Backstory:
In the outskirts of Hawaii, Luna grew up with a dark background, being raised by her strict gangster father. He was ruthless, cold, strong- and he taught her to be the same. He taught her not to love, cry- let any emotions hinder your success within the gang. Luna's mother though, she was the opposite- along with her twin brother. They were soft, kind and gentle. Regardless of her mothers wishes- her father saw immense potential in Luna to take over her father's place as a higher up in the gang that ran their city in Hawaii. As Luna and her father were out handling business- Her brother was at home with their mother, doing household chores and such. Although her father was extremely stern on how Luna was to be raised, her mother nurtured her. Though one day their lives turned upside down. Luna's father began to see the mother as an obstacle, hindering Luna's potential- so one day he killed their mother while they slept and attempted at killing her brother. Luna was able to stop him, slitting her father's throat- watching him slowly die as she stood over his body. Luna immediately packed up two bags, one for her and one for her brother, and they moved to Karakura. Now Karakura wasn't as easy as it seemed to Luna. Of course right away she joined a gang, where she felt as if she belonged or at least was required to be. She was able to fall in love with another woman named Olivia within the gang. She learned how to love, how to feel again. Though that was cut short when two days before Luna planned to propose, Olivia was kidnapped and tortured for information on Luna's gang. During the torture, Olivia has given up three members, including Luna to the opposing gang. Luna's gang did not like this- so they ordered to killing of Olivia. On a foggy morning the gang met on a boat where they bagged Olivia's head and ordered each gang member to carve their alias numerals on Olivia's body while she was still awake. Though before the gang head killed Olivia- Luna begged to say goodbye. She tore the necklace off Olivia's neck that she gave her as a present and stepped back to watch as her gang head carved the numeral "I" into Olivia's throat, ending her life. Luna became hysterical and had to be carried away as the gang began taking limbs, one for each member she gave away. Luna was the one who found Olivia's body where they had dumped it- in front of town hall. Since then Luna has become not only extremely protective- but also extremely cold, watchful and attentive. She doesn't miss a thing that passes her gaze nor does she let those she loves out of her sight. Even a year later, she still carries the necklace she gave Olivia and the ring she planned to propose with. Luna now has big plans for her life going forward and has started enacting them.
