School Employee Role you are applying for?: Librarian
In as much detail as possible, describe the employee role you are applying for:
As a librarian you’re job is to make sure all the book shelves are organised, look neat and tidy. Checking what books come in and out of the library. The library offers students a card which does cost 2000yen when helps the librarian what books have been taken and what students are reading. Students are welcome to write their own stories and hand it in at the head of department which the student will be awarded tokens for hard work! Librarians also must keep the library clean tidy and quiet at all times, they must make sure no students are being inappropriate or misbehaving as that will resort to a student being kicked out or having a detention, Librarians can also patrol hallways keeping the students in check no misbehaving in the hallways.
What experience, in general, do you have in roleplay?:
I use to play on creative servers with my friends and build our own school than role playing with other gamers. than i found SRP about a year ago now and it was really exciting i found a amazing role play server.
Why do you want to join the School Employee faction?:
The school staff are truly inspired me to want to the join the community and become one of the employees. i feel as i have many abilities to bring to the team

During a work-shift a student starts cursing at you for being pathetic, how does your character react?:
Kotori would be concerned as what she has done wrong she walk over to the student and softly speak “Why don’t we sit down and chat about what i have done wrong so we can fix the situation together!” she would warn the student after they spoke and tell them they have detention for disrespecting and bullying a School staff
You notice two students are physically fighting in the hallway, – multiple punches have been thrown – how does your character react?:
Would quickly rush over them stepping between the two students calling over the radio for more staff to come help and especially calling over the nurse as a student has been bruised up. the students have now sat down and i’m giving them a talking too “Fighting does NOT solve any issues in this school or in life talk it out next time or come find a staff to help yous solve the problem, but for now both got detention” both students will be getting a detention or suspension
Another school employee is clearly acting inappropriately, doing something very dangerous on the job, how does your character react?:
She would step in telling the employee that they are being inappropriate and making the other employee feel uncomfortable in their own work place and they need to calm down. i’ll radio over to other employees about the situation to be careful about what has happened and contact a higher up to tell them about the situation
When in the employee break room, how does your character act?
Kotori is a very bubbly talkative person, she would grab her lunch and sit down giving the employee a warm welcoming smile “So how was the day been so far” a spark to every conversation between employees she continues to ask if they need help with anything. As time passes kotori would eventually be alone in the break room so she would think about what to do for the next few periods.

/me her eyes following the words of the History book she lift her head seeing a table with books left on it, she gets out of her office grabbing the books putting them back neatly and making sure each shelf was organised and clean
/me Her head in the book once again so focused on her reading she feels a presence infront of her, she looks up with a warm smile on her face noticing it’s a co worker “Hello dear” she quietly says they hand her a cup of coffee “you can carry on with reading i notice it’s very quiet in here today” i slowly nod giving them a wave goodbye and going back to my work

Backstory
Kotori Kuznetsova was born on 8th of january 1998, Birth place Yekaterinburg
Kotori grew up with a wealthy loving big family. her and her siblings would be completely spoiled with expensive bags clothes and toys.
when kotori was 13 they moved to Karakura, Japan , as Mother had a new business to run kotori had a love for learning and reading every single book she could get her hands onto, as the flew to japan kotori would be looking at her new school feeling the butterflies in the stomach flying around making her feel sick her mother would rub her back “You’ll be fine there. you’re amazing kid”
A couple months went on and it’s the start of a new school year
Kotori would put on her newest outfit that costed a lot hoping to impress students. she would arrive with a smile on her face meeting her new friend mirei. they become friends quickly sitting in classes together helping eachother always in the library, kotori eventually got a little job in the library helping them sort out books and organise the shelfs she was very happy and this inspired her when she got older to study in reading and english.
As she got older kotori would become rebellious towards her parents causing her to be kicked out with nothing, there was no other option for her but to join this gang mirei was in kotori felt ashamed of herself as she didn’t want to go down this path but it was all she had left.
4 years in being criminal activities kotori had lost her leg but luckily getting it put back on she would a big scar going around her right thigh for the surgery, mirei was now married to aiya they all had talk about having a quiet normal life mirei suggested going back to her family kotori was nervous and didn’t feel welcomed but she packed her things and off she went.
she stepped foot in her old home seeing her parents looking at her surprised but happy she was back they all hugged her siblings jumping up and down.
Kotori would help her siblings read and write she felt confident enough to finally start studying for Library and Information Services. her father and mother proud she is doing the best for herself now
Motivation for Joining KHS:
I was so inspired by the employees here at
Karakura high school, the feeling of being nice and feeling welcomed again, id love the feeling of moving to japan and starting a new life and bettering myself. i want to be able to bring my abilities and skills to this school and hoping to inspire students to become their dream one day
Do you have any previous experience working in a school environment? If so, please elaborate (If not, respond with "N/A"): Yes i use to be a helper in a library so sorting books keeping the library organised and bringing them librarian coffee
Why should you be accepted over the other applicants?:
I feel have many abilities to bring to the team and help everyone become better at what they do, i want to inspire students as we are adults and they look up to us. i want to inspire them and help them achieve their dreams and become who they want to become one day. i’m loyal strong bold and confident employee i feel i would be great for the team.
