I always see that councilors are always so nice, fun, and I really want my character to have a fun chance on doing something fun and creative! I think that my character can really help the school and students thrive. Are you aware that you’ll be having to use your creativity and teamwork ethic within the student council? (e.g. Coming up and helping with events):

While students gather for a school assembly, one student behaves disruptively, causing a disturbance. How would you manage the situation to restore order effectively while minimizing any additional disruptions to the assembly?
"Oh that's pretty easy! I would tell them to stop what they're doing to make sure that others are having a fun time during the assembly. I would give them around 2 warnings. If they keep the disruptive behavior, I would tell them that they could possibly get detention if they don't knock it off. If they still continue the behavior, I would call over a teacher and have them deal with the situation, but making sure I'm calm when explaining to the teacher. Or another idea is that I could ask them what's going on and why they're making all that noise and disruptive behavior. Once they explain why, and what's going on, I would respectfully and calmly tell them to please stop as its disrupting others around them. If they don't I would yet again go to the 2 warnings, and than calling a teacher to handle the situation."
A student refuses to take their mask off after you’ve brought up detention and they’ve run away! What do you do?
"If this were to happen, I would chase after them making sure I don't loose sight of them! If I end up catching up to them I'll tell them that SLT might be contacted. If they still don't remove the mask, I would call over for assistance and get this situation handled properly in a respectful and safe way!"
A teacher observes concerning behavior from a student, including the creation of disturbing artwork and verbal threats toward peers. How would you collaborate with the teacher to evaluate the situation and intervene appropriately to address potential safety concerns?
"When a student is having a concerning behavior, there is definitely a reasoning behind why it's going on. So if this were to happen I would ask the student calmly and respectfully what's going on that is causing this behavior. If they tell me the truth, I would collaborate with the teacher to find a way to help make the student thrive and become the best that they can be! If they lie to me and don't tell me the truth I will collaborate with a teacher and see if the student can just always be around a faculty member to make sure that the student is being a good, safe, and respectful student!"
A group of students asks for your permission to stage a protest on school grounds. Would you allow them to protest? If so, how do you ensure that the protest does not disrupt the school environment while upholding their freedom of expression?
"If a group of students ask me for my permission to stage a protest, I would first make sure that it's okay for them to do by my higher-ups. If they're allowed to protest I would make sure that they're being safe and not causing any damage to the school or to others! If they were to cause damage to the school or others, I would put an end to the protest by having other fellow councilors and faculty escort them out the school, or give them another consequence! But hopefully it won't end to the point where things and people are getting hurt or damaged. If it's not okay for them to protest, I would calmly tell them no, and that they can't protest. If they rebel against my words and protest anyways, I would call up for backup and make sure that the protest comes to a stop."
A teacher/receptionist has told you that you are doing something that goes against what you were trained by your higher-ups. How would you react to this?
"I would respectfully tell them that I'm sorry and that I'll do better! I'll also ask them what I'm doing wrong so that I can fix whatever I'm doing wrong or that's against what I'm trained to do"
Please provide at least one detailed event that the council can use as a future event to showcase your creativity! (Must be 300 words or more for one event):
"One exciting and engaging school event idea is a “Campus Adventure Challenge Day.” This activity is designed to bring students together through teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition while creating a safe and positive environment for everyone involved. The event could take place across different parts of the school, including the gymnasium, cafeteria, hallways, classrooms, and outdoor areas. By using multiple locations, students would stay active and interested throughout the day while exploring different challenges with their teams. At the beginning of the event, students would be divided into small groups of five to seven people. Each team would choose a team name and create a small flag or poster to represent themselves. This would encourage creativity and help students build team spirit right away. Teams would then rotate through a variety of challenge stations, each designed to test communication, problem-solving, and cooperation instead of physical strength. Some stations could include trivia games about school subjects, scavenger hunts, relay races, puzzle-solving activities, charades, or creative building contests using materials like straws, paper, and tape. Another fun station could involve an obstacle course with simple and safe tasks that require teamwork to complete. There could also be art stations where students create school spirit posters or motivational messages for display around the school. To keep the environment safe and welcoming, teachers, staff members, and student volunteers would supervise every activity. Clear rules about teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship would be explained before the event begins. Activities would be designed to include students of all skill levels so everyone feels comfortable participating. Water stations, snack breaks, shaded rest areas, and first-aid support could also be provided throughout the day. Teams would earn points at each station based on teamwork, creativity, effort, and positive attitudes. At the end of the event, prizes such as gift cards, school merchandise, or extra school privileges could be awarded. Music, decorations, and a photo booth would help create an energetic atmosphere and allow students to capture fun memories with friends. Overall, Campus Adventure Challenge Day would help students strengthen friendships, improve communication skills, and build school spirit while creating a fun, inclusive, and memorable experience for the entire school community."
