Backstory:
Loic moved from Brazzaville in Congo during the second Congolese war when his mother moved his family from the conflict after his Father died. He was moved to Agar Grove, in the lesser part of Camden, London. There he grew up around different types of conflicts than he would have experienced in Congo- Gang Violence, Infamous generational conflicts between gangs and families roped him in at the age of 15, where he started going out trapping, selling drugs and being involved in numerous other crimes being committed, Stabbings, Shootings, Robberies, and all sorts of things, One in particular was the stabbing of a teenager, he and 3 others were in an SUV when they spotted one of their opps, he ran and they circled the opp block for a while until they spotted him again, they hopped out and started chasing him, one of them came up to him and stabbed him through the back with a "Zombie Killer Knife", a 1 foot long knife that was stabbed through the victims back and came out his chest. He promised to his family he would stop at the age of 15 nearly 16 when he got arrested by the police on a count of accessory to a murder. After being released for unknown reasons 6 months later, he went back into the gang life. At this point he was 16 and fully knowledgeable about the risks he was taking. He joined Active Gxng and got involved in bigger picture crimes, his brother was now a week from being 15 and knew full well his brother was back on road again, he asked if he could come on a ride out, Loic agreed and brought him out, Loic got a call that he would need to find and kill someone, he went circling around the South of London for hours looking for him and when he was told about the whereabouts of the man in Brockwell park he went, he told his brother to stay in the car to make sure no harm came of him, when he went to the supposed location of the man he wasn't there, he knew something was up so he went back to find his brother. When he got there his brother was gone, 50 feet away on the road he saw his brother on the floor only to find him with a stab wound, still breathing he rushed his brother to the hospital, as soon as he was there he was told he would have to stay to be questioned by Police. He fled from the Hospital and stayed at his friends house. His brother would die the same week, upon talking to his mother he was screamed at and kicked out of his house, his mother was distraught that her son was dead and her other was a liar. He laid low until he was 19, where he was involved in a shooting that took the life of 8 young men, he fled the country to Karakura, Japan, only to probably continue the story
