Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
From the moment I started playing SRP, teachers, professors, and faculty have always been the core foundation of the server. Sure, all the other factions are great and provide plenty of unique opportunities for the server to thrive, but at the core of it all - SchoolRP is about just that, School Roleplay. Professors are a step in this direction, and I've had a decent lot of experience with being a professor - but Teachers are more of the front line towards this. They're likely some of the first interactions that new players may have on the server. So, it's important to have a good selection of mature and friendly individuals for this position because well, how else are we going to get players if they're deterred from the first sight of roleplay!
Do you acknowledge that if you are inactive you may lose your role?:
Yes
Do you agree to undergo teacher training if your application is successful?:
Yes
What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?:
My experience with the professor faction plays a large role in my reasons and motivation for applying to teacher this time around. I really did enjoy my time in the professor faction. There's something special about being one of the first faces that new players can see. Offering a guiding hand to new players has always been a passion of mine, so joining a school faction once more just makes the most logical sense for me.
After a little while of being in the professor faction, I eventually left due to personal conflicts and a goal to apply for KPD, which I was later accepted into. I've adjusted into KPD though, and my time has been clearing up once again, so - I thought it would be worth it to give a shot to teacher this time!
Unlike professor faction, the teacher faction offers a more "frontline" approach to the school faction. There are no requirements to join a class, so you have to manage and deal with that to the best of your ability. While being in KPD, I've learned that I seem to enjoy this approach of tackling things head on quite a bit.
I'm also VERY interested in climbing the ranks and attempting to get to a more management position. This has been a passion of mine for quite a while, and is reflected by my time in GangRP, in which I climbed to a leadership position in Sinnerous/Manhanto before leaving for KPD. I am a cashier at Henki-Do, with hopes to climb the ladder in those ranks as well. I've also applied for shopkeeper, attempting to manage things hands on, but unfortunately was denied.
So! Those are my main reasons for joining Teacher faction. TL;DR, I want to take a place in the "frontlines" of schoolrp by guiding new players, as well as attempting to climb the ranks and management side of things in the faction.

What's your character's full name?:
Vlominkier Kasnov
What is your character's age?:
46
What is your preferred subject to teach?:
Physical Education
Describe your character:
A demeanor, which wouldn't offer much to see, floated in this.. uncanny bubble of despair around the Kasnov. His life had reached far around this world, he had seen many things and done many more. Hell, he even taught at the college in Karakura for some time before retiring his work and packing up to travel. Kasnov is by no means a perfect man, or even a good man. Age has worn away at his features and actions, depraving them of anything more than a common thought. His mind and body were too aged to realize a world in which he could be happy, or content. The only goal of this man now was to guide a world to become something unlike him. Something stronger, more resilient. A path in which he had not taken and was far too gone to take another.
His hair would be unkempt, blonde streaks bleeding off into a dull gray. His stature would be strong, yet - divided by time. Every step of aching strength was to seep out against the floorboards and mold into the world around him.

A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Kier wouldn't think much of it at first, preferring to challenge the student further and get THEM to ask for help first. If the student continued to struggle and didn't ask for help, Kier would then approach the student during downtime in the class, or after class, and ask if they need any help or if there's anything he can do to guide them. If there isn't any way that he himself is able to help, Kier would direct the student towards a tutor so they can get help outside of the classroom!
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
The man would not take kindly to this. Any form of disrespect towards him or another individual would be absolutely unacceptable. His job as a teacher is to offer a fostering wing over the next generation of students, and anything that gets in the way of that is not to be treated lightly. He would give them a firm warning making sure that they quiet down and stop. If a second warning was to be given, it would be a bit harsher, threatening detention to get it into the student's head. Eventually if a detention would have to be given, he would do so - threatening SLT action if they continued to act out.
After this, Kasnov would drag the student aside after class to have a talk with them about their actions. He would attempt to gauge the situation, having a simple conversation with them and trying not to be too harsh. Depending on the situation, Kasnov would possibly recommend counseling and tell the student that they can talk to him if there's anything going on in their personal life that is causing the behavior.

Coronation Ball
[P.E. Class]
Coronation Ball is a simple game that I came up with for this application!
The class would be split into two teams, equal on both side. A team leader or the "King" would be selected on each team. The teams would then be taken to the dodgeball courts to play.
The goal of the game is to protect your team's king and overthrow the opposing team's king! The game is played as normal dodgeball, but at the end of each round - the scoring team will be able to annex a member of the opposing team and keep them on their side for the following rounds.
This will proceed until there are no remaining players on a team.
The game can be changed up to fit the style of SRP some more - Some rules could be changed up as well and the game can be polished, but I thought it would be a neat way to encourage teamwork and decision making by putting a little twist on classic dodgeball!
Joint Class
[P.E. x ART]
A joint class that could be held between P.E. and an Art class. This would mainly just be a fun little break from usual activities for both classes. The class would be held outside, probably near the track field or the back of the school. Students would be given chalk and have to compete to make the best chalk drawing! The winner would get a price, possibly a reward sticker or something of the sorts.
The competition would be decided by /roll 20. Individuals who get higher then 10 would be moved on to a second round, where the students make a second drawing, rolling 20 again. This would work the same as before, people who roll higher than 10 move onto the final round, where they roll 20 and the highest roll wins!
Students will be encouraged to DetailRP their drawings!
