Background: Makomo Yurii was born in Russia, in the city with the most crime reports. It seemed safe to her since she lived there but tourists were not welcome. She grew up there and her father was largely involved with crime, he owned a large distillery and beneath all the importation of drinks, drugs came to and from him as well. She loved her mother and father a lot and looked up to her Dad. He seemed to be so carefree, totally unaware of what he was doing and would also let his daughter be as carefree as him, letting her drink from the age of 13 since he always seemed to bring drinks home with him. Makomo had started to get into fights later on in school, abusing drugs and alcohol. She had a group of friends who she trusted the most, she deeply cared for her friends and would do anything for them and they trusted her the same. They were like family until one day while Makomo and her gang were driving they collided into two people and ended up killing one and leaving the other passenger in the car.
Not knowing the person was her Dad’s rival they came to a crossroad, the guy left at the crash recognized Makomo and targeted her friends. Stehpan (the guy at the crash) and some thugs kidnapped Makomo and her friends together. There Makomo, Ethan, Ivan, Ana, Galin Alexis and Sasha were tortured for 5 days. Each day one of her friends died not being able to endure the pain and suffering until it was only Makomo and Ethan left. Only Makomo and Ethan, one of her friends, survived because her Dad’s gang was able to rescue them before they were to be shot in the head. Very shortly after Ethan confronted Makomo and blamed her for what happened then killed himself. Makomo’s mother was also murdered by the gang a few weeks later after an altercation with the gang. Makomo traumatized by what happened and was already an addict at the time spent a year in an institute and both her and her father moved to Karakura.
Weaknesses: She blames herself on what happened in the past and believes she got her friends and mother killed. She’s very oblivious to people's emotions and can come off rude and scary thus making it hard for her to make friends. Hides her emotions a lot and is an alcoholic. She always feels guilty when she drinks but cant stop herself from drinking because she also wants to forget and have a good time. She also has ptsd and see's Ethan a lot, she can get triggered a lot and therefor tends to drink. Stephan is also part of how she reacts to people, during the kidnap he admitted to only wanting to kill Makomo but her friends wouldnt rat her out and say that she was the one who was driving so he tortured them all physically and mentally. Making them choose who gets punished and who doesnt by breaking fingers and dumping their head in the water to burning them with prods. She doesnt get to close to people because she doesnt want anyone to throw their life away for her, hearing his voice in her head "will he be next? Is this what family is for, let them suffer in your place."
Pretty clumsy, trips a lot.
Cannot Cook to save her life. Has started a fire multiple occasions trying to cook.
Strengths: She’s good at fighting, since she practices Russian sambo and self defense, however will try to avoid fights but is easily able to do takedowns. She's very caring and wouldnt even bat her eye to help someone even if it meant destroying or hurting herself. She's also persistent, if she wants it she will work hard to get it. Very creative, taking pictures of almost everything from bizarre angles and things usually people dont see. She's also pretty smart, doesnt have a hard time with school work, when she tries and enjoys biology. Really enjoys sweets and has a sweet tooth.
Appearance & voice: She had short fluffy black hair and Russian features and a small nose. She smiles a lot but always seems to be sad inside. Grayish/Blue eyes and a slim body type but would hide it with baggy or oversized clothes. She had a more tomboyish style but unique style. Always wears a cardigan, jacket or long sleeved shirt to hide her scars. She would be 5'2 but believed she is very tall. She would have a lingering smell of a fruity malibu sunset ****tail.
