Personality:
Usually calm, but can shift very quickly to cheerful or angry depending on the situation. She doesn't really talk to people who don't go to her first, and she isn't all that affected by insults, leading to her insulting others frequently. She gets scared easily, but is very good at taming her facial expressions and emotions. She is very caring and protective or those she trusts, and is a lot more contained near strangers.

Backstory:
Lyn's mother divorced her father and left soon after she was born, so her father would take care of her alone, making him very strict. Growing up, her father discovered her tolerance of insults and started to take his anger out on her by verbally abusing her. He would never, however, hurt her and would get very concerned over the slightest of injuries. Lyn found her father's insults amusing more than anything else, and would comfort him during the yelling fits.
When Lyn was 10, she fell down some stairs and tried to break her fall with her arm, which got caught on something and practically shattered. She was rushed to the hospital, and the doctors decided to cut into her arm to rearrange and add a metal plate to her arm to let it heal properly, since the bone pieces were scattered. That put her on anesthetics, when she unfortunately fell victim to anesthesia awareness, where only the relaxants were of right amount. She was lucky, and the doctors realized in only 30 minutes. She hid the fact this happened from everyone, and no one found out until 4 years later, when she suddenly broke down when getting a checkup for sicknesses. Her father took her home and questioned her on what happened wen she confessed. They, however, were in debt, and her father got angry at her for taking away the chance to sue the hospital when they still had money.
She ran away that night and was soon after became one of the first recruitments of the Luciano Family, where Byrd became her middle name, and she was given the nickname "Neptune". Her father got fined for child abuse a year later, but Neptune didn't thank that was fair, even to this day. She still knew, however, that she preferred the Lucianos far more than any family she could of dreamed of. She started taking training lessons she found online due to her stress about feeling the agony of the surgery again, even if the memory was foggy.
