What is your motivation for becoming a teacher?: I've been on the server for a while now, I made a few goals before I started roleplaying and this is one of them. I might not be the brightest when it comes with achieving goals but I feel that becoming a teacher will not only help me roleplay better, it would help me have knowledge of teaching.
Do you have any experience in Roleplaying?: Yes, I roleplay on this server a lot but whenever I can't play on that server because my parents are over my shoulder, I go to other roleplay servers and practice there, where I can think of bigger and better Character Developments.

What are the classroom logs and why is it important?: A way to keep track of events that happens in your classroom or under your watch.
You want to start a school field trip; how do you do that?: I'd announce it in assembly so no student gets left out. After all the students are informed, I would Make them line up and behave giving my character a strict attitude so there will be no sort of misbehaving.
As a teacher, what are the strict rules when being in a class?: Rule 1: No phones in the classroom if you do not agree to put away your phone it will be seized from you. Rule2: No yelling during the class, There are people who want to learn. Rule3:No swearing, Swearing will cause distractions and even a fight! Rule3: No teasing, If someone doesn't know the answer, let them be.
Summarize your previous RP experience's (both in general and on SchoolRP): I have full experience in SchoolRP, I've gone through MugRP, GangRP, FearRP, SchoolRP and etc. When I'm alone or lost in my thoughts I think of Character Developments so I can enjoy roleplaying. OOCly Knowledge: Teachers are supposed to be online often,they're salary is around 44k-250k a year. A teacher can not be toxic or rude OOCly. In their spare time, teachers are supposed to go to the teacher's lounge or discuss with other teachers.
ICly Knowledge: Teachers are expected to be nice and caring during their lessons, making sure her/his class is neat and tidy. Teachers can either teach Math, English, Home Economics, Science and etc. Teachers are expected to go to the lounge and other desired places during school times, but they are required to be at school.
Why are teachers important to a SchoolRP server?: Teachers are important to the server, every school needs a teacher. Most teachers are expected to educate children, sometimes even on minecraft servers there has to be a little bit of education, in-between.

She's usually interested in the children but her bitter dad always gets the best of her. She'd always look have a serious expression on her face and there would always be blood somewhere on her body. But the real question is... Whose blood is it? What is she hiding? Why is she never smiling?
Jessica Castilla has long brown hair reaching to her waist, sparkly, sky blue eyes. Her pink lips would be covered in red lipstick as her artificial eyelashes covers it. She has a beautiful pointy yet admirable nose. She stands at 6"1, with her head held up high.

You find a gang of delinquents in the hallway cursing and swearing, what do you do?: I'd stop them immediately, tapping my cane on the floor, raising one eyebrow at them. Glaring at them signing them to stop. My characters lip would move, uttering warnings at them. If things get rough or they bring out katanas, I'd be forced to expel them.
No one in your class is listening to a word you say, what do you do?: I'd sigh then clear my throat, tapping my trusty cane on the board, if no head is turned or alerted, I'd make an annoying sound as my finger nails scratch the board.
When in the teacher's lounge, how does your character act?: She'd have a relaxed attitude, with a bright smile on her face. Taking deep breathes as I wait for my lesson.

1987, Jessica Castilla was born. At the age of 4, Her parent's marriage was at the edge. Every day she'd hear shouting, crying, glasses breaking. She'd always put her hands on her ears, holding back the tears. Her sisters Kailani, Nadia and Jinx, were always there for her. As the years went by, Jessica did horridly at school and was whacked by her dad, it didn't stop until blood was shed.
At the age of 17, Anabeth got closer to Jessica which made their sister bond even stronger. As usual, Jessica fell for a teacher. The teacher had black hair, his shoes were always sparkling clean. His dimples always made his smile look amazing. There were no words to describe his beauty. Jessica got expelled from her school later on for having affairs with her teacher.
Jessica and the teacher ran away together, the teacher said that she should promise that whatever she does, she must become a teacher when she's older.
At the age of 21, Jessica was driving the teacher around while she was drunk, she smashed with another car, Jessica got coma meanwhile the teacher didn't make it. In 2years, Jessica waked up from her coma, after learning the fact that the teacher died, she cried, she screamed, she yelled. She was done for. Within a day after Jessica waked up, Anabeth, Markus, Grant, Kailani,Maddie,James, Issac, Jinx and.... Nadia wasn't there. Her heart was pounding.
Everyone took a glance at each other breathing in and out knowing Jessica wouldn't take this well.... "N-Nadia I-Is m-missing". Then their dad came in from behind with a metal belt.... He WHACKED, he SMACKED, he ABUSED, People were screaming, shouting, and insulting him. He stopped after 10minutes. Jessica was taken back home, only to announce that she's going to college for her Master Degree.After my application was accepted, Jessica traveled to NYC and settled in Stanford University. I took 1year with History, then 4years with Math.
