Lost items

This is the last screenshot I have of my inventory but I'm only worried about getting my phone, bali, and bat back. When the server crashed earlier today I was in edit mode and when I came back online about an hour later all my inventory was gone and was replaced with the blocks I was building with. Hopefully, the screenshot helps.
