When I’m not working, I am on SRP. Oftentimes all of my SRP playtime is dedicated to Man'en itself, spending countless hours working on shaping it to its form today. Man'en is a gang that always has something to do so I am always busy.

The Cameras have Wings
In this event, Man'en would gain the opportunity to break into somewhere to gain access to CCTV. This unspecified location could include (but isn't limited to) an apartment complex, the shopping district, the government building, or even the KPD, then finding a way to implement themselves into the system. With CCTV, Man'en would be far ahead of the game in terms of helping not only themselves, but others in situations where cameras could give an advantage, whether it be letting someone know that someone is coming or gaining intelligence on someone's place of living.
Another option for this event would be for Man'en to deactivate CCTV for a certain period of time, allowing gangs to fight amongst themselves more freely. This would create vital opportunities to gain intel on said gangs, as well as create a chaotic distraction for Man'en to sneak their way through multiple cracks in the system that would become apparent during this "blackout". These "cracks" could include opportunities such as slipping into Town Hall to gather government records, open investigation notes, and court documents.

Man'en translates to "infestation", which is the best term to describe our presence in Karakura as we spread through the city building connections.
What are the themes/morals/beliefs/motives of your gang?:
Man'en is an intelligence-based gang who dedicates the use of their knowledge to an advantage, using information on the people and subjects of Karakura in an attempt to provide protection, and take steps towards exposing the vile underside of corruption coursing throughout the city. The people of the city are in mind, and Man'en will use whatever ties necessary to weave their web, all while maintaining a neutral stance amongst the gang populace. They started from the bottom, and quickly realized that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword. Knowledge is power, and they've worked hard to demonstrate that since their uprise.
What differs your gang from the rest of the unverified gang roster and other applicants?:
Man’en uses their wit and intelligence to gain protection and deter their opposition without having to make a direct appearance, refraining from enacting on perms unless necessary to evade the loop of a 'violent activity based' gang. Our goal is not to harm, but that doesn't mean we won't protect our own and others who deserve protection. Should we play our cards right, we shouldn't have to lift a finger.
What reputation does the gang uphold in-character at the moment? Where are they most actively present?:
Man’en still remains fairly unknown ICLY, which allows them to do what they do seamlessly. Their existence is present, but the details are still fuzzy, and people don't know enough to quell their fears. They've assisted multiple gangs and even non gang-related figures with the information they hold and continue to do so if they feel that the use of their services is justified.
Man'en's status is growing by the day, through the connections and friendships they've created, and through increasing their numbers and ranks. Their knowledge also grows by the day, gaining more and more leverage over not just other gangs, but over everyone in Karakura.

Man’en is an intelligence-based organization that lurks in the shadows, listening into every conversation, every meeting, and every encounter. Knowledge is their strength, maintaining connections that seep into every part of Karakura. Led by a woman who the moment she stepped into Karakura became a victim to its violent gang activity. She turned the game on its head, applying a unique twist to the criminal world by leading covert operations, intel collections, and disinformation campaigns. In turn, they use what they collect to the advantage of the people and provide protection and take steps to expose the vile underside of the city, all while maintaining a supposedly neutral face within the gang populace. The people are in mind, and Man'en is working to create a presence that ensures you don't know who they are, but they for certain know you.
