VEHICLE OR ITEM NAME: Items in ss (some of my chests had no ss but i have proof of it being in my inventory)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- My fishing rod had enchants on it that I cant support is ss other than its mending (it was maxed out)
- My chest ss are gone for the most part but I have evidence of it recently in my inventory (Highlighted items in inventory where in my chests but these are my most recent screenshots
- I don't understand how 100k yen compensation is fair for those who had 100+ days prepaid for there apartments I had so many more items in my apartment that are now gone and I feel the time frame was not enough for those who were absent for that time (my deluxe apartment was long gone before the penthouses and other apartments and it didn't seem very fair)
- I hope further compensation can be negotiated if possible.
