Lost Attribute and Custom Mask is Gone

I had like 50%+ Swim and 50%+ Acrobats/jump and 100% Speed but I got banned like a year ago but I also made my appeal a year ago and it was accepted and I kinda stopped playing cuz the gangrp changes and now Im bored enough to play SRP but some of my stuff is missing. You can also see that I have the mask in the first screen shot from in my hot bar on the bottom right. Can I please have my mask and stats back?
