Why are Teachers so important to SchoolRP?:
Teachers are important in a school RP because without them, there wouldn't really be a school. They are the people who help students learn new things, understand subjects they might struggle with and become better at what they do. But teachers aren't just there to give homework and tests. They can also help students when they are having a hard time, listen to them when something is wrong and make sure everyone feels welcome and included.
They also make the roleplay more fun because they give students things to do. For example, they can organise lessons, class activities, group projects, school trips and even little events. This gives students more opportunities to interact with each other instead of just walking around the school without anything to do.
I also think teachers are important because they make the school feel more realistic. In a real school, teachers are a big part of everyday life, so having them in an RP makes everything feel more natural. They help keep things organised, make sure students follow the rules and create a better environment for everyone.
Overall, I think teachers are really important because they don't just teach students, they help make the school feel like an actual school and make the roleplay more enjoyable for everyone.

What is your motivation for becoming a Teacher?: My motivation to become a teacher is mainly because I really enjoy roleplaying and trying out different roleplay scenarios. I think being a teacher would be a fun experience because I get to interact with different students, create lessons and come up with interesting activities. I also like the idea of having a role where I can help make the school more active and enjoyable for everyone. Another reason is that I would like to earn some money while doing something I genuinely enjoy. I think being a teacher would be a great opportunity to have fun, gain experience and contribute something positive to the school.

Describe your character:
alentina is a kind and caring girl who always tries to make the people around her feel happy and comfortable. She can be a little shy sometimes and gets scared quite easily, even over small things. She also gets sad easily, especially when someone she cares about is upset or when something doesn't go as planned. Despite this, she always tries to stay positive and make the best out of every situation.
When it comes to her appearance, Valentina usually wears a light green sweater with a pair of shorts. She also has a bit of an unusual outfit choice, since she only wears one sock on her right leg, along with her blue shoes. She likes wearing comfortable clothes that she can easily walk around in.
In her free time, Valentina enjoys sleeping, calling her friends and hanging out with them whenever she gets the chance. She also really enjoys walking around Karakura, exploring different places and sometimes just enjoying the surroundings. She loves spending time with people she feels comfortable around, and she can be quite talkative once she gets to know someone.
What makes Valentina unique is how emotional and caring she is. She sometimes worries too much about little things, but she always has good intentions and wants the best for others. In the future, she hopes to make lots of new friends, create good memories and become more confident in herself. She also wants to experience new things and make the most out of her time in Karakura.
Roleplay Scenarios
A student in class is struggling to understand the content, what would your character do?:
Valentina would try her best to help the student understand the lesson. She would be patient with them and explain things in a simpler way, maybe using examples so it becomes easier to understand. She would also make sure they don't feel embarrassed or bad about asking for help, because she knows that everyone learns differently and sometimes things just take a little longer to understand. If they were still struggling, she would try another way of explaining it or spend some extra time helping them. She wants every student to feel comfortable in her classroom and know that it's okay to make mistakes.
A student is continuously being disruptive in class, talking out of turn, and making jokes with classmates. What would your character do?:
Valentina would first give the student a warning and politely ask them to stop talking and let the others focus on the lesson. If they continued, she would give them a second warning. She understands that students like to have fun and joke around with their friends, but she also knows that there is a time and place for everything. If they still didn't listen after the two warnings, she would quietly slip them a detention slip without making a big scene in front of the whole class. She doesn't want to embarrass anyone, but she also wants to make sure everyone gets a chance to learn without being interrupted.

How to Make Cupcakes: I would start by showing the students how to make cupcakes, explaining the ingredients and the steps needed. I would also let them participate and ask questions while we go through the recipe.
Let's Make Cupcakes!: For this activity, students would get to make their own cupcakes! They could choose their decorations, add frosting and get creative with their designs. At the end, everyone could show off their cupcakes.
Culinary Quiz: I would prepare a fun quiz about cooking, baking, ingredients and kitchen safety. Students could compete individually or in teams to see who knows the most about cooking. I would make sure to include some funny and tricky questions too!
