Lost Customs

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
I had two of them so if i could get them both back that would be wonderful, the way i lost them was due to a glitch/server issue. I was unable to connect to the server for 8-9 months due to the 'Disconnection' Issue that alot of other people were having also, but I am now able to connect and the customs were stuck in an apartment during the time of me being unable to connect, therefor being unable to pay the rent and forever losing them.
