Since he was a jit, he has been fascinated with the Guitar and it was his favorite instrument he learned to play it when his dad gave it to him during his move to Japan. Of course he couldn't fully learn on his own so he got help from watching video's about it online and from his Uncle.

Backstory:
Mari was born in Mexico City, in Mexico he was the second oldest sibling of his 20+ siblings. After his birth his mother left after an abusive relationship with his father, and his father let his anger out on him and his brothers Zai and Zay when they were little, this started the bad relationship between him and his Father Tyrone Takada. Soon after his was involved in gang related activities when his father brought them into the gang he was unfortunately involved in of course since he has neglected his father before and the outcome wasn't favored towards him he decided to go with it and he was brought into the gang life with his brothers. He did things such as Robbery, House invasion, Kidnapping and etc. Anything to get money, soon after his father had a business' opportunity in Japan so he left and brought all of his children with him. This is when the downfall happened, his father was shot multiple times in the so called "business opportunity." was actually a heist, he planned to begin his own gang, his father was caught later that night and got sentenced to life in prison without parole. This began the Start of Mari Gz. Takada.
