Though, if it were 100% up to Fujioka, he would spend the time by himself. He likes to clear his mind, so he’s ready to go back up to where he needs to be for work. So in an entirety, he is quiet, reserved, and zones out a lot in the break room.

Provide us with at least three detailed /me's of your character whilst on your chosen role:

/me scanned the room while he sat at his desk. Making sure that everyone was kept quiet, and doing the appropriate things to do in a library. Flipping through some of his papers to make sure he was ready for an upcoming student. Organizing everything on his desk until he was content. He then sat up straight, and placed his hands together. Occasionally looking down at his papers to recall where he would place a student’s name when they arrive.

/me walked around the library, picking up any left behind pencils, and putting them in his pencil cup he keeps at his side for students. He then took the time to search for any books sitting on the tables, so he could appropriately put them back to their original spots. He pushed in the chairs, brushed off the tables, and walked back to his station. Awaiting the next student that wished for a book, or library card.

/me walked into the break room. Quickly giving everyone a small smile and wave before grabbing his coffee. Placing his bag down to skim through everything to make sure he had everything ready for his day. He then zipped his bag back up, along with his coffee, and headed up to his desk ready for the day.

Backstory
Fujioka was a ‘quiet kid’ back in his middle school days. He would always sit in the corners of classrooms, back of lunchrooms, or anywhere where it was relatively more quiet. He found himself mostly in the library whenever he could to escape the loudness of the kids in school. He found himself interested in the literature section of the library. Knowing most students went for fiction stories, he thought it’d be nice to do something different from most. So, during lunch, and breaks, he would go to the library in the corner to quietly read, and take his mind off his classes. He went to the library everyday, and was a well known student for returning things in proper shape, and always sitting in the same spot. The librarians always had a small cup of water for him when he arrived since they noticed him not getting lunch during that time of the day. Though it wasn’t much, Fujioka entirely appreciated their small gestures of kindness.

Throughout highschool Fujioka did the same thing, but this time found some people that did the same as him. Spending their time in the library alone. Eventually, he found a few new friends that had common interests as him, and they would all read the same books together, annotating, and sometimes buddying up during literature classes to do the work together. It brought Fujioka to the conclusion that his comfort was a place that was quiet to work and that he had good memories in. Bits and pieces of his childhood were in libraries, so he decided he’d work in one in hopes to witness students have the same experiences as him. As he moved to Japan, he hoped place to place until he found somewhere suitable to live with the money he had. He then met a few younger students that recommended him to apply to KHS, where he could fulfill his wants of being a librarian.

Motivation for Joining KHS:
My motivation for applying to KHS is simply because of how my childhood was. I found the library a safe, quiet space where I could be in my own mind, and imagination. Students have recommended that I apply to the school, since they loved the silly stories I used to tell them. KHS piqued my interest personally because of how prestigious the school is. I’ve lived in Karakura for a few years, and have wanted to be a part of the school for a while. I just hadn’t gained the confidence to apply yet. Though with the little boost of the kind students that attend the school, I did decide that it was finally time to take a step forward into a life I wanted to be in.

Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"):
N/A

Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I believe that my desire to influence students to continue reading books is a great reason in itself. I’ve noticed that the library was quite quiet, and lacked students. I think, though I am reserved, I can make an exception to help interact with students to help them find the genre of books they find a connection with. I wish to open the student’s creativity, hobbies, or interests. Along with my deep passion for books in itself, I’m a hard worker. I keep my mind set on what I love, and I had always grown up that way. I take myself seriously, and my job, and make sure to properly work as I should in my environments. I will be 100% dedicated to the job, and will make sure I can withhold the school desires, while also fulfilling my hopes to open the student’s minds, with simply a library full of books.
